4661  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: February 28, 2020, 04:06:23 AM
Guess its beat the idea of celebrating birthday of Sheikh Mujib if they includes any Pakistani so can understand their point of view.
Although I am from Bangladesh and I respect Bongobondhu Seikh Mujib, I think this is a stupid decision to exclude Pakistani players in the squad. No matter what have Pakistan done with Bangladesh and Mujib, cricket board has nothing to do with that. This is really a disregard to the sports and I am hating cricket more.
I would love to watch the match but not having much interest due to the fact of excluding Pakistani players.
4662  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / A book on Bitcoin in Bengali on: February 28, 2020, 02:14:44 AM
Name of the book (in English): Bitcoin, Blockchain technology and other cryptocurrencies
Author: Mostofa Tanim

This is the first book in Bengali language which is written on Bitcoin and other cryptos. Mainly focused on Bitcoin. Other cryptos are side note. The book was first published pn 2018, I never heard about the book before some days ago. To collect the book, I have gone "Ekushe Boi Mela 2020" (A book fair held on each year for the whole February month).
I have read half of the book and it was a very good read. It will help people to change their negative outlook to Bitcoin. This is a start and I think a lot more to come.

4664  Economy / Reputation / Re: What's the point of trusting/distrusting someone if they never sent any feedback on: February 26, 2020, 10:54:31 AM
It does not matter whether that member has trusted other members or has sent any feedback, but more importantly, you trust that account holder and therefore you trust any feedback that he makes in the future.

For example, I added this member (@johoe) to my trust list because he had "Returned over 250 BTC that blockchain.info lost due to negligence". This behavior indicates a person who deserves trust, so I added he even though he did not send any feedback.
He is trustworthy, you can trade with him without any tension and it's almost certain that he will not scam you.
But that doesn't mean his power of judgement can be good, these two are different thing according to LoyceV beginner guideline.
4665  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bad News for Bitcoiners, The price will not go up at the Halving, but DOWN$! on: February 26, 2020, 06:49:31 AM
Government are reselling criminal bitcoins,
Hackers are reselling the stolen bitcoin from Exchanges and the Rich,
Flooding the markets, and are going to keep doing it over and over.
Do not forget that someone from the other side is buying this coins too. Otherwise, govt or hacker could not sell their coins.
4666  Economy / Reputation / What's the point of trusting/distrusting someone if they never sent any feedback on: February 25, 2020, 07:28:07 AM
I was browsing LoyceV trust list viewer and have seen some users have trusted/distrusted other users who have never sent any feedback to others. If we were to build our custom trust list based on the feedback user leave to others, what's the point of trusting/distrusting someone if they have never sent any feedback?
4667  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have You Started Gambling Because You Want To Be Part Of A Gambling Campaign on: February 25, 2020, 04:26:38 AM
I can not imagine what else people do for th signature campaign. This is really very stupid that someone involved them into gambling just for participating in gambling campaign.
May I ask why have you created this thread? For ffulfilling your gambling boards post requirements?
4668  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Advice on strange KYC issue - been accidentally logging in from a banned country on: February 25, 2020, 02:26:25 AM
You have nothing to do in this case. Exchange has the right to freeze your funds too. When you are joining in exchanges, you should check everything. I always do that before depositing.
Can you share the exchange name?
4669  Economy / Reputation / Re: Let's BUST some BESTchange participants. on: February 24, 2020, 08:28:59 AM
Great job, OP. The title is pointing finger to Bestchange but they have no fault here, it is my opinion. If you agree, can change the title in "Bestchange Campaign abuse" or "Signature campaign abuse by alt", your wish although.

Waiting for DT here to tag  Undecided You should also notify this topic to Bestchange's signature campaign  Wink
You are DT of your own and allowed to tag anyone if you think they deserved to be tagged.
4670  Other / Meta / Re: [Q & A]√ Ask something about the forum that you do not understand here !!! on: February 24, 2020, 03:38:47 AM
99.99% newbies never read the forum rules even. How can you expect a newbie knows there is a thread where they can ask question and get answer? He should not have any idea about this thread, and to know anything, he will create a new thread.
4671  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Invalid bitcoin adress? on: February 23, 2020, 05:52:08 AM
I would prefer to know how many bitcoin transactions (whole time) have been done with Bench32 addresses and the other types of bitcoin addresses too. Do you know any site that has this information? Please help if you know it.
According to a report of cointelegraph, 2 out of 3 transactions are now been done with segwit, that means 66% of the transactions are done by segwit- https://cointelegraph.com/news/bitcoin-network-segwit-adoption-hits-66-after-bitmex-embraces-upgrade

Another report says, 1% of BTC are stored in Bech32 addresses.
you can use this to know more info- https://txstats.com/dashboard/db/bech32-statistics?orgId=1
4672  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Invalid bitcoin adress? on: February 23, 2020, 05:28:20 AM
The only downside is that you can't generate it directly in Electrum, you have to use a special tool, which can be a problem if you don't have clean PC (virus/malware free). Since you have Electrum, ignore step 4.
This is not necessary anymore. If you generate a seed, you can access it's segwit address started with 3. You have to check the box bip39 when writing the seed. The tutorial you gave is not anymore necessary.
4673  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Extremely low bounty rewards on: February 22, 2020, 07:48:57 AM
You are wrong. You have to calculate the current price and value of a coin, not what value can it achieve later. I would not join any of the bounty campaign which have low rewards in poportion with the participants. I think low rewards bounty pool are waste of time.
4674  Local / Other languages/locations / Re: বাংলাদেশ (Bangladesh) on: February 21, 2020, 07:35:58 AM

4678  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: We want true Decentralization in crypto but we use Centralized exchanges! on: February 17, 2020, 03:13:48 AM
To be honest, none of the centralized exchange has a good volume, it results low liquidity for assets and as a result people don't trade their. Decentralized exchanges are a little tricy to use also if you look at how easy to use CEX.
Where have you seen the necessity of the fund? Can you share links?
4679  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What Are Good Ways to Promote dApp? on: February 17, 2020, 02:58:39 AM
Depends on your budget. If you are ready to spend a few thousand dollar, I would suggest running a signature campaign here for long time with a small budget which can create some popularity and eventually get you some loyal users. You can PM me, I can assist you for that.
Social media is a good place to promote too but that's something less productive now. I would rather stay away from that.
4680  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Saving your private key in your email is a lethal move on: February 16, 2020, 06:19:43 AM
First of all, the private key should not be stored on the cloud or any email service. But even if you think of doing so, you should first secure your email with strong password and 2fa. Also you should keep your email and 2fa devices as secure as you will like to keep your exchange accounts secure.
It must be never, how much security you want to be, it's not possible as long as you are storing your private key or seed key in the device which has an online connection. You will be compromised although that depends on your holding value.
