Liverpool will need to learn their lesson from their mistakes during this season. Klopp's effort wasn't enough to carry the team to top four in the final moments of the season. They started a consistent form very late in the season that it wasn't enough as a result. Qualifying for the Europa League should be considered as a quite unsuccessful result for this team.

Because in fact the player quality is very high now. But the team lost a lot of chemistry and stayed that way for a long time. Mane's departure also affected them in a bad way. Especially Salah I mean because he had big problems on playing comfortable without him for a while.

Salah and Mane were like two friends who understood each other very well. Salah knew very well where Mane would be on the field and was throwing it towards him. After he left, there was a great weakening in the offensive line and it was felt. Perhaps the worst move Liverpool ever made was to sell him and buy Nunez. They have to make the transfers more carefully for next year. Now there is one more big team in the Premier League and that is Newcastle. If you are chasing the top ranks in the league where the competition is at such a high level, you have to make the best moves.
I am not sure if Liverpool sold Mane because they felt they will buy Nunez to replace him. If it was what happened, it is a dump move by Liverpool and a let down to Mane. Just because Nunez scored good number of goals in an unpopular league doesn't mean that he is fit to replace Mane who has a very large work rate in Liverpool.
Actually, Liverpool's selling of Mane is a big mistake they made and I am sure they regretted it at one point or the other even if they are not going to admit it.

Celta Vigo managed to beat Barcelona at home with a score of 2-1 and actually this is not a surprising result because Barcelona didn't seem too serious about being able to win this away match. Celta Vigo greatly benefited from this victory because they managed to survive the relegation zone this season and we will still see Celta Vigo's struggles next season. On the other hand, maybe Barcelona failed to finish with more than 90 points this season but they seem to be okay even though they failed to get these additional points.

I'm not surprised Barcelona lost, I'm surprised Celta Vigo only had 28% ball possession, they won the match 2-1. Barcelona players managed only 9 shots despite having 72% of the ball possession. On the other hand, Celta Vigo made 12 shots. What is more surprising is that 9 of these shots were on target. There is no doubt that Celta Vigo played well. However, the main reason for Barcelona's defeat in this match was their poor defense and tactical weakness.
It was obvious that the match was not that important for Barcelona but it doesn't mean that they didn't fight for it. After all Barcelona still featured big names like De Jong, Lewandowski, Raphina etc and they played well but there was no much striking pressure from Lewandowski. This could be because Benzema is not following him closely in the top scorer race. It was Fati10 that came in to get the 1 goal for Barcelona with a stunning header. I just wish Xavi will give Fati10 more playing time this season he is just a good player.

Bayern Munich shouldn't limit themselves to a certain price level when it comes to signing a striker this summer. Because the only thing they need is a striker right now. They don't need to make big changes in the team. They already have great players in the squad. But the biggest problem is the lack of a reliable striker. Choupo-Moting can't take them anywhere.

But if they are ready to spend a big deal of money to sign just the striker they would like then this transfer would bring back their old times finally. Vlahovic is surely a candidate but not the only one. As far as I have heard they are after Osimhen as well. Osimhen's cost is much higher than Vlahovic of course. Hence it would make them think twice before going for Osimhen instead. But I believe Vlahovic can also be very useful as he is a really talented scorer. His performance this season shouldn't be misleading.
In the current transfer market, there are no exceptional strikers available in the market. The only few ones can only be gotten with a lot of money. So if Bayern wants to get a very good striker they should be able to release such amount of money so that both the striker and the current club that holds the striker will have no reason not to agree with the transfer terms and conditions. But one major disadvantage of signing striker is irrespective of the amount and the salary is that it would stabilize the salary structure of the club that bought the player.

They are the perfect team in the world and the managers of other teams say the same and they mean it. Often times they claim to be the underdog for tactical reasons, but these days when they say that Manchester City is beyond doubt the best team in the world, they do mean what they say. It's sometimes funny how Guardiola is trying to portray his team as being far from perfect, but I noticed that now he more often points out that they are indeed very close to perfect. It is part of his job to keep them grounded, but when everyone sees how they play and Guardiola tries to play it down, it's interesting.

