4722  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Save Yourself From, "Wallet Scammers". on: May 16, 2019, 05:53:23 AM
If someone gave his/her private key, then the hacker will get all of his/her coins.
Hence, you need to differentiate ETH address and Private key.
That was pretty obvious they wanted to fool weak people especially in newbies, that's why I really hate of being airdrop hunter aside from multi-task they gather your personal data before you've been qualified and asking private key is totally shady activity.

Airdrop hunter is prone from hacking and scammed incidents, OP if I were you join an only legit project or those well-known project that manage by a reputable manager.
4723  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: etherdelta & forkdelta buy and get 0 token ! on: May 16, 2019, 05:33:19 AM
the problem How they could add a sale order without "TOKEN HOLDER" in EtherDelta address ?! (I think it's a bug in ED/FD)

Like what you see here:

[link]  [zoom image]

Probably that coin is a bug I didn't find that token on ED either in FD, is that Bingocoin right?
You can simply ask on the chat box in EtherDelta of Forkdelta to ask your problem and also the mailing address above you should contact the Team.

Their social media account are not so active aside in Reddit.
4724  Local / Pilipinas / Re: PREDICTION PRICE OF BTC in Q2-[GAME PRIZE] on: May 14, 2019, 08:06:49 PM
Itong dalawa and bet ko, Clark05                     $12000
                                     Crypto-DesignService $9425

It would be nice if we hit more than that amount sa pag predict ng bitcoin price. Ehh d wow. Cheesy Cheesy Lahat tayo parang tumama sa lotto.
Well, sana nga aabot sa ganyang price and bitcoin parang hindi na nagpapapigil tuloy-tuloy na ang pagtaas.

Congrats in advance: vinc3, Crypto-DesignService, & Clark05

At this moment bitcoin price is $7,815.14 in the CoinMarketCap.

At ang ating price prize fund is BTC0.021, which is malaking halaga na rin if we converted to Php. nasa 8k+ pesos.

napakalupit ng tadhana, nageexpect ako ng dump as in 2k USD... pero iba ngyari, muhkang dapat iexpect kong tataas naman para bumaba  Tongue
Haha, better luck next time mate. Talo ka man dito pero at least panalo ang bulsa mo sa bull run. Wink
4725  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Union Bank To Launch Peso Stable Coin (UPHP) on: May 14, 2019, 07:50:57 PM
Well, let's just wait what is the progress bring by the Union Bank by having their own stable coin. Maganda magkaroon ng stable coin I am sure dumami ang crypto exchange market dito sa atin dahil maganda gamitin sa trading and stable coin tulad ng USDT. As of now, no comment muna ako kasi malay natin maging successful yan. I that happen I am sure some banks will follow their steps sa pag adopt ng Bitcoin(crypto in general) sa ating bansa since crypto here was BSP-approved virtual currency exchanges.
4726  Economy / Economics / Re: Italy just figured out that the country doesn't fully control its gold on: May 13, 2019, 08:55:24 PM
I guess, the reason why Italy will not be able to control their gold reserves is that, just like all of the countries there are a lot of securities and regulations the people need to use as their advantages. Even though they have a bunch of golds, it doesn't mean that they can easily trade it with another countries or buyers. Everything must undergo to a due process.

In the European Union, they actually do their best to control anything or regulate each of the countries. The is the point where even a nation will not be able to control their own assets and reserves.
4727  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it a value reserve? on: May 13, 2019, 08:38:00 PM
We are not able to tell. However, the cryptocurrency is the only digital asset we could expect to be a long term one. There are a lot of digital assets. Like online game coins, memberships and so on. However, those things are really small stuff compared to bitcoin.

For now, cryptocurrencies are the most effective alternative asset in the world, but I don't really see it as a thing to replace gold. Because gold will always be gold and it is a physical and modifiable asset. It is really different.
4728  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 5 Biggest Crypto Exchange Heists in History on: May 13, 2019, 08:21:30 PM
It is really an expensive lesson to learn for the CEO and the team of Binance. In the 40m, they have successfully identified their weak points and recognized it and solve it quickly. However, it would look like they paid a 40M to make their platform safeguard with the hackers.

Well, just like Amazon, if you have a big market volume, you will probably lose billions of billions of dollars for the failures and insecurities. But, at that point, you will identify our weaknesses and make it a long term strength.
4729  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Good trading strategy for newcommer? on: May 13, 2019, 08:07:03 PM
There are no such things as an initial good trading strategy. The person must first learn how to be passionate about what he is doing. Because giving him the right tools and mindset are not enough to make him successful. Risks management, technical analysis are the two things the newcomer must master. Trading is something that will make you avoid your bed because you know how much you will lose if you will leave your portfolio unattended.

If you are tired of searching for anything, analysis, global research and what happens within a day, you may try eToro! You won't even need to have the strategy. You just have to find a most trusted person and copy his trading moves.
4730  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Whales May Be Behind The Current Bitcoin Surge on: May 13, 2019, 07:53:57 PM
That word "may" is really something. Because technically, in the blockchain technology, once a whale went in the value will be affected. Once the whale goes out, it also has the same result. So using the word "may" is a quitely questionable as it really seems to be obvious that Bitcoin whales are behind the surge. Whales and tycoons in all of the industries could make anything their way. They have enough influence, power and wealth to run the things they liked. So I don't really see this article as a new. Its always getting like this.
4731  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquiao vs Keith Thurman on July 20 on: May 13, 2019, 07:44:54 PM
I'm not a boxing professional and either a sports analyst. But I could clearly check who is the cleanest player from the two.
They also have similar pros and cons. Pacquaio is getting old, Keith is young and ^punchin. Pacquaio is considered as one of the best boxers, Keith is still on its way to prove himself he's good.

