4721  Economy / Lending / Re: Questions about Lending! on: June 19, 2017, 10:07:45 PM
Good days, folks!

I'd like to ask some questions about lending BTC.I'm thinking to enter this job by giving loans but there are some curious questions..

May i use steam games for loans?
What if i use steam games for loans, am i able to use escrow?
What should i expect?
Can i see the offers after showing the games for steam?

Thank you for your support guys, peace!

All your questions depends on the other party.

If they accept the deal (as steam games will be used) then yes you may proceed. About escrows, depends too if the escrow wants to handle that kind of thing. Try it and see if it will have a good result.
4722  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buy BTC at one exchange, sell it more expensive at another? on: June 19, 2017, 09:35:01 PM
Hey there,

is it possible to buy BTC cheaply at one exchange and sell it more expensive at another one? It seems to me that it might be actually possible.

What are challenges? Are people doing this?

Thank you!

Maybe in the past it's working but if we will based it to the current bitcoin network status, it's not the best thing to do. Price moves a lot even at every second so we don't have no time to waste especially when there is bull market. Include also the fees and confirmation time.

What if the coins on the way got stuck and got a problem as most of the exchanges are experiencing this now because of heavy volumes, it's a problem now and you need to wait for shit response from those exchanges which will take even for weeks. I see this method as good way to earn extra income back then but realized it's not that easy as I think as sometimes it will not go to the thing I really want to happened.
4723  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you using low fees? on: June 19, 2017, 09:11:14 PM
Block.io just quoted me .0492840 btc as a minimum network fee that's 123.90 USD
talk about stealing

This is ridiculous. What do you do? Do you proceed?

If yes can you share the tx id here? It's hard to believe and that is just a minimum. So how much more for priority?
4724  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think are the biggest disadvantages of Bitcoin? on: June 19, 2017, 08:24:27 PM
The fees, the speed and some online wallets and exchanges bad practices.
You are right that for some people the fees is a problem nowadays especially for hose people who have to transact smaller amount of bitcoins but I hope hat it will be solved sooner. And for he online wallets and exchanges I will say that we have to join only those web wallets and exchanges which will be more trusted in the community and which will have positive reviews by the community .

Trust is not the issue here. We can give trust to any exchanges but we aren't sure if exchanges will return the favor. No matter how regulated they are there are still chances that we can turned into fraud and do shit for us. It's easy for an exchanges to build reputation and gather positive reviews if they will do their services really good. But still it will not erase the fact that they are still prone to fraud.

That's why only use exchanges when needed and not as long time partner to rely your bitcoins there. It's a good practice to learn other web wallets which is outside the premises of web exchanges.
4725  Economy / Economics / Re: Why have Bitcoin instead of cash? on: June 19, 2017, 07:09:27 PM
cash is dam not available for kids but with bitcoin there is no age limitation . anyone can earn it no matter what and no one will tell me that i am so small to earn money. bitcoin offers a great new possibility for everyone to understand the monetary system better so that even kids can understand how money works inside a economy of any country. people learns new stuffs because of greed of making bitcoins and it spread like a wild fire through the world.

I can't see what message you want to delivered here. For me, non sense.

Cash can also be available for kids. Why it wasn't? Why kids should earn bitcoin? Isn't it nice to just used their time as a kid and don't mind money yet? Ok the family is struggling and needs money and kids want to help, bitcoin? How? If they are struggling, for sure no way it can do bitcoin works because it needs a working platform and internet. Better to find work with daily earnings as they really need the money on instant. For withdrawals, it needs verification and almost all exchanges requiring over 18 to be abe to do that. If they will use their parent's account then the statement of yours will now be useless since it relies on others which isn't the point of your post.

Cash is for different ages, you guys just making it complicated that a certain kid have limitations to that.
4726  Economy / Speculation / Re: How long will it be until the bitcoin price to usd starting decreasing? on: June 19, 2017, 04:04:06 PM
What I mean was how long will bitcoin keep going up in price of USD which is United States Dollars. I was wondering since it seems to be going up like the stock market once was. When something is going good, there is always a bad side to it

For how long, as long as demand is present and bitcoin was being used in any ways, the price movement will continue to move and will have a USD or any fiat value. Bitcoin will really look as a currency that will continously to gained more value in the future because we have lots reasons to believe that it will happen. Actually we are living the proof of it now.

