This better explain it.

https://blog.coinfloor.co.uk/post/189719817726/coinfloor-sets-eyes-on-bitcoin-only-services-from

I love what he is doing. We are looking at a pure bitcoin enthusiast by now.
He stays at his path or how his path was created since the start of bitcoin discovery.

Although it is good to have a competition, what he is saying might also be right.

Quote
“Since I first came across Bitcoin in 2011, I have seen it grow to become a mature proven currency. No other cryptocurrency currently comes close to Bitcoin’s track record, industry support, or brand recognition, so focusing on Bitcoin made perfect sense. Bitcoin is the dominant decentralised, value-driven, and inflation proof cryptocurrency, which gives it the potential to become the best form of money the world has ever seen”.
4662  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: December 18, 2019, 02:06:36 PM

Competition is getting tougher as the season mature, and I guess the top team on both conference is definitely the Lakers and the Bucks. That is if both their key players are healthy as the season goes by.

Because they are in the top spot now in west and east?
I think it's too early to tell, there's a lot of possibility and who knows team like Dallas or Rockets will climb to the highest,.. in the west, Bucks rival only the Sixers and celtics  but in the playoffs it's gonna be a different story.

In the west, I like the CLippers and maybe Sixers in the East.

Yes, that is just the way it is.
It can be any team. This is also why they are almost celebrating when they reach the playoffs. It is already an achievement and they do enjoy it before preparing for the more intensive fight.
76ers is one of the good competitors when it comes to the playoffs in the East.
Remember they almost defeated the Raptors if Kawhi didn't make that lucky roll.
And so does the Celtics. They also defeated a strong 76ers even without Kyrie before. (injury)
4663  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This is very bad for the European crypto community! on: December 18, 2019, 12:55:12 PM
New anti-money laundering (AML) regulations are coming into force by January 10 in Europe. The rules, which address cryptocurrency companies for the first time, look set to have a large impact on the industry.

The Fifth Anti-Money Laundering Directive (5AMLD) is set to take full effect in less than a month. It was first detailed in May last year.

It means that they're clearly in a war against decentralization.

They are doing whatever it takes to "take over" and make centralized payments dominant once again.

Bitcoin was created for us to have no limits in cross-border payments. Now they're trying to take it away from us, because of KYC. There's very little freedom on how much BTC and altcoins are we gonna withdraw, especially within the European union.

It's just that these lawmakers are doing something to make sure we do not prosper, but only them.

There’re two ways to look at this news one view is that it’ll force people to avoid bitcoins because of KYC hassles, second view is that EU has recognised crypto’s as an currency and this may pave the way for legalising it. As the article states many companies are shutting down, and many are making sure they comply with the rules hence only by February or March will we will come to know it’s real impact on bitcoin prices.

I will take the 2nd view.  Grin
Create optimism with pessimism. Right.
If only people will question it. Asking themselves, Why?
Is there something wrong with bitcoin or other crypto currencies?
That will trigger something and we might see them here asking those questions afterwards.

Thanks though for bringing that up.
4664  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Which 3 exchanges would you recommend? on: December 18, 2019, 10:53:30 AM
Those are good choice in my opinion.

But I also have my own list, just not that interested into making an article just like you did.
Binance, Okex and Kucoin. You got one of my most trusted exchange though.
Never have tried Coinbase yet.
Mostly Binance because I have BNB on my account and that makes it cheap every time I trade.
4665  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: December 18, 2019, 08:45:36 AM

Clippers going to have their revenge tonight, but the odd for the Suns are really tempting, so if a bettor put a little amount on suns, it would be fun.
46-38, slowly the Clippers are pulling away but this could change as it's still very early to conclude.
Just saying good luck for the brave bettors, Suns might win but with a slim chance.

That is what happened.
Even with garbage time they cannot still make it.
All +14 lost the game. Even with +20 on the line.
It really is bait.
I guess a lot of gamblers did lose from this game using the history of Suns from defeating strong teams.
4666  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Projects that failed to keep their promise in 2019 on: December 18, 2019, 07:12:37 AM
Haven't heard those names even if I am always in the altcoin section.

Look, it is a risk you had taken when you joined the bounty of an ICO.
It had been discussed here for a lot of times.
That is why some users here are trying the best they can to make newbies aware of what they have joined.
Research, and a lot of different tips and steps are being provided to avoid this kind of events.
4667  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is this the right time to buy now? Or wait for a bit to go even lower? on: December 18, 2019, 05:08:18 AM

Honestly, I would like to wait a bit before it goes down even further to fill my buy order.

It had always been our choice into when we will buy.
If you have the courage then do it now.
Sometimes I go for my instinct. But mostly it put me into the wrong decision.  Grin

We have our good predictors here and I follow them for I cannot really vouch for my own speculation for a lot of times.  Grin
But that is just for ideas. At the end of the day it will be me who will be in the final decision.
4668  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: December 18, 2019, 03:55:26 AM
@wheelz1200... how about Suns winning here because of Deandre is back?

