4681  Other / Meta / Re: Measures against scams misusing the Bitcoin name on: November 14, 2017, 12:54:00 PM
I would consider it if it became a widespread, spammy problem, but I don't think that many people are confusing Bitcoin with Bcash on this forum.
That stance is somewhat vague. As I've pointed out to you recently, there are some users who have been intentionally shilling Bcash with new threads in the Bitcoin Discussion sub-forum. Such users should be permanently banned IMO.

If someone is fraudulently passing off Bcash as Bitcoin, the most appropriate response is probably to give that person negative trust.
I fully agree.
4682  Other / Meta / Re: Measures against scams misusing the Bitcoin name on: November 14, 2017, 10:55:38 AM
Anyone who intentionally tries to deceive newbies that an altcoin is Bitcoin just because it stole the "Bitcoin" name, is an untrustworthy and malicious entity that can't be trusted. Doing something again these scams:
a) Not damaging to anyone (it actually does the opposite).
b) Not hurting freedom of speech (don't mistake acceptance of any kind of scam as a requirement for honoring freedom of speech).

The forum staff must absolutely use more rigorous measures in order to minimize the damage that these "people" try to cause.
4683  Economy / Reputation / Re: [User Generated] - Known alts of anyone on: November 14, 2017, 10:50:15 AM
Oh look who has been caught with his hand in the cookie jar  Grin
I was not caught with anything. The fact that you jump on this pathetic bandwagon just shows how butthurt you are.

Anyone going to whip out the red paint now?
No, as I have not done anything wrong. Unless of course, they plan on abusing their position like a certain someone. Roll Eyes
4684  Economy / Reputation / Re: [User Generated] - Known alts of anyone on: November 14, 2017, 09:34:13 AM
Lauda nuked the Xanis account in July 2015. It previously had almost 3000 posts.
I nuked an account of a rank that can't be nuked? Sounds about right. Roll Eyes

As I said, Lauda nuked the alt account.
You keep on lying.

The fact that Lauda has been outed as an account trader while simultaneously heading up the SMAS initiative and being a signature campaign manager himself raises questions about a conflict of interest.
That is a lie. I have never, to my knowledge, bought nor sold an account.

-snip-
Linkage is true. Implication is not that important.
Buying accounts in 2013 ≠ Buying accounts in 2017. I think we all know the difference. Most people used to freely engage in account sales before the influx of spam. Even when I had a lending service, I sold accounts. Then I stopped. Because it leads to shit. People are allowed to stop, you know. We're not all part of the cesspool.
That post is obviously just bullshit in an attempt to discredit me. I was banned twice for SPAM (maybe even three times; I don't remember anymore) before becoming a moderator (here's a hint: The same person who banned me later promoted me). Is he really trying to say that a very old, secondary account, is worse than that? If so, he's a bigger baboon than I thought. The account has not been nuked, it has been permanently banned on my request a very long time ago (after I wiped its posts). My hate for spam partially stems from my past. This should have been obvious to anyone, no?

Unlike most shitposters, including the owner of that alt account, I've learned from those mistakes after extensive discussions with those who banned me. If you wish to waste your time on nothing, then be my guest.

4685  Economy / Reputation / Re: Fraud Alert: Translator dserrano11 on: November 14, 2017, 08:08:56 AM
And he's a serious shitposter in the English language section--his posts are generic and vapid and English is obviously not his native tongue, definitely not enough knowledge of it to do a translation without Google.   Drives me nuts.
I concur.

Did he actually get paid for any of these shitty translation jobs?
It is hard to say accurately without wasting too much time on him. However, that is likely.

Tagged.
4686  Economy / Reputation / Re: How do you guys feel about trust farming? on: November 14, 2017, 08:05:58 AM
If this is the case it is fine. Not knowing them seeing a pizza picture as reference for a 10 btc trade in 2017 was a pretty big red flag.
IMO it is not much different for leaving ratings for private trades. You can't really leave anything as a reference, can you?

