The rake for 2/4 fixed limit holdem is capped at 1 for HEADS UP, while the rake for 2/4 fixed limit omaha h/l is capped at .50.

The omaha h/l rake is industry standard, while the 2/4 holdem is too high.

Solution: cap the 2/4 fixed limit holdem rake to .50.

tables I've been wanting to be added:

holdem fixed limit: 2/4, 2/4 heads up

omaha h/l fixed limit: .5/1, .25/.50 , 3/6, 10/20, 30/60 , 100/200, 1/2 heads up

Pot limit omaha and pot limit omaha h/l deep stack tables if possible (usually 200 bb max buyin, so double standard max buyin): .10/.25, .25/.5, .5/1, 1/2

Also, this table doesn't spawn new ones when someone sits, so there really is only one 2/4 table.

We had to postpone the 1 BTC GTD tourney which postponed the 1 BTC GTD Satellites when we ran the 150 BTC ($100,000) GTD Tournament and all of those satellites.  We are preparing for an even bigger tournament which we will announce today.  We will grant seats into new satellites shortly.  Our 150 BTC ($100,000) GTD tourney was an enormous success.
