4661  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: New bounty table on: June 28, 2019, 04:01:26 AM
Thank you for the effect though it was just a short list actually.

If I may ask, these bounties listed are for ICO or IEO, or both?
I just thought ICO bounties are not that profitable anymore, so I guess it's better if there is some kind of specification.
4662  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Any Suggestions on Promising ICO Projects? on: June 27, 2019, 11:21:17 PM
Hi, just wanted to know what interesting blockchain projects you guys have seen, am looking to invest in some promising ICOs, but I'm worried because there are so many scams around with ICO projects these days. I've gotten some suggestions to look at IEOs instead, but I believe that some ICOs projects really have interesting concepts and developments that have the potential to be successful and don't want to miss out on ICOs completely. Any ideas? Is this a smart thing to do?
we need to know something that is everything is trusted in all the time and also everything is not trusted in all the time we need to give our mind set to decide which will be the best then the other things are the fact after the success or defeat.
Where to find it? It is really hard to find those legit ones and even give a decent profit for the investors, and even we think that we found it but still, we can't assure that it will be a profitable one or it will end up into nothing. This is usually it happens nowadays and we are just lucky enough if we can get profit for at least 1%.
4663  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Binance Elrond (ERD) listing - 8x + IEO again possible? on: June 27, 2019, 06:03:04 AM
The trend of Binance IEO is profitable, so I guess this one would have the same faith.
It's gonna be profitable at the beginning so it's advisable to not go for long term, most likely it can be seen like a pump and dump game but since it's organized in the big exchange, people would not complain about it. Just take it from https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/harmony/, it made a good run, now it's stable and I don't think it will rise again because people had already cash out their profits, now they will be in a new project for sure.
4664  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook Cryptocurrency on: June 27, 2019, 05:45:21 AM
I am determined to buy FB coin Libra even though it is not available yet. I hope it is available on exchanges where i can buy easily.

Will it be a threat to BTC and other altcoins? I am afraid that the prices of BTC and other altcoins will go down. It makes me hesitate to buy some currencies like TRX currently.

I think Libra Coin will make transactions in the crypto market more attractive. After Facebook announced that it would launch Libra Coin, price of bitcoin rose steadily and now above $ 13,000. I think Libra Coin will have a positive influence on the cryptocurrency market

People does not know a lot about Libra, but they know this coin is own by Facebook so they are investing in the crypto space now.
Most of the them are buying bitcoin so we are seeing a bitcoin rocket again.

The action of facebook is pro crypto so this really brings positive result, if we still remember during the last year's ban, the effect was negative and it has a big negative effect and now it's a big opposite of the effect. We should be thankful with this, without FB announcement, we won't reach this high now.
4665  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquiao vs Keith Thurman on July 20 on: June 27, 2019, 05:34:20 AM

That's the kind of support Manny is getting from the Philippines,60% meaning most of the best, but I'd love to know if they have at least a figure so we can determine how much money are flowing so far?

I am currently looking on the Data that you've requested. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find one but I think forbes can still be a good reliable source so we will just consider it as is for the time being. Hopefully we can get more insights on the sportsbook that was mentioned

@Botnake, it normal for Manny to have such percent of support from the Philippines cause he's your senator and the leading fighter who represent Philippine. But, unfortunately there's chance that Thurman might end his career if Manny is not well prepared because Thurman seems determined for betting $10K for winning the fight on KO.

Concern the cash that has flow in, no one know for now but I'm sure Manny will make a minimum of $20 million from the fight.