If you were referencing 2 regular users i'd have a problem with the rating but MJ is pretty legit. No reason to doubt his rating even though it might look fishy. I'm sure he would explain the reference if absolutely necessary but I doubt it comes to that.
Both of them are legitimate to the point where there is no need to doubt such a trade occurred.
4687  Economy / Reputation / Re: How do you guys feel about trust farming? on: November 14, 2017, 07:40:26 AM
I was going through the "Zepher" account and saw that he is giving out 10 positives for the same guy even though it was on different occasions (he does that with several users).
Your point being? If I successfully traded big amount of money with someone, I am not allowed to leave them a rating for each time?

Do "Zepher" and "minerjones" have some sort of connection? Like siblings parted at birth?  Roll Eyes

Code:
minerjones	2017-01-04	10.00000000	Reference	PIZZA!!!!!!!! yum

The reference is a pizza picture...
It's an internal thing, and a very valid rating. I can't exactly remember what the deal was with that Pizza, but I do remember it.

It looks for me like a circlejerk of trust trading or maybe all these accounts are just owned by one guy - this is definitely fishy.

I hope some more ppl will check this out.
No. These people are literally trading thousands, tens of thousands (USD) worth of coins every month.
4688  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: November 14, 2017, 07:04:15 AM
The paid and bamboozled shills Peter R and jbreher are out in full force, breaking the forum rules as they go (of course). You should wonder which agency is most likely to be funding agents to cause disruption in open source projects (NSA anyone?).

Back to what matters:

4689  Other / Meta / Re: [SMAS] Signature Managers against Spam (light version) on: November 14, 2017, 06:47:53 AM
And why would that be so?
Because people waste my time asking for a review right away, when there is literally no or almost no improvement.

So I would appreciate you elaborating on when I was blacklisted so I can at least ask for a revision after 60, 180 or 360 days.
That is something that I do not help people with. You should find out how much it has been since your blacklist on your own. You can ask for a review after 60 days.

When I was talking about 180 or 360 days, I was thinking whether I should change this (not that I've changed it already).
4690  Economy / Reputation / Re: Low life Lauda give me negative trust without reason on: November 14, 2017, 06:30:15 AM
However after learning the deeper issues of both sides I have decided that bitcoin cash is the coin that follows the touring complete model as set by that unknown genius in 2008.
That is factually a lie. People who maliciously lie in order to deceive newbies are people who can't be trusted. People who can't be trusted are people who get negative ratings. QED.

LAUDA comes over to this thread with FUD and threatens me (see post #9313 or see her feedback in her trust rating from me)  and she states publically that if I do not stop posting in support of bch in the bch thread that I will get negative trust from her.
You are a chronic liar that can't be trusted. I have said no such thing, nor threatened you, nor responded to you in that post.

BCH will stand at this level $1350
You were saying? Maybe it is time to rename to Bitcoin Crash.

So that Lauda user put negative feedback on you account because you support BCH???  WTF?  What a joke of a user that must be..  Admin can you remove that absolutely stupid negative feedback on this new user account?  seriously that is forum abuse IMO.

*edit= And the other negative feedback on TangentC is equally stupid.  So now we are not allowed to post?  or we might get negative feedback?  OMG

Don't support scam and you'll be fine boi
Correct. Anyone who comes out shilling this scam with propaganda which is meant to deceive newbies is going to get tagged.

While con men like Fake Satoshi and Roger Ver are doing everything that they can to harm the newcomers, someone has to be there to protect them. Smiley

I think she is anti trump and serving her political agenda.  I think this because no one else in the thread got negative feedback from her!
That is another lie. A lot of shills got tagged over the years.