And of course unusual thing can happen on the way as there is risk always. Take care of the risk and you will be fine later.
4727  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Which is the best way to promote products or links? on: June 19, 2017, 01:55:59 PM
Which is the best way to promote products or refferal links? Social media and forums is total shit,no one interested in this.
I don't agree with your conclusion that social media and forum is not the best way of promoting your products. No matter what the products are, social media servers as veritable tools for higher sales or customers patronage. Although you didn't mention the type of products you want to advertise, but i will advise that you can create a website strikly for your products and equally create a front page banner ads on Google and yahoo in addition to social media. All the best

No doubt that social media and forum are included in some of the best place to place products but the result of traffic will depend on the visitors itself. No matter how far it will reached by thousands or tenth thousands views, the desire and eagerness of that person to check the product is the questioned.

So for me, advertise the product itself in it's own nature. Examples: Beauty products; find a forum or community where there is a section of that kind and advertise there. For social medias like Facebook, make a few advertisement on your own wall and find a beauty products group and advertise there. Same way will also be applied to other products. Advertising is not an easy task. It needs and effort to pursue the desire target of people.
4728  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Poloniex isn't being professional at all with me on: June 19, 2017, 12:03:38 PM

no , no word from them since the time I created the topic here

I feel sorry for you mate. $3,000 is a decent amount of money and I understand your frustration.

We have nothing to do here but to wait. But here is my own view on the situation, right now that Poloniex are experiencing massive tickets request (prior to much massive request when they experienced heavy volume) and already lots of pending, major things are now being handled too long to give way for those they can handeld easily . Their manpower is shit and I think it can't handled old tickets. At least they must sending an update/s for let's say twice a week so that people are aware that their concern are being handled.

4730  Economy / Speculation / Re: Where to invest my 20 BTC (lifesavings) on: June 13, 2017, 06:31:44 PM
Hey , I have bought 20.3~ Btc when it was 430USD . Now when price jumped high i would like to invest in something .
I dont want something very risky with high profit ,
I wanna invest in something with 2-2.5% monthly profit .

For example : If i invest 20 BTC , in one month ill have 20.4 BTC ( 20BTC + 2% = 20.4)

For one who give me idea or help me ill pay some btc for being helpful and good Smiley

What is your preferred investment? Just online investment or you also consider real life investment? If real life investment, you can pull out even a couple of your bitcoin because the value of those is already consider as decent capital to start business in real life. On what kind of investment should be, you are the one who can analyze it since you will seek what is demand on your area.

On online investment if you really want to pursue only this kind of investment, I suggest that don't make it too much complicated and don't try to set a goal that you must have an income with this month or something? Why? Because my suggestion is simply holding your bitcoin. There is sometimes no growth within a month that will not reached your monthy target but as soon as price increase will happen, you will never imagined how much growth it will give you even with no fixed income monthly. Final suggestion: Hold your bitcoin and let it sleep.
4731  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is more risky. Sport or casino bets ? on: June 13, 2017, 05:21:07 PM

Well take for example the just concluded nba finals. If you're a fan of basketball and have been following the nba, even at the start of the series there's a pretty good chance you'll know that gsw will beat the cavs in 5 games or six. Even with the loss in game 4, i think a lot of fans didn't think the series would go back to ohio. Compare that to your chamces when you play baccarat or roulette or dice where your analytical skills would count for nothing.

Analyzations really help in sports betting. No way we can only relied on "LUCK" in doing this kind of gambling. Of course we need luck but are we allowing just our luck to come without any force to push it to us? That is the role of doing analyzation, it increases the chances of winning therefore we are increasing also the chances of being a lucky one.

If gamblers will just rely on luck while playing on sports betting then it's no different from random betting that is applied to gambling games with house edges.
4732  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Vs Litecoin on: June 13, 2017, 04:58:20 PM
What is Best investment in 2017 in Bitcoin or in Litecoin ?

in 2013 Bitcoin was at 1100+ USD and that Time Litecoin was at 80+ USD but than due to crypto market falls Bitcoin falls 1100+ USD to 150+ USD and Litecoin fall 80+ USD to 1+ USD means both are falls around 80% now bitcoin increased upto 500% already in compare of 2014 Price But litecoin increase 400% only so if we considered litecoin increase more 100% in 2017 than litecoin price around 60 USD and if we invest in bitcoin than it is tough to increase bitcoin price 6000 USD in 2017 so according to my suggestion litecoin is best for investment.

Please tell me your opinion what major community says.

Diversifying investment is they key. Since you made a technical analysis of both cryptos, you created a finished work on it and managed to get a wild idea on the main subject. Both cryptos have wonderful increase throughout their operational time.

What Im trying to say here? Invest in both bitcoin and litecoin and see what's really the possible thing to happened on your investment in the future with the use of your own analysis. We will never know if you will not try.
4733  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: June 13, 2017, 04:40:14 PM
In my view, this can not happen. Although this is only my opinion, I think the state banking system will not easily disappear due to the emergence of a digital currency. When btc is popular around the world, it will exist alongside other conventional currencies. do you think so?

