4721  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading mistakes i do on: June 02, 2020, 05:54:29 PM

You won't be a better trader if you don't experience mistakes on the way. That's part of the trading journey. Even you will tell newbies about these mistakes, they will not able to avoid it once they do an actual trade so better deal with it.

Who else didn't loses on the way? That's impossible. Even the best, professional, and hardcore traders lose on the way. Panics, regrets, weak hands are normal. Learn to manage those the proper way although it will take time.

Just make sure that we learn for every mistake. Make it a goal to minimize ours loses.
4722  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Betting this June? on: June 02, 2020, 12:27:00 AM
That's too much of a statement, I don't think this boxing event will be approve if the government sees it will risk the lives of the people.
The boxing match that Arum is promoting is a no crowd boxing, but even if there is a crowd the social distancing and strict measures will certainly be strictly implemented,  businessman would really want to make money,  but in the end it's still the government who will decide if they will approve it or not, therefore the blame is on the government if the outcome of the event would result to the increase of infections to people.

I agree. The event is surely strictly well-organized and health measures are on top of the concern. Top Rank Promotions is a big company and they are not just pushing into something risky without a proper plan. They spend tons of money on this and they will just do a plan without considering all the risks? That's impossible. Their plans are approved by the health department. I will not include US Government here as Trump, even during the peak of pandemic virus on their country, is always open for any business to come back lol.

Let's just hope that their protocols will be follow properly and finger-cross, will not result into another case of Covid-19 infection. I do believe that this event will be successfully done.
4723  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How i reaction about signals on: June 02, 2020, 12:02:02 AM
Hey guys
I have a software that will notice me about strong buy/sell signals at 5m 15m 1h 4h time frames ,
As some of you are pro traders ,My question is how mix these signals together for getting better results , I mean all be strong to enter game or mix of them , which one is better for enter , how strategy them for decision
I appreciate you to guide me for making few dollars   Smiley

As far as my understanding is correct, the software just tells what's the status of buy/sell on a given timeframe, not to tell literally what a person should do. If I'm wrong here and OP meant is actually a signal software, don't follow any signals it as it will just lead into confusion. Just take note of the buy/sell stats or any indicators they will share with you as reference.

Your question is tough to answer. You need to determine your comfort zone about entering a certain timeframe. But since you are doing an actual day trades, why not just manually do it and give your time doing it. For newbies, it's not advisable to enter day trading in their early phase of doing trades. Gained knowledge first from doing the usual trading and become used to buy low sell high method then slowly climb to advance learning.
4724  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tyson vs Holyfield Charity Fight on: June 01, 2020, 11:15:51 PM
Actually, we can make a side bet for this just for fun if Tyson will make dirty plays.

Interested?

What odds do you offer if I bet on yes?  Grin

On the serious note, nah man, I don't want to put my bet on that and hopefully it's not available in sportsbook too as it's not good to see dirty tactics in the fight, both fighters will have to play clean since the purpose is very humanitarian, they should give full clean entertainment.

3 rounds of clean fight, that would be awesome to watch and I'm willing to pay for the PPV just to support the cause of this event.

BTC0.005. It will be lowered if many accept my deal as I can't entertain all. Cheesy

Just for clarification, the side bet is about if Tyson will make dirty plays, not who will be the winner of the bout as honestly, I don't want to put a bet on that even on the sportsbook as that will be a no title bout, literally a charity event, oldies but goodies so the hunger to win is not as the same as before. I will instead support the fight by subscribing to PPV.

Yes, to be able to gather lots of donations, they must put an interesting entertainment show, not with dirty plays. They are now living with their grandchildren too I believed that didn't able to witness their prime. That will be a disgrace if Tyson or either Holyfield will do dirty tactics to win.
4725  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: dummy on Trading on: June 01, 2020, 10:24:42 PM
Hello
im new in Trading and just working with binance for exchange BTC to other crypto,
check signal on my way and sell them but i know this is a dummy way,

ALSO about how Trading I have read many articles that have been mostly in vain and have explained general information such as history, charts that are not useful.

im looking for useful info that i can use (like in binance)
any idea to prevent losing my time in between dummy article?

Learning all stuff, information, strategy, analysis, etc. aren't done overnight.

You are "new" to trading so expect that it's difficult to keep up on the early phase. If trading is just as easy as 1,2,3, then no need for those articles you already read and encounter.