I'm just curious what would be the multiplier for that bet, I'm sure that is not a 50/50 payout.
I like to counter his bet, Manny beating him in 3 rounds by KO, though less likely to happen but if the odds are really good then I guess it's worth a try.
4666  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will be legally accepted in every country in the next 10 years? on: June 26, 2019, 11:43:32 PM
It is an undisputable fact that bitcoin will be legalized in almost every country in the world including the countries which have banned it currently. People are now familiarizing themselves on the use case of bitcoin. Legalise bitcoin now!
It might be, but who knows if they'll use to change their mind and adopt cryptocurrency. 10 years is still far and we expect more changes along the way into that and hoping for this coming market developments will lighten up their minds. It will work well if we give support into crypto and never be dumb if we encounter a market crisis.
4667  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Comments on deposit bonuses on: June 26, 2019, 04:03:34 AM
That's a reasonable condition, they will not just give easy money.
When they have a deposit bonuses, you'll have to read the complete terms to ensure you'll not fall for this if you think you don't have a chance to fulfill them. It's part of the marketing to attract more gamblers and although they are paying but in overall, the site are the one who get most of the benefits.
4668  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casinos can use AI to get additional edge? on: June 26, 2019, 03:44:51 AM
the house always win, it has to be that way or we don't have a platform to gamble. sonit best to side with them when they offer something like revenue sharing than rely on winning bets. this is the reason i only bet on sports since they can't manipulate results to it.  dice and roullets is just not the type of game you can consider fair even when the codes are shared.

I don't think they'll manipulate the result, they already have that house edge so they'll eventually win.
Manipulating results will make their site bad and I guess the reason why more people are still gambling in games where there's a house edge like dice is because they believe they are provably fair.

Well, sports is no doubt a good kind of gambling game, I am also seeing a dice sites now that are integrating sports in their service, they see the demand so they are doing it.

4669  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Want to achieve success in trading? on: June 25, 2019, 11:16:26 PM
If you are newbie, you should educate yourself first with the basics of cryptocurrency and trading. Learn how the coins and crypto market moves when there are ongoing developments or events related to them. Learn how to use technical and fundamental analysis, including price actions and master them before you start trading, the more you are prepared, the more you have the chance succeed in your initial trading. Be pateint and never stop learning.
It is good enough for new traders to know the basic in trading, and to learn more about this field will need time.
We can't learn it instantly but gradually, so we never expect those people who wan't quick and instant learning will succeed in trading but to lose their capital only. Cause even me, I'd struggled it before it almost perfectly done.
4670  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin actually protecting fiat money? on: June 25, 2019, 10:37:04 PM
The biggest threat to fiat money is inflation. Inflation can be cured by injecting wealth into the economy and by that rising enough belief to keep the system afloat. This can be done for instance by occupying foreign countries and by that opening up new markets to the companies that are essential to the economy. Or this can be done by loose regulations with the derivatives markets, that will create wealth out of thin air and high hopes.

Can it be that pumping of the crypto markets is just another financial shenanigan created to keep the old system afloat?
They are creating new wealth out of nothing with cryptos, just like with derivatives. The made up wealth that is created, is actually backing the value of fiat. This would make sense why regulators seem so blind on goxdollars and tether.
Even it have market inflation but it is not the reason that it wipe out fiat and also with crypto. We are holding the market and of course nobody could let it happen because if this so called inflation.

I think the Bitcoin will not protecting the any other normal currency but the possibility in the future is also available with the help of Bitcoin the normal currency can be economically more powerful that's why I think it important for the future but right now I don't think like that.
Will agreed with you. I don't know why people think of it besides, having crypto in our side is just an option to take of what we used.
4671  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamblers needs to control their emotion! on: June 25, 2019, 06:08:19 AM

They play because gambling can give you huge amount of money in less time, that is if you're lucky.

I agree, however you cannot be lucky all the time, maybe in every 100 gambling session, you will only be lucky 30 times or less.
For me, it's important to only gamble what you can afford so you can go very aggressive when you are lucky, remember it does not come all the time so take that opportunity and earn from it, but it's not effective all the time, sometimes you also end up losing.

Gamblers don't think of that first before they play. Their main goal is to gamble and earn profit. Money is involved so many people are attracted to it leading them to addiction.

That's one sided, that's normal to some gamblers but what really is important is to be discipline to stay on budget, if you loss stop, that's it.
4672  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: June 25, 2019, 05:49:46 AM
It's Giannis who won the Kia NBA MVP
https://twitter.com/NBA
There's been a lot of disagreements with last year's MVP but I don't think anyone would argue about Giannis winning this time. I mean, compared to others, he delivered on bot ends of the floor. If I am not mistaken, he declared at the start of last season that he'll win the MVP award.

