Thank you to those leaving Merit on the OP.  That is a great way to display your support for this project.  Don't forget to show nonnakip your appreciation of his involvement by leaving Merit on the NastyFans announcement post!

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=86854.msg1387099#msg1387099

The two people who left you merit haven't recently posted in this thread.
It seems like you're just trying to get other members of your fan club to leave you merit.
Sad!

edit: grammar

We are not only bound by NDA but forfeit our legal stance by posting in public.  There are many inaccuracies and false statements put out currently and by posting in public, we risk losing our stance against pursuing an individual for criminal charges.

Please let the appropriate channels handle the situation.

Then stop posting about it.
There are obvious many users who haven't signed an NDA - they should feel free to discuss the situation.

We are not posting about it, but at the same time we wish for those who do not know the details, especially those that are not Moneypot customers and hold personal grudges be able to further damage our product and brand based off of inaccuracies.

The information that is needed is out there.   It is not hidden or deleted.  There is a claim that is made, has been disputed and countered, and it is being handled by the appropriate legal channels.  Users should be able to make their own decisions based on what's out there and not speculations by outside spectators, competitors, and those with personal grudges.  There are no actual moneypot customers discussing the issue and no other customer has made any claims that they have not been paid out.

Private/Personal messages are not meant to be disclosed in public.

Unlike most of the people who have been posting in moneypot threads, I have absolutely nothing to gain from calling you guys out or defending you.  I'm just sharing my honest impartial opinion.

You guys are acting super shady.

Trying to shut down other people discussing what's going on with moneypot and literally millions of dollars worth of Bitcoin is just wrong.

If you have nothing to contribute to the conversation due to an NDA then fine, don't contribute anything.  Obviously this will make you look bad, but not as bad as trying to convince people to simply stop talking about it.

If contact me via unsolicited pm trying to convince me to stop discussing the issue, of course I will post it.

^^pm from moneypot and my response

Really seems like they are trying to use the NDA argument for their own benefit.

If you sign an NDA, that means you've agreed not to disclose certain details.  It's not a good excuse to try and silence/censor others who have not signed the NDA.
4664  Economy / Gambling / Re: Moneypot: Powered by Monster Byte on: February 21, 2018, 05:48:20 PM

Moneypot Inc. is aware of your claim that’s been filed. We believe we have an NDA in place on both sides and we are honouring that agreement in full. We will not publicly speak to any specifics, but will let the proper channels determine the final outcome.

We ask that you stop making wild speculations or false accusations in this public space.

Everything said by the official Moneypot account remains on track.  All other users that have an available balance are being paid out as explained previously.  All announcements made recently remain the same.
If you can't confirm or deny anything due to an NDA you should expect people to speculate.
There can be no discussion without speculation.
Asking people to stop speculating is a huge red flag imo.

Really weird how this guy, 'Brady MVP', created his account two days after the superbowl.

Trying to think of an explanation...but I can't.

Tom Brady won the SUPER BOWL MVP.  Duh!

Foles was the MVP.
lol

Legal and investigative expert TwitchySeal declares the 100% cashback option as a waste of time in an attempt to mislead the gambling community! Cheesy
Don't click the link guys.  (obv I've changed it in quote for your protection)
Just another pathetic attempt to try and get players to visit his shitty website.
Never pay someone who isn't a lawyer for legal advice.

I've used Wallet Explorer to link tons of people via Bitcoin transactions signed by multiple addresses, some of which are known.

I apologize if this has already been posted in thread (I haven't kept up recently), but is there any tool similiar to Wallet Explorer for Eth or any other coin?
4669  Economy / Gambling / Re: MONEYPOT alternative discussion thread! no posting will be deleted on: February 19, 2018, 09:39:41 PM
@JPRacer, I appreciate the things you're posting, but the way you are posting quotes from other threads is kind of a pain to read (in my opinion).

I could be wrong, but I think most would appreciate if you just post the direct quotes by clicking "quote" and not reformatting anything (it will also be much easier for you too)

For example (this took me about 10 seconds):

1. Monster Byte hasn't closed the deal with MP, we are waiting for the outcome of claim in Canada.

2. Provably.io (and all other sites that leverage MoneyPot) are owned and operated by individuals, not MoneyPot (or any parent company)

This press release begs to differ:

http://bitcoinprbuzz.com/monster-byte-moneypot-historic-crypto-gaming-merger/

The deal we have been working on takes months to close, just like real-world M&A. Also in the real world, we have periods of due diligence to satisfy before closing on such opportunities. In this case, the press was released before the legal claim came in. If things don't work out for MP, we will retract our offer. We are hoping that's not the case as we believe we have the right talent to grow MoneyPot to be in a position of success and trust this year.

I missed you!

<FYI, This is the last I'm responding to any MP items, we will revisit it after the legal process is done >

Played my last game on bitcasino and learned a hard lesson.

a hard lesson that gambling leads to money loss?
or there is anything more of a substance, like hard lesson that I have been, god forbid, cheated?
aside of the owners associated with vegascasino.io and sportsbet.io I don't see any open scam accusations against them
they used to run shady bonus promotions at sportsbet,so I would not trust my money to the casino
but not guilty untill proven is still a thing, right?
maybe you will help gameprotect out in his never everending quest  Tongue

You're taking quite the leap here lumping the an obvious sad degen with the worst of the worst scum like game-protect.