You can't prevent losing but somehow you can manage to minimize the risks of losing. You can't defeat the volatility of bitcoin as that was unpredictable. That's the sense of reading articles as it will give you an idea of what will you expect on trade. Even a professional trader still lose today.

Build experience and stay away from signals. It will just give you more confused about what to do. Try to do it by yourself.
4726  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: June 01, 2020, 09:25:35 PM
I am betting for Denver or Dallas. Some may say it is a weak decision but I don't care. It's my guts which tells me and not the stats book.
If Dallas could upset the Clippers, it will be sweeter.

I'm hoping too for Dallas Mavericks. Miss them badly to see in Playoffs. Their last playoffs appearance is way back 2015-16 season.

In some sports forum, I always have a hashtag of #Dallas Mavericks NBA champion in every of my post even the chances are slim. Cheesy

I even put some bucks on the NBA Futures for Dallas Mavericks in NitrogenSports.

At the end of the day I am not ruling out an 8th seed winning NBA championship, until the last buzzer any team has chance to win against any team.

That was a difficult achievement.

There have been cases of No. 8 seed beating the No. 1 in playoffs but not able to advance to Finals or even Conference Finals.

It will be the biggest achievement of any team, coming from the 8th seed to the NBA championship.
4727  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Life soundtrack for Gamblers? on: June 01, 2020, 09:04:51 PM
... or create our own so it won't be blocked in some countries on youtube.

I think, new music or not, gamblers will not care. Just show your presentation in a professional way. The current source link about some list you have there is already a good reference.

Since you have mentioned, "create our own", I think that would the best idea. Meaning you are capable to do that.

Youtube is strict even you will put a "No copyright infringement intended" or give credits on the caption. If you think you can deal with that, then good.
4728  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is good strategy or technique for Toss Coin? on: June 01, 2020, 08:39:51 PM
Well said, we cannot do something to know the result of the toss coin, so we cannot do some techniques to win on the game only things that we can do is to wait for the result of the game.

OP is not actually asking for techniques to win. It's impossible to do that as they are just watching behind the screen.

The goal is how to take advantage of every roll. That's why the best thing (at least) to apply here is the best betting type method. Since there is no house edge involved, any forms of martingale are effective here. In 10 consecutive rolls, or even let's say 5, it's difficult to imagine that all rolls will yield the same result that's why always stick on the same side. Not 100% chance to gain profit but at least way better than doing random betting. If for 10 rolls, still, you didn't hit your side, OMG you need to stop gambling for the rest of your life lol. Cheesy

Of course and obviously, don't be carried away when you are winning. Get out as your luck might not hit twice or trice.

But as per OP, the minimum bet is high. Gambling owners of that type of game already know the idea that somebody might take advantage of martingale betting like in colored game in "perya". The concern that OP is thinking.
4729  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: May 31, 2020, 10:28:51 PM
I'm not really into Lakers vs Bucks discussion in the finals as the latter team literally always comes up short in the last playoffs even with a good season performance. There are Raptors, Sixers, and the overhaul Celtics that might upset Bucks.

Their core players are still intact and no doubt they really improved, but playoffs time, in a crucial series, that performance changed. See how Raptors managed to slow down the unstoppable Giannis last playoffs and eventually beat this team. That was unexpected as Bucks managed to beat Celtics, 4-1 in semis, and take the 2 games to lead against the Raptors in ECF.

I also mentioned here way back long that Bucks is improving every after season. I want to see how far they will go into the playoffs this time. Damn, this pandemic virus, they wrecked every team's momentum.

Well, yeah, couldn't as well take out the play-off experience these veterans have. But the thing, do they still got it? I mean the explosiveness  Huh in play-offs.

LeBron is always explosive in most of his playoffs games, win, or loss. He can literally carry a team that's quite not performing well. The current roster around him in Lakers has so much difference in Cavaliers.

Do they still get that explosiveness? If you mean Anthony Davis, he is currently on his prime. As for LeBron, there is no sign of him slowing down.

Season games might be a good basis for determining what will be the output but I really don't take as a reference when it comes to playoffs especially "if teams involved are both dominant".
4730  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tyson vs Holyfield Charity Fight on: May 31, 2020, 09:52:17 PM
2020 or not, Mike is known for being angry in the ring. Even if he doesn't bite there will be dirty plays involved.
~snipped~

As for me, I will stand to my statement. Mike Tyson is really known for having his "other side" ad easily loses his cool but it does mean he will always be like that especially at his age. He really wants to come back on the ring but I'm sure no dirty play this time.