I guess even if they will disagree they can't do anything to change the reason, there is a criteria being followed here and it's very clear that this guy did an outstanding job during the regular season. One big achievement of the team that we should not forget is he led his team to have the best record last regular season, it's only an MVP can do that.
4673  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What cryptocurrency are you currently buying during a dip? on: June 24, 2019, 10:55:24 PM
I always go for the safe options like Waves, Stratis, and other top 50 coins in the market. I think they're still cheap and still got the capability to grow in the future and really good for long-term holding. I also want to consider buying coins that are under $1.
I also think that as a win-win, it is worth buying top coins. This is if you don’t go deep into it, but they still bring profit. Of course, if you buy a coin worth up to $ 1 in larger quantities, it will be more profitable. The main thing to invest in promising
Will have to choose the best one cause in the end we are the one who probably suffer losses and that will really matters.
I have to think that investing into the top 50 altcoins is not a good idea we've better to focus on the top 20 so it won't give us a hard time to evaluate which coins will look promising and can give us more profit.
4674  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I think a lot of people just missed their chance on: June 24, 2019, 10:37:17 PM
It seems to be going up and not coming back down again.
Yes, because bull run is started and the price is rocketing except to the alts that hard to go in the flow of high price of btc. But it's good to that btc is back on track again.
I don't think that we can't experience another dumps in the future, it is actually a features of crypto and we have to accept it. It is not making the market to be negative but we used its drops to buy coins at low price that could give us more profits once it back into bull run again.
As I have think that, a lot of people misses their chances this time cause nobody think it but to stay at low.
4675  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you still investing in ICOs? Let me know! on: June 24, 2019, 05:31:17 AM
ICOs are unlikely to be as popular as IEOs and STOs moving forward because these newer models can offer better quality, transparency, and compliance provided they are launched by a reputable exchange and you've done your due diligence to ensure it is legitimate and has a promising prospectus
Agree, they serve the investors, therefore they will get the trust from the investors.
It's a big money that are flowing in the crowdsale, therefore security and assurance are necessary, when it comes to investing in crypto, it's already considered a high risk investment, but if there's a way to minimize it, they will do it, and that's why IEO and STO were created and this really satisfied the investors needs.
4676  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do traders make more money than holders? on: June 24, 2019, 05:10:37 AM
I think traders earn more than what holders do. Traders can cope up with the market in any situation with their skill. But a holder just wait for the dump to buy then sell when it pumps. Traders decide how the market moves. Without them holders won't earn profit.

Traders can sure make more, especially for the day traders.
I am a holder and a trader at the same time, but I cannot say based on experience that I make more since I'm not consistent enough yet.
I need to improve my trading skills first so I can be profitable, but I would still choose to hold and trade at the same time.
4677  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: People are losing confident and interest in altcoins on: June 23, 2019, 10:59:39 PM
Altcoins will definitely recover. It's just that their time hasn't come yet. Of course not all will be able to survive, but some of them will still remain.
Perhaps, not all of them are potential coins and we don't expect that it will work out even the market will be in bullish season.
We can't blame others to lose their interest and confident towards altcoins investment cause in the first place, it won't give a satisfying gains in returns.
But of course, the top altcoins have it's best and it can be profitable which is good for investment.
4678  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Paypal to Bitcoin swap on: June 23, 2019, 06:10:35 AM
Move it in the right board, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0

I'm afraid you'll likely not gonna make a successful trade here since paypal is reversable, and you are still a newbie.

This is the warning - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=14632.0
4679  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquiao vs Keith Thurman on July 20 on: June 21, 2019, 07:26:05 AM

I don't know about the decision of Broner but it must be personal because he lost against Pacquiao and as for Crawford, their fight has never been set. All of the rumors has been told that they were about to fight but nothing happened so I think both votes were personal against Pacquiao.

Broner with a loud mouth that believes he won the game against PACMAN, whoever boxer this guy will back, I'll bet against him.
I'm confident as I know he'll not favor PACMAN to win this fight since got beaten up. LOL
4680  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Kucoin lists BNB in anticipation of Binance US users being locked out in 80 days on: June 21, 2019, 07:17:20 AM
Because of this, I like buying more KuCoin Shares, been moving well lately, so I guess with this announcement, this helps a lot for the exchange to improve.
