The rake for 2/4 fixed limit holdem is capped at 1 for HEADS UP, while the rake for 2/4 fixed limit omaha h/l is capped at .50.
The omaha h/l rake is industry standard, while the 2/4 holdem is too high.
Solution: cap the 2/4 fixed limit holdem rake to .50.

Ticket for "Sunday 1 BTC GTD Satellite - 1 Seat GTD" are not working for me: its status displays "announced" last days but that tourney is always in registration phase (it is a O"On demand" one and start once 7 players are registered).
This way I can't take any action and it is useless.

We had to postpone the 1 BTC GTD tourney which postponed the 1 BTC GTD Satellites when we ran the 150 BTC ($100,000) GTD Tournament and all of those satellites.