Since we are all speculating things here, we can't really say what will happen.

We are now in 2020 and through this year, 23 years later after that iconic ear-biting, I believed Tyson, at his age, won't definitely do again a disrespectful action on the ring.

Actually, we can make a side bet for this just for fun if Tyson will make dirty plays.

Interested?

4732  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: May 31, 2020, 08:05:19 PM
I don't know about Dennis Espino, maybe those who are watching PBA a long time ago have seen him played, I just started to watch consistently like 5 years ago I guess.

I will never forget this guy and his team itself, Sta. Lucia Realtors. This team, if I remembered it right, always ended up eliminated in the majority of the season but never give up on their goal. They are a famous team in PBA because they want an All-Filipino lineup, literally pure Pinoy blood. In other words, they only got a foreign player on their lineup if not on All-Filipino Conference.

I agree with Asi, Dennis Espino is tough to defend. One of the core players of Sta. Lucia, Espino also has a mid-range shot aside from doing the usual center/forward post making him hard to defend on post-up. I never even though that the Realtors will not make a championship but they did.

The strategy of the with Fajardo as the center can easily be predictable too, but no team has stop their system yet.

Yes, I agree because no one is capable to defend him at 100%. Meaning even with Fajardo's predictable skill, teams can't do something about it.

Only if Fajardo and Asi played at the same generation on their prime, I really want to see how their matchup will look like.
4733  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tyson vs Holyfield Charity Fight on: May 31, 2020, 07:42:24 PM
I wouldn't bet my hat on it

Lennox and Tyson were also BFF in their early boxing days, and d'ya know how it ended? In 2002 Tyson attempted to attack Lennox at a press conference, then he took to biting again. This time it was Lewis' leg. The dude is a beast, and you never know when it is going to come unleashed and attack. If anything, Holyfield should insure his ears. As they say, best friend or not, someone's gotta pay

We are now in 2020 and through this year, 23 years later after that iconic ear-biting, I believed Tyson, at his age, won't definitely do again a disrespectful action on the ring.

First, the match does have a purpose, not a title bout, not a winner-take-all, not big money on stake, etc but a charity event. But even without a charity event, I also read elsewhere that Tyson said he will only return to the ring for a worth boxer opponent and that was Evander Holyfield. Both legend boxers will surely be serious on the ring but it doesn't mean they will push to their limits or will become heavily aggressive to win.

Anyhow, it's a good chance for new generations to witness one of the greatest fights in boxing history, although not as the hype and intense like before, still worth to watch.
4734  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you donate in a casino? on: May 29, 2020, 08:38:34 PM

  • Participate in special charity programs or
  • Have a permanent possibility to donate straight on the casino site?

Actually here, no need to donate it to some charity or organization since if we have free time, we can do it on our own.

A few weeks ago, we started a small food program for some frontliners here.

But if ever, for let's say, I will donate to the casino literally, maybe much better if the casino itself will donate and that will come from the earnings they will get from their users. Like what freebitco.in did. They encouraged gamblers to play at a given time and some proceeds of it will be used on donation. This give a gambler an opportunity to help while still have a chance to have profits in return.
4735  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Latoken will charge you 5USD monthly, if you are not active. on: May 29, 2020, 08:16:32 PM

But what if a user doesn't want to trade yet. Maybe much better if they can modify the terms to 6 months offline even without activity. That's where we can say that the account is really inactive as it's difficult to imagine that within 6 months, no active session is recorded.

I have some eth and usdt balance on latoken, I have held it since three months ago, also I rarely been active on latoken since the pandemic outbreak. Until now my balance is still the same amount, not reduced. Maybe I should ask to the support center directly for clarification about this issue

As per OP's, 6 months of inactivity (without doing trades, deposit, withdraw, etc). So you won't see any deduction to your balance now. But if you make trades along the way, you don't have to worry. Or if you are not planning to use them, or maybe you think that you will never use them, then withdraw your funds there now.
4736  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Be aware of a possible new exchange SCAM - I need your opinion on: May 29, 2020, 07:06:20 PM
I was told by someone that I know the last month and never met in person about an investment opportunity. Before you tell me that I am an idiot, how I was involved with this person and the reason that I trusted her is another discussion.