Now go back to that degenerate bitcoin.com forum and the con men Ver. This place does not need bamboozled liars.
4691  Economy / Reputation / Re: Recommendations for additions to Default Trust on: November 14, 2017, 06:26:12 AM
Any ETA for the first addition? I'd like to see the impact that it would have and analyze his left ratings/amount of butthurt that will happen.
Fucking sadist  Grin.
Well.. Embarrassed I *might* be sadist but only when it comes to the people that really deserve it. Tongue

Would you agree that anyone caught buying/selling forum accounts should not be on Default Trust?
Not necessarily.
There is no need to attack such legitimate members at this point. They've long realized that such actions are wrong, and have moved on.

People who whine about unequal rule enforcement drive me insane.  If you got tagged and someone else didn't, suck it the fuck up.  Cops don't chase down every speeder on the highway.  The argument falls upon deaf ears, my man.
I concur. It's just a bullshit excuse from those that got caught doing something.
4692  Other / Meta / Re: [SMAS] Signature Managers against Spam (light version) on: November 13, 2017, 10:16:50 PM
Now I don't really know when this happened exactly, I don't recall participating in campaigns led by either of you gentlemen but I do remember applying for a campaign led by Lauda a month or two ago.
You don't need to participate in a campaign to get blacklisted. You could, by randomly shitposting, stumble upon me somewhere in the forum. If I notice you, and if I review you, then you can get blacklisted easily.

So I'm guessing I got listed around that time, assuming it wasn't a misunderstanding on Lauda's behalf (which I don't think it is).
No mistake. If I denied someone entry to a campaign after evaluating the, they likely went to the blacklist.

Anyhow, since I believe it has been more than 30 days since I got listed I would kindly ask for a revision of my listing.
Which is almost guaranteed to get you permanently blacklisted (given the results of the people that instantly requested reviews). Smart move.
P.S. I've raised the minimum to 60 days quite some time ago, but it should  probably be longer. Maybe 180 or 360.
4693  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥[GUNBOT] Automatic Poloniex Profit Generator🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 on: November 13, 2017, 10:10:43 PM
Does anyone use the Gunbot on a Mac?
It does.

Which browser would you recommend or does safari work just fine with it.
Safari should work, but I generally recommend against using that. Try Chrome. Optimally you'd run Gunbot on a Linux or Windows VPS though.

4695  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: seller.aws.ec2 Scam Accusations.Stole $45 BTC and then Not replying on: November 13, 2017, 03:16:58 PM
The seller is roaming freely by doing scams.
Scams are not moderated. He won't be banned. However, he can, and will receive negative trust from default trust members. I have tagged him.

You have good point but it is very hard to get hero rank.
Wrong. It is very easy to achieve that, especially if you buy a account.

There are also plenty of trustable traders under that rank.
No. Most are bamboozled shitposters.

Nice job, just in time when BTC is picking up. Must have been several million satoshies LOL!
The fact that he named himself as "Lisk-investor", which is yet another random shitcoin, says more than enough about his intelligence or choices. Roll Eyes

This coin has everything that it needs, a sleazebag, a criminal and a fake satoshi.
There is literally not a single cyberpunk on board of this scam coin. It still amazes me how they want ridiculously large blocks in the end, which would limit the node running capacities to big entities, which would result in massive centralization and pretty much end with the loss of everything that makes a cryptocurrency valuable. They continue to spread disgusting lies such as "Segwit breaks the signature chain", "Bitcoin Core will never propose a hard fork", "Bitcoin Core is controlled by 1 company", etc. Angry

I'm not sure how me leaving a negative feedback is getting around my authority limits. I don't trust Loan Shark for numerous reasons so the feedback is valid.
Obviously you did nothing wrong. Furthermore, whomever you question regarding that situation you're very likely going to get this very same answer from them.

Your own mother could give lauda a compliment and you'd probably disown her at this point.
Nicely put. IMO he is no longer mentally stable.

Seriously, I genuinely wish you the best of health and hope you can find some happiness and peace but you should do yourself and the community a big favour and just fuck off because you contribute absolutely nothing here now and nobody likes you.
I would be very surprised if the army of shills that was going after me, doesn't go after you very soon.