But yes, we must not underestimate the power of a young and new guy in the town. Their spirits are so much power that they crave for success. They think that it is the only way to prove themselves so for Keith, good luck to you and congratulations on having an opportunity to fight with this humble guy.
4732  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Could someone tell me which part of the calculation I messed up? on: May 13, 2019, 07:30:38 PM
The part that is wrong is not with the calculation but the way you think about it. Although you come up with an equation, computing with your best mathematical braincells, a gamble is still a gamble. No formula can define what number would win. If you want a challenging number game then i guess you are more fit with trading. Im sure you earn enough with that skill.
@Goaldigger has a point. Gambling is always gambling no algorithms, no equation. Let's put it this way. You are a person who would like to open a gambling site. Now, the developer put an equation, formulas, and algorithms you will know that some people with his same capabilities and skills could bypass it and take advantage of your site. What would you do? Remove the equation, make sure to control the wins and loses. Because you opened a gambling site to have a profit from it. Not to provide a platform to solve with these equations.

If you think you're good with numbers, then gambling might not be the best field you could enter. You may try to consider trading.
4733  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: can blockchain.com be hacked? on: May 13, 2019, 03:49:48 PM
Blockchain.com does not control your fund like typically exchanges do. Just make sure you copy your seeds/private keys and store somewhere safe just in case something bad happens to the company.
I think the Centralized nature of Blockchain.com wallets make it vulnerable to hacking. If in any case this happens you can simply move your seed to other wallet.
Indeed, any web wallet has been not safe at all or any online wallet. Even electrum, that isn't a web wallet and that is hardware wallet but still can be attacked by the DDoS. If you have a big amount of bitcoin I think the best wallet to store is an offline wallet which is very far from hacking incidents. Then if that small amount you can store it on the web wallet, maybe no one hackers get interested if you only store 50 dollars value on your wallet. Grin
4734  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: YoBit IEO's on: May 13, 2019, 03:28:29 PM
I would not participate in IEO on this exchange. I believe that there are more reliable and better exchangers, and yobit personally does not inspire confidence in me.
I'm also not sure about yobit, I think many people are doubtful about yobits. they have a bad reputation.
but everyone has a different judgment and I support it.

I don't like yobit aswell. They have a very bad reputation not only here in the forum but in other sites too. Too many scam coins and I think they are listing all coins just to make profit from it.
I heard that name a year ago(yobit) but that name was very common here in the service section it has a ton of customer complaint. So why should I use them? There are gambling site and exchange sites that better than them or if you're not then you wanted to be a next victim of them. In that case, I never tried to invest nor to visit their sites and one thing that comes up in my mind is to stay away from them.

4735  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Urgent Help FAA.ST lost 10k on: May 13, 2019, 03:07:51 PM
I have encountered exchange that 1-3 delay of withdrawing transaction because as what they say they are having manual process due to like what happens of Binance that recently hacked. OP if you have contacted their support team you may understand regarding your issue because that has also happened at me, I almost pissed off.
Mate 2 hours delay of a transaction from an exchange is a normal thing for me, or better to ask to their social community service like telegram group it may help you.
4736  Local / Pilipinas / Re: BTC challenge on: May 13, 2019, 10:05:50 AM
You got it bud! “Needs before Wants”
This is the most important thing to save money in the future, you need to choose first the needs before the wants. At ito palagi ang naririnig ko nsa aking mga magulang para makatipid at the same time makaipon na rin. Mas mahalaga talaga ang needs kay sa wants kaya mas dapat mo itong unahin.

You can analyze the image below.

Now, you know how to budget money.
4737  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Has anyone else experienced this with Stake.com?? on: May 13, 2019, 08:51:21 AM
I tried to click the link and I was stuck in the loading part. It doesn't show me any content.

You know what? In the gambling industry, some people will actually take advantage of the support and that is the reasons why the support team is being like that to you. If you want, you can definitely try to have your logbook and put everything to the list so you can trace it. It is really hard to complain without any proofs like data and so on.
If it is due to system errors, then you just have to report it to them without asking them or initiate a request for compensation because it will actually make you an abuser.
4738  Other / Off-topic / Re: RASPBERRY PI on: May 12, 2019, 10:24:53 PM
For me, youtube works well as the professional programmers will provide you anything for free and with great video content. In raspberry pi, python will always be the best and I know all of the programmers here will agree or they have already advised this. But this is the truth. You have to learn how programming works before jumping. Languages are easy to be learned to use if you are really dedicated and passionate about it.
4739  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: As the price rises so should our sense of security rise on: May 12, 2019, 08:03:30 PM
Thanks for this but anyways, scammers and hackers will always be there. It's just that, you have to make sure to avoid becoming their target and victim. Because I do believe that if there is no victim, then no one will become a criminal. Only are they attempted to but they will fail.

Security must always be there. It must be merge together with your assets. Because criminals are always criminals. They don't choose a place. Any opportunity to make a crime will be grabbed.
4740  Other / Off-topic / Re: Happy Mother’s Day on: May 12, 2019, 07:43:04 PM
Honestly, I lost the person who I consider my genuine mom. Not with the blood/biological but in my heart.

When I was 2, my mom and my dad separated as they were also illegally dating. My mom ran me and my dad tried to chase but he was unsuccessful. My real mom went home to our country and left me there. This lady was hired by my mom to take care of me and I can tell she really did well in taking care of me and raising me to become who I am today.

Last 2017 after bitcoin raised, I said I will be able to pay her back as my mom wasn't able to pay her for her service for me. She accepted me like a real daughter and she provided me everything I needed even though she has nothing left on her pockets. But then we found out she has cancer and cancer took her life.

I thought my life was done since she left. But that is the reality. However, I still cherish the moments we had and still so much thankful for her existence. I love her very much until the end. (sorry for the feels)  Cry