I like the odds because it's x10 on moneyline. With this kind of odds, sometimes it's tempting even against a good team playing at home, we know that suns are also capable of winning so maybe we will see some upset tonight.

For me, the Moneyline odds is not tempting. The one tempting is the spread whether the - for Clippers or + on Suns.

But the choice is yours. Playing at the Staples Center, Suns is struggling, Clippers do have the best home record, I'm not seeing any upsets here. But for the +13 Suns, I think they can cover it.

The ball is round though, the choice is yours.

A win maybe at garbage time. It is starting now although I didn't bet here, I just want to watch the Suns if they could defeat the Clippers again.

Odds are good and there is really a chance for it. Good luck to your bets.
+375 for 1st half win but the Clippers are breaking the Suns. Pass.

+700 for the total. I will pass for this one.
4669  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Safety first before trading on: December 17, 2019, 02:32:08 PM
There's a lot of topics, news, trading and more that related with scam or hack still i think if your knowledgeable about where you risk then you will not experience like that so i recommend to study or search before doing trading here in crypto world then there's a lot of ways to avoid that like save or hold your btc, alts, tokens in your trusted wallets,Moreover read the news below because you can learn a lot by this like how to trade safely

https://cointelegraph.com/news/4-things-you-must-know-before-trading-bitcoin-and-cryptocurrency/amp

Yeah that should be first. Safety.
But how actually?

It is not just about marketing, trading or volume. You need to keep your money in safety first.
Get a hard wallet. If needs payment then so be it as long as you know it will be the safest method ever.
Next, do not stay in an exchange for a long time.
Yes, it is more profitable having a lot to be traded but you need also to stop being greedy and keep some of it at some time.
Where it should be? Your created hard wallet. Always there.
4670  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are Legal Risks in Crypto World ? on: December 17, 2019, 01:46:59 PM

How the central government views cryptocurrency investments is a vital legal concern for any cryptocurrency investor. In the United States, the IRS has described cryptocurrencies not as currencies but as assets

I have the same though.
Don't want to force line it up with fiat money or just currencies.
I prefer commodity/currency. More like it can be both.

It will never replace fiat or if it will that is a long shot. A very lone one.
That just means world peace.
Not all government can be satisfied by how great bitcoin could be if implemented as an option for payment. More countries thought of it as a threat to the financial industry specially when it comes to anti-money laundering.
So I guess we could just wait for now. Bitcoin is young and it will go further.
4671  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: December 17, 2019, 11:50:13 AM
OMG! I am shocked too. Dallas could win against a strong Bucks without Luka.
Haha, many were shocked including us with this defeat of Bucks. As we thought that this was already a sure win for them but I guess we're all wrong this time. Kudos to Dallas for breaking the streak of Bucks.

And that's a big handicap for them even without Doncic, they've won against a powerhouse and favorable team. We thought that the streak will be shown by Friday but it's all wrong.
AFAIR it was the bucks who stopped the winning streak of the Warriors way back, now they also got stop by a Dallas Mavericks that we don't even think has a chance of winning against the best team in the NBA since Luka was out due to injury.

Now the Mavericks have proven that they don't rely on one man to win, they have a system employed that makes them a better team.

Oh yeah!! Love how you put that in a sentence. I cannot do that.  Grin

I just finished watching the replay of the game and man! that was really a crazy game. The Bucks really wanted that win and they made a lot of effort specially Giannis. Even with those last seconds of the game.
3 point lead for the Mavs and Tim needs to shoot just 1 free throw to seal it
He missed one and the tension was there for the second free throw.
It did went in so that closed the game.
But the effort was really there, they want to continue the streak but just a little short.
4672  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Will hit 5500 ? on: December 17, 2019, 08:58:22 AM

If you're holding or holding profits best just to keep holding and try to increase your holdings by buying morw
. Minimal amounts can be shorted on leveraged trading but I don't have too much trust in the manipulators of this market).

I will have to agree with that.

Worse may come but it is also a possibility for new buyers to come or those who are getting ready with their cash or USDT to become bitcoin again.
Hold the bitcoin and add some more.
That is the main road that I want to keep tracking for now. It is difficult already to buy bitcoin an expensive price. I don't want to make it worse by regretting it when the price suddenly pumps up.
4673  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: December 17, 2019, 05:19:24 AM

Disappointment comes because the Dallas beat the Bucks, though it was just four points, a win is a win for Dallas. Now, I can say that the Bucks cannot play intensive basketball when it come to playing against a strong opponents. Wait what? Duncic less Dallas beating the Bucks with Giannis on the court?

