Are you asking about if it's possible unblock frozen coins? Yea, they are exist but likely you will not able to unblock if they block or frozen your account or address. It's become a huge problems that they are able to frozen your address. Means they would blacklist your address, freeze and reclaim their stable coin. So it's the disadvantage of complete centralized stable coin.

According to this post's list 'Dai' is Semi-decntralized which is better than full centralized stable coin.

First thing that scam isn't moderated by forum but they are posting phishing links. Nuke them just a temporary solution but it's not prevention at all. Scam/spam busters always wouldn't be active to report. Problem is they are creating new account continuously once nuked them. See this post, that has made a day before and still exist since no one use report button.

So only way to prevent them by banning their phishing link. They are posting massively and it's become a huge problem to warn others since they locked their topic.

Scammers still exist on the forum although have nuked lots of accounts. I can't see any other way to prevent them except ban the phishing link. Post has made yesterday, means still now no one had reported to moderators and that's how newbies would fall into this trap.

So you hadn't wrote your seed phrase during installation? If it were saved then it would be very easy to recover. Try to find your wallet file as mentioned by above users, perhaps it would still exist on your old windows folder.

If you are failed to find and recover your wallet then likely wallet recovery service would help you. They are well reputed on this forum but they would ask 20% fee from your total funds.

Although your initiative is good but personally I will not encourage for such as 'merit giveaway'. That means you hadn't been spending your smerit and gathered them. As far as I know you aren't merit source, so spending your earn merit is quite easier than merit sources. You should spend your time to read other users post and spend your merit on at least good post. Even I am a merit source but I feel lack of merit at the end of month. Means I am spreading my merits during reading post, not by giveaway.

I am not saying that's bad thing nor I am attacking you. Just want to explain why some of reputed members do not like to see merit giveaway thread lately. What is the difference between hold money on your bank and hold money in USD? I don't see any valid point to hold huge amount of USD or USDT. If you hold your USDT/USD on exchange then they would locked it for any reason like money laundering and so on. Another issue if they blacklisted your address then probably you will not be able to use your USDT and if company skip then your fund will be ZERO. I am wondering why are you so curious about hold USD/USDT. That's the disadvantage of centralized crypto-currency, crypto-currency shouldn't be centralized at all.

Counter feedback isn't 'good' solution but at least there is solution at all. It's like something is better than nothing. To be honest I am not a fan of 'counter feedback', it's better if possible solution by discussion. But if a user become inactive for some reason who have left negative feedback then there is no other way except counter feedback (if case has been solved). Doesn't matter if both rating reflect on profile, when someone will read feedback then they will realize everything. Also the warning for newbies and guests will be removed by leaving counter feedback. So somehow this is a solution although isn't better.

Transaction shouldn't broadcast if you do not confirm from your device. So during payment process did you noticed the amount and address? Had you checked on block explorer if all the amount has sent to the same address from where you bought voucher? If your wallet synchronized correctly then transaction details should be there either balance should be there. Please share more details including transaction details. Perhaps you would notice any suspicious transaction on history.

By the way, if transaction has been broadcasted on the blockchain and at least there is 1 confirmation then your fund has gone. Bitcoin is irreversible and couldn't be refund with any cost. Don't fall into second scam in order to recover your funds.

You may choose appropriate payment processor from this thread-List of Bitcoin Payment Processors. You may realise from there which payment method would be easy and reliable for you. But personally I believe BTCPay server is the best option for you. There is no such as problems like KYC and account block which is most annoying for clients. Also all private keys controll will be with you, it's not like any centralized wallet payment processor. Its support few more alt coins including Bitcoin Lightning network.

No, that's not a problem. ICOEthics inactive doesn't mean his/her all feedbacks are wrong. So he/she shouldn't lose DT2 position at this case. He/she have left lots of accurate feedback and that should exist. There is alternative solution for this case, once all DT members will removed their negative feedback and neutralised it then counter feedback is enough. If no one leave counter feedback against ICOEthics feedback then I will do. Problem solved. But I like to see ICOEthics on DT2 always.

My bad! I misunderstood your question. I thought where you are looking for check details of a address on explorer when address has been created, I mean you are talking after created. I hadn't realized you are talking about creation "date".

Bitcoin address is a hash of public key and public key is a hash of private key. So technically you are unable to check creation date of private keys of others if you are not the creator (only you may know when you have created but date isn't recorded anywhere). And you will not able to check public key of any address if the address hasn't used to spent a unspent transaction. So it's quite impossible to find a creation date for bitcoin address with any block explorer. You are able to see details only which is already public like first transaction, sender, last transaction date, fees etc. Any private credential will not available on any block explorer.