Banking industry in the whole world is so vast and really a success. They are playing big role for a country's income growth while at the same time helping people thru various services. If banks will dissappear did most of the people here thinks that bitcoin can fill those gaps? Remember that bitcoin is a currency and not a institutions so still a bitcoin bank is no different to normal fiat banks.

Im disagree with this kind of belief. Let just bitcoin give us good advantage but not to the extent that it will replaced banks. It's a disaster once banking industry world dies and bitcoin will be the one who will replaced on it.
4734  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as a source of income? on: June 13, 2017, 04:26:40 PM
I think bitcoin is an additional source of income, if we want it to be the main source of income, maybe we need to focus a lot on it, you certainly can earn Bitcoin here and it more or less depends on your ability. However you need to determine you consider Bitcoin is a main source of income or just an additional source of income, if you want it to become your main source of income, you should spend a lot of time researching it and if you just consider it an additional source of income, you should choose a simple job and do not spend too much time as a signature campaign, that will not affect your main job

There are people who consider bitcoin earning method as a main job or side income. Depends on the method they choose, if they found it can fit as a role of main job, then that's the time they will focus on it. Others and I think mostly, treated other bitcoin earning methods as side income while at the same time having a day job. How is that possible? Yes there are people who can diversify their time to make room for both bitcoin works and day jobs.

Overall, it's up to people how will they handle their both works. Working for both bitcoin works whether as main or side income must be handled properly to give you a good opportunity to earned more. Managing time and eagerness to reached the goal are one of the important ingredients to that.
4735  Economy / Economics / Re: could bitcoin be replaced by another crypto currency? on: June 13, 2017, 11:27:51 AM
i do this question because i´ve read in this website issues with bitcoin, slow mining process, high fees, etc. and i´ve read too good reviews of some altcoins, ethereum (smart contracts), ripple (for transfers between banks), dash and nem. these altcoins called 2.0. could bitcoin become just in future virtual gold reserved to companies and rich people?

Once that altcoins 2.0 you are talking about will become in-demand the same way that bitcoin is currently experiencing, there will be high fees and slow confirmation time too. The hype for those altcoins 2.0 is just for profit purpose and not as general usage.

Once bitcoin will replaced, expect some downfall of those 2.0. No way all bitcoin users will just transfer to another crypto even it has a good price. Bitcoin after big success still crash? No dount it can happened also to other altcoins.
4736  Local / Pamilihan / Re: [Question] Twitter Campaign on: June 13, 2017, 04:24:41 AM
Kahit aman magkaiba ng time zone kung naspread mo within a week iyong tweets/retweets mo e di sana wala problema. Overall, ang ginawa mo is within 24 hours pa rin which is equivalent to 1 day. Most of the campaigns ang gusto e magagamit iyong buong week for tweets and retweets.

4737  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: are transaction delays crashing Bitcoin prices? on: June 13, 2017, 04:11:18 AM
I've noticed that whenever BTC gets near to $3000, transaction costs go up and payments start getting stuck. The next day it seems to crash down again. Is this a coincidence?

Transaction cost in terms of USD value will really increase because of an obvious reason that bitcoin price is increasing. But in terms of bitcoin value, I can't see that it was costing up too whenever there is a rally. Seems like an average of 100k-200k satoshis. Maybe you noticed that because of the wallet you used?

We can really sees high transaction cost because of massive demand. For me it doesn't matter as long as confirmation time is not taking too much time.
4738  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much risk in bitcoin investement ? on: June 13, 2017, 03:11:47 AM
I do not see any risk in bitcoin because now bitcoin is going very well many people have invested their money in bitcoin and many have started their businesses in bitcoin  payment system so it will not drop but will increase more in value in the future.

Just because of that positive outlook to bitcoin, you should never erase the fact that there is risk in bitcoin investment. We are sure that bitcoin will give us good profit in the future but there are some cases that needs to take concern. Since price fluctuates, don't just sit back and relax like in any investment.

Rather than to earn profit that is worth the time spend, chances of small earnings is possible that not even worth the time you spend.

4740  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or Dogecoin? on: June 12, 2017, 07:52:59 PM
Which is more profitable and most preffered by the many?

We are now witnessing what is preferred by most of the people here. If I asked you the same question, what will be your response?

And what's more special is, you have a poll. Maybe try it on dogetalk.org if ever site like that exist. Even without technical analysis and new to crypto will obviously knows what's dominant among those two.