And that reason leads you to fall on the trap. Is this person affiliated with this Valid Order Chain thing?

The coin is named VOT (Valid Order Chain) and is listed in an exchange that is called www.kolomine.com. I searched online if this exchange is a scam and I could not find any advere media. I then sent my whole bankroll 0.5 BTC and I bought VOT. Invite Code and account authentication were also needed which made the possible scam more real.

Account authentication is usual in any exchange.

The moment you searched for some info online about that exchange, you should at least think that they are not trusted and not worth putting a risk. Aside from a few reviews around, they are using the domain GMAIL, a free email domain for an exchange? And ICO is running, and then it was being traded? How with a person with BTC0.5 just easily trusted that kind of exchange?

I hope that will not lead you to think crypto is sh*t. Honestly, people themselves are the reason why they led to this scam thing. Being involved in this crypto stuffs for years, at least you should understand that there's no overnight profit here. You should have used that BTC0.5 wisely and not to rely on other's promise.

What to do now? Rest a bit, bear your losses, move on slowly, or continue talking to your "girl" on what's the best thing to do.
4737  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is good strategy or technique for Toss Coin? on: May 28, 2020, 09:06:55 PM
What do you think, everyone? Good strategy or technique to use here, like the martingale or reverse martingale or double down?
Feel free to share your ideas and advice.

To win, basically no strategy.
To bet, and since you are relying on your luck, then do martingale "with caution".

If you are familiar with "perya", a martingale is working most of the time on one of their games, the colored game. In toss coin, you have 2 choices and it's difficult to imagine you will lose 10x consecutively in the same pick at a no house edge system, "only if the live video there is legit".

Anyways, what is the name of the game? I want to explore it more to give much sense of feedback. Gambling operators that deal with that kind of game that running without any system (or basically no house edge), already know that some gamblers might take advantage of the martingale betting so I think there's an information that I don't know yet.
4738  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you gamble to escape your problem? on: May 28, 2020, 08:45:26 PM
Are you one of those people who gamble just to escape your problem? If you are one of them, I just wanna say that gamble will not solve your problem, yes you have escaped the problem but once you are done gambling the problem is still there and you still need to face it.

If ever someone says "YES" to you then definitely they are still aware of what they're doing and that's their life and we have nothing to do with it. It's like when drinking alcohol, they don't want to escape the problem but just want to calm their mind by doing some activity they want. Might be wrong to others but again, that's their life and if it happened to our friend, just give them time for a serious talk.

Take a look with this link, those people who lost everything, cars, home, marriages and more because of gambling: https://addiction-treatment.com/blog/six-gambling-addicts-who-lost-everything-cars-homes-marriages-and-more

The shared article is not about gamblers that ran into a problem then used gambling to escape it.

The article talks about some who didn't have a problem prior to doing gambling but basically fall on trap because of addiction.
4739  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: May 28, 2020, 08:23:37 PM
NBA and players union are drafting a plan so family members can stay within 'bubble' with players, per report

I'm not opposing the idea but much better if family members will instead stay at home for good.

People have to understand that there are really changes from now on as Covid-19 is still here. But honestly, even with that plan, I think most NBA player's families will stay home.

Sounds of a hassle to me and additional work if these families will also be involved and subjected to regular coronavirus testing protocols instead the focus is only for all players, team staff, or any people that really needed in the place.
4740  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are afraid on investing to bitcoin? on: May 28, 2020, 07:39:33 PM
If you buy a bitcoin in the price of 9000$, yes it may drop, but we have clearly seen that this is what it does. It goes up and down. If you have 1 million dollars and buy 100BTC  (900.000$) then the only thing you have to do is wait. Because someday it will pass that number and you will have profit. Am I wrong?

It's not about being afraid but people have different preferences and financial status. You can't just easily say to others that they need to risk their money today as it will be rewarded in the future by 100% chance.

For preferences, others are not into hodling for a long period so they will just do some actions, whether to buy or to sell, if they think it's the best time to do. Day traders are like this or those who want to take advantage of the price swing. Others are also not comfortable in taking such risks of putting large amounts in one big push.

For financial status, some can't even afford to buy bitcoin in fraction, so in here, they like to use their money wisely and they will just wait if it's reasonable to buy bitcoin.
