4741  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Provably fair or RTP on: May 26, 2016, 12:14:25 PM
I always play at casinos that are provably fair, you can even have a slightly bigger house edge than other casinos if your games are unique or if there is a chance of winning a big jackpot for example.

This is more of a personal preference, but I usually only play on casinos that do not use Flash for their games.
4742  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ways to promote new gambling site? on: May 26, 2016, 12:08:54 PM
I'll list all of the options that I know of below:

Signature campaign
Advertise on crypto related websites like faucets, blogs etc.
Buy advertising on traditional networks like Google Adwords, Facebook, Affiliate networks
Improve your SEO to rank higher in search engines
Have a good referral program
4743  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: LUCK!!! :) How does it feels? on: May 26, 2016, 12:01:35 PM
I've had a big streak of luck about a year ago and won multiple progressive jackpots worth around 10 btc on Bitcoinvideocasino.
It mever happened again, even though I'm still playing there sometimes.
4744  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should Bitcoin even have a future? on: May 25, 2016, 01:04:52 PM
For the time being it's still Bitcoin that's the most popular and I don't see any altcoins currently that come even close.
Nor do I see any altcoins that have the potential to become of equal or greater value than Bitcoin.

Let's first see another coin jump over 100 dollars, after that happens we can have this discussion again.
4745  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitBuku - Gambling made for players on: May 25, 2016, 12:56:15 PM
"Sadly BitBuku is not supported on mobile devices"

Can't you just allow mobiles to use the desktop site? Wouldn't that be much simpler?
Yeah same issue here, you should definitely allow usage of the desktop site for mobile devices.
Are you also going to add the option to play versus more players?
4746  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcoin Betting Website - Multiplayer Onchain Gambling - No Signup Required on: May 25, 2016, 12:50:26 PM
You should definitely wager some yourself first, OP. That way people will be more willing to join in for a round and it will get things started. Its a pretty neat and simpke idea, could become quite popular
4747  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betting on Esports. on: May 25, 2016, 12:43:00 PM
Nitrogensports.eu also offers esports betting, they have CS:go, Dota 2 and LoL. They're one of the more trusted websites on here and I haven't got any bad experiences with them.
4748  Economy / Gambling / Re: All in Poker Flips on: May 25, 2016, 12:38:59 PM
You definitely need to improve the website, I like the concept though, it's basically instant poker without the skill aspect.
I would play if there were big enough pots and if you improve your website.
4749  Economy / Economics / Re: Loans too risky? on: May 25, 2016, 12:34:08 PM
Well assuming what you just said, is true, of course giving out loans is risky. It's like you gamble with your money in order to get 1 or 2% on top of it either in short or long terms and with the tendency of losing your money in case the guy who got the loan, doesn't return it. You could by some mining equipment's and contribute to the network as well and see the long term profit if you could manage and balance everything well.
It is true that loans are pretty risky to take because you have to keep in mind that you have to pay it back. If you are sure that you are able to pay it back and thought of everything then you should be fine.
He's talking about giving out loans, not taking out a loan himself.

Probably said here before but I would not loan anything without decent collateral. There might be some instances where I would, but only for tiny amounts for trusted members.
4750  Economy / Economics / Re: I have 12 BTC in my Account, How should I invest this?? on: May 25, 2016, 12:28:45 PM
Everyone is telling me to waiting for halving; however, the last halving, the price did not change at at all. Will the next one be like this as well?

it never hurts to try or you will be a little regret. but I'm sure at least we can see $500 the effect of halving.

Don`t you see that OP wish to make some serious money. LuckyBTcCasino ( check my signature ) offer you nice 100 % deposit bonus. Try it with 1 BTC, If you lose then on second deposit you have 75 % bonus so try it with 3 BTC. With that kind of money you can play very progressive and your chances to earn some good money are very high.

Alt coins are also good, try several with some small amounts. I don't know why people ask what to do with money they have. How did you earn 12 BTC in the first place?

Just don't put all your coins on one place in one hit. Do things slowly and I think you can make something big.
I wouldn't gamble any of that money, certainly not such a high amount as 1 btc.
Even with the deposit bonus, you'd have to wager that bonus amount a couple of times and you would possibly get addicted and lose much more in the long term.

Here are some good options for OP, some riskier than others:
Invest in a gambling site
Give out loans with collateral
Buy some altcoins after you've done enough research
Just hold your coins, put them in a paper wallet so you can't spend any right away
Invest in buying advertising to promote a good affiliate program
Make your own website, hire some writers and make more btc through advertising and affiliate links
Invest in mining, either hardware or cloudmining. Beware that you're not guaranteed to make a profit.
4751  Economy / Economics / Re: How good are you at managing your money on: May 23, 2016, 10:15:45 AM
With me it really depends, sometimes I can just live pretty cheap and save up a bunch of funds, but during vacations I usually end up spending more than I originally planned to spend.

I think it might be an option to put your savings into an account to which you don't have access for, say, a year or so.
4752  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To Gamble or To Invest? on: May 23, 2016, 10:09:02 AM
Why not have the best of both worlds and gamble with the profit you make from investing? If you win, you can invest your profits again and repeat the process. I wouldn't do it if you are prone to addiction however.
4753  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gambling Dice Site ~~~ Need Help Please on: May 23, 2016, 09:42:02 AM
I really hope for your sake that you find a way to quit before you start losing, because from experience, I know that it's even harder to quit when you haven't experienced any significant losses.

My advice would be to not even visit these sites again and find some other fun activity to do every time you feel like gambling. And if you do not have the willpower to do this, you will need professional help.
4754  Economy / Economics / Re: What is your best investment strategy? on: May 23, 2016, 09:36:29 AM
My investment strategy was you need to be the first investor so that you the first to claim the payout but if get your payout dont invest again because they scam the next investor that invest their.company
You're basically talking about a ponzi scheme, which is a very bad idea. Even if you're in early, you're still supporting scammers. And I would not be advising other people to do this.

4756  Economy / Economics / Re: Why are Venezuelan not switching to Bitcoin? on: May 19, 2016, 02:32:04 PM
I think that quite a few tech-savvy Venezuelans already have bought some Bitcoins, i know that i would do that if something like that happened in my country.
Sadly, the masses do not have this option, since they probably don't know this option exists.
4757  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin: Does it have a POSITIVE IMPACT on your life? on: May 19, 2016, 02:28:30 PM
I voted for: Yes, a little bit.

I find it handier in some instances to pay with Bitcoin as opposed to paying with Paypal, because there are less fees and it's equally fast most of the time.
4758  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the effect of knowing Satoshi on bitcoin price? on: May 19, 2016, 02:25:56 PM
I don't think it would have any effect at all, unless he really moves like thousands of coins from one of the early addresses.
That could scare some people into thinking he night dump a bunch of them.
4759  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC 200: Jon Jones vs Daniel Cormier. Who are you betting for? on: May 19, 2016, 02:23:45 PM
Definitely Jon Jones, he will not lose this one, I'm pretty biassed towards him, but I think it's a good bet Wink
Anyway it's going to be a fun fight to watch.
4760  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you call someone with 1000BTC? on: May 19, 2016, 02:21:31 PM
Why do we need to give a certain name to someone who has 1000+ Bitcoins, just call him rich, that's an accurate description anyways.
No need to invent another word that no-one will use