Calm down.
4671  Economy / Gambling / Re: Best Place To Play Poker? on: February 18, 2018, 01:01:36 AM
I think the safest place to play poker using cryptocurrencies is BetKing, because they have a VIP area for blinds above 1/2 mBTC.

This is NOT a link to BetKing.  Do not click on it.  It's a link to game-protects personal website.
4672  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetKing.io - Dice, sports, poker coming soon - 50 BTC Jackpot, 20 currencies on: February 16, 2018, 11:25:22 PM
Not sure if it's against your terms or not, but you guys should know that GP is posting BetKing affiliate links on his site while simultaneously trying to scam players in other ways (fake legal advice).  See his feedback for details.

I could, but no need to so not going to waste my time.
You waste your time with stating a lot of nonsense to mislead the community, but have no time to say whether Druff sent me a pm or stated it publicly?

It is only 1 sentence! No time, huuh?
I'm not sure if he sent you a pm, but it was definitely stated publicly.  Why does it matter though, you know he removed your signature and told you to quit posting links to your site on his forum.  That's why you stopped and your signature disappeared.  Quit playing games.
If it was publicly stated, it should be no problem for you to link to his public statement?

No, I do not know that he removed my signature and told me to quit posting links to Game Protect.

How do you know why I quit posting on pokerfraudalert?
Done with this.
If you really think you are allowed to post links to your shitty site on Todds forum go do it and see what happens.
4674  Economy / Gambling / Re: SwCpoker.eu | No Banking, Only Bitcoin | Bitcoin Poker 2.0 LIVE NOW! on: February 16, 2018, 09:56:40 PM
For some reason I was assuming this was a cash game hand where we are BB, idiot is SB and says "I'm going to fold someone else raise"  which is essentially just folding out of turn and really not a big deal.

If this is a tournament where stack sizes much shorter, it's a much bigger deal.

We cannot control what people believe.

Yes, you can.

Sign a message with an address that contains the BBJP funds and people will believe you have them.

Quote
Give us a chance and you will see how hard we are all working to make Betcoin the best.

You've been given soooooo many chances already.

We're giving you a chance right now in fact, just sign the message and prove you have the funds.  I'm not accusing you of not having them, just giving you a chance to prove you do.

We will prove that we do like everyone else does, as soon as the BBJ is hit. Feel free to hold judgement until that happens.
There have been many online poker sites with that scammed players out of millions that had better reputation than Betcoin:
Fulltilt, Absolute Poker, Ultimate Bet, Lock Poker, Fullflush I'm sure I'm missing a bunch.

Where are the BBJ funds?

Why are player funds not seperated?

We have answered this question many times. The BBJ is ready to be hit and paid any time. It is not necessary to repeat this question when the answer will be the same. The funds are not an issue. We look forward to paying this out. If you feel uncomfortable playing with Betcoin, we understand and you certainly have that choice, but we are not going to answer this same question over and over. Thank you very much.

You really haven't given a valid reason for refusing to be transparent with the BBJP funds.

Also, there are many things you said you would do that haven't been done.  Clarifying the BBJP rules, lowering the requirements to Jacks full of Tens to start and then lowering them regularly till hit.

You said you hoped to have the BBJP hit 10 times over 4-8 weeks with the 10th hit paying out the remainder of the jackpot, including seed money.

The reason you don't post anymore is because Todd deleted your signature (which was obv ad for your site) and forbid you from promoting your site on his forum.
Did I inform you about the reason why pokerfraudalert Game Protect account is inactive? If so, please publicise this pm?

When and how did he forbid to have Game Protect signature?

Why are you asking me questions that you know the answer to.  I'm not going to waste my time convincing you of something you already know is true.
I know nothing about your statements and ask for clarification and proof?

Really?  You don't remember when Todd told you that you couldn't post links to your site anymore? lol
You are not able to deliver proof of your statement? LOL

When Todd told me and how? Pm or publicly announced on his forum?
I could, but no need to so not going to waste my time.
4680  Economy / Gambling / Re: SwCpoker.eu | No Banking, Only Bitcoin | Bitcoin Poker 2.0 LIVE NOW! on: February 16, 2018, 04:19:47 AM
There was some drama last night that I wish to address since swcpoker is such a small and tight community:

There's this guy that complains anytime an underdog wins a hand. If the favorite wins the hand, then he expresses his utter surprise. Last night he went off talking **** in the chatbox about what a huge luckbox donk I am after I won a hand with an underdog. I just let him go on and on, but then this happened:

I'm in the big blind with some trash hand and the **** talker was in the small blind. We all get our cards and he says, "someone bet im not betting him." which is just blatant cheating. Sure enough, someone raised and everyone folded. So I went off a bit in the lobby chatbox and sent an email to support.

Will report back with any news.

He sounds like an idiot and it probably didn't have any effect on the hand.  I'd probably just let it go.

Disagree with you on this one.  Attempted collusion is still collusion and the offending player should be disciplined appropriately.  You can't tell people that they should raise because you are folding your blind.  He was trying to work with other people at the table (even though they obviously aren't at fault for receiving information that helped their game) to the detriment of bojax.  That has no place at the poker table.

It's definitely out of line, but not technically collusion since there was nothing secret about it. I guess attempted collusion is accurate.  It reminds me of countless live situations where some drunk idiot is doing things that aren't cool and that I'd never let a solid player get away with but everyone just kind of rolls their eyes because the guys an idiot and is making the game a good one.