OMG! I am shocked too. Dallas could win against a strong Bucks without Luka.
This just proved something. The Mavericks are now upgraded. It seems like their chemistry is getting better now.
Despite the 48 point double double of Giannis somebody stepped up for the Mavericks.
Porzingis and Seth Curry. What!!?? Seth?  Grin
I know he is some kind of a defensive player but thinking he would go with a 26 pointer game? Wow!!!
4674  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Over $7 trillion worth of BTC has been transferred since 2009 on: December 17, 2019, 02:14:29 AM

Thanks for the links.  Wink
I have been meaning to ask the same questions but since I found answers already I stopped for a while.  Grin

Here’s what you need to know:

We found the total amount of bitcoin that’s been transferred since 2009, and it’s pretty huge. The OG cryptocurrency was originally launched in 2008 with the release of its whitepaper, penned by Satoshi Nakamoto. Over the last decade, Bitcoin has grown in leaps and bounds with the crypto asset industry growing alongside it, and it’s now surpassed more than $7 trillion dollars worth of transactions. We’ll be taking a look at the growth of Bitcoin transactions over time, and how more transactions fuel growth and mass adoption in the industry.

Yeah, but what is 7 trillion for how 11 years?
Gold had been prospering from the dark ages and yet who cares about those numbers now?
They also made a lot of money out of it but we didn't care. Suddenly bitcoin is the apple of the eye because of 7 trillion?  Grin
4675  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: December 16, 2019, 03:09:42 PM
Since his in the rehabilitation for his injury, I think fans are a bit worried if he still can make it to the MVP race or he will be left behind by his competitors. Since Doncic will still be nursing for his injury, his competitors will be ahead of him in terms of statistical points and that would be hard for him to coup up. Anyways, as long as he can return healthy, the Dallas would be regaining their morale for their goals.
He is missing a few games, he is still very much in the race. We are not even half the regular season. His competitors will also miss some games at some point during the season.

Yeah, more triple doubles and he could still lead the race for the MVP.
But I think it will be more than that. Luka might be really aiming for the championship and not just that award.
We see how he put a lot of effort into making game winning shots and also leading the Dallas team.

This is going to be an exciting playoffs if there will be no injuries with the stars.
Also to prevent so many reasons for a losing team.  Grin
4676  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Will take brake on: December 16, 2019, 01:20:22 PM

I assoome 25% drop of bitcoin according to my very percise calculations.

Your words are not even precise. How could we even tell you are telling the accurate calculations with your spellings not even being accurate.  Grin
This is all just FUD.
Do you really have that lot of altcoins to do this?
I do. But, I don't go this far into making fake news just so to pull the value of my altcoins.
This is just bad advertising. There are better ways to do it.

Who would not get worried with that sweet face of him?  Grin
The skills he have is already a plus to us. I love how he played already even before when he is not making those triple doubles.
My wife even told me that I already got a crush on him.  Grin

The guy is just really that good for people to hype his name. Dallas really made a good pick into which player will be the face for their team.
He just did some improvement and it is worth it.
I don't care if I am overreacting over all this things. I just want him back to see those good moves again.  Grin
4678  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Stable coins and Liquity problem on: December 16, 2019, 08:06:28 AM

U can buy and sell btc anywhere but what i Want is stable coins coz they are stable.

Wow! Just really Wow!
I don't really know how to answer this kind of discussion.
Where is the point?
Where is this going to?
Actually the convenience in trading now is more efficient because of the stable coins. You cannot escape freely without having any fear for the value to go down. That's it.
4679  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New solutions on existing industries on: December 16, 2019, 05:33:17 AM
You are asking it because they are really difficult to find.
Same goes with us.
In my experience if I find one that gets my attention I would not let go until I go deep into seeing if there is a little bit of window for a scam.

If you do that one by one. That will take a lot of time.
Go to the ANN thread of the altcoin section and you will see a lot of altcoins being created with different platform. How could you investigate them all.
It will be a boring work without payment.  Grin
4680  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: December 16, 2019, 02:24:22 AM
It almost killed me with sadness but thanks to this.

https://twitter.com/espn_macmahon/status/1206043555560595458

It is just a sprain and the X-rays were negative.
Whew!
Streaks of wins and triple double might be stopped but as long as he is healthy then it is still good.
This is what I have been scared of from the start.
He had been putting a lot of minutes for the game and he needs to be rested.

Isn't it we have a discussions that we hope that he will be healthy for the remainder of the season so that we will continue to be amazed by Luka and this just happened.

The good thing is that it is not worst than we've thought, scary. IF it just a sprain then he can just rested it and heal it on time.

Yeah, I do remember that, I think it was just a couple of days ago. Accidents does happen though so we cannot just assume what the end will be.
It sucks, but that is physical sports so anytime this kind of things will happen.

LUCKILY THAT WAS A MINOR INJURY! At first look, it looked like a PG-like injury. Remember that injury people? That was one of the worst injuries NBA player could get. But on Luka's condition luckily it's not like that. We can't afford to lose another young player that has a high potential to hall of fame.

Erghh. Don't really want to remember that.
His legs is broken in two pieces. But this one is really different and it does happen. It just looks really bad at the position of the camera.