Although it is not impossible that in his opinion they are far from perfect sometimes. I can't even imagine what a trauma it would be for him if he loses this final. He has been trying for so long now and frankly speaking, his teams are the best most of the time.
I do not think that it will be that simple, it's obvious that we are going to see them do as well as they hope for and that's going to be the case for a very long time. I believe that we shouldn't really be worried about anything but City for any cup, if you are a team that wants to win something, you will have to go through City first, they are the top team. Look at Arsenal this season, they have done so well for so long and at the very end they lost it, that's a sad situation for them but there was nothing they could do about it.

I hope that they do better in the end, but I believe that it will be a very difficult situation for Arsenal or United or LFC or basically any team to win. The only option I can see is Newcastle and not this one, the owner is super rich which means maybe in the future they can get superstars that can rival.
Expect Newcastle to do well next season. Because this season the team started to perform well but since Manchester City team secured the title. As such next season looks promising for Newcastle.
I'm of the opinion that Newcastle's great form and performance isn't gonna be a one season show and I believe they're gonna prove me right come next season.
Newcastle's manager Eddie Howe has effectively transformed to a team that will be strong enough to compete with any premier league club but with some additional signings in the summer, Newcastle might as well become a very strong club that can be very competitive in Europe.

City must above all hope that Haaland is fit, but the chance that he is fit seems to me to be 99%, I think he has not suffered any injuries from the match against Manchetser United. But if City fails to win this again, what consequences will that have for the trainer? We always talk about a trainer being judged by his results. in principle, Guardiola's results are not good, but the game could not be better. I think this is an exceptional situation.
Though Erling Haaland have been banging in goals upon goals all season, but Manchester City is than just a one player club. Pep Guardiola knows the kind of huge challenge that awaits him as a manager and if he must achieve his aim of winning a treble for Manchester City this season, then he must know how to manage his team to victory even in the absence of Erling Haaland.
Inter Milan isn't a small club that should be underrated by Manchester City but realistically speaking from what we've seen so far I think Manchester City are gonna win the UCL.

Benzema is a legend and will forever be remembered by the Madrid strong supporters. After Ronaldo left the club, he stepped into the boots he left back, Real Madrid will need another player to step into the boots that Benzema will leave, Rodrygo does not look like it, he missed a good goal opportunity from a ball passed to him by Vinicius in their game today against Bilbao. Real Madrid will increase their efforts to sign a new player that can score, they cannot depend on Rodrygo.
Sure, Benzema is one of Real Madrid legends. Benzema replaced Ronaldo's role perfectly, the club relied on him after Ronaldo was leaving. Now, we don't see any player who can replace Benzema's role when Benzema leaves the club. Real Madrid needs a player who has the same capability as Benzema. I heard Real Madrid will try to sign Harry Kane. Since Kane's role in Tottenham is almost similar to Benzema, it is a great idea to sign Harry Kane. But Real Madrid must spend a lot of money and try to negotiate more seriously. I guess Tottenham won't easily accept Real Madrid offer although it is a big offer.  Grin

Whenever anyone wants to talk about the legends of Real Madrid in the future, I believe Karim Benzema will fall in the top four because of enormous positive contribution to the club. He's served Real Madrid and their fans more than they would've ever wished on his first day at the club
Now is time for a new challenge and I believe that Benzema still got some strength and power to keep delivering great football performances anywhere he choses to for in at least  the next two seasons.

Yes, this only goal was the winner in the match between Torino and Inter. This didn't matter because regardless, Inter won with the goal advantage. Actually, Torino played quite well and carried out several attacks, but their accuracy was somewhat lacking.
At least the matche was really worthy to be watched. I saw that how cordaz was making some briliant saves from torino's layer. Lukaku was not being so selfish caused by he was always try to maximizing the chance by always try to give assist to the his team mate.

There have been some golden chance being made by intermilan to add more goals but the shot from dzeko was hitting the crossbar. The performance from intermilan is quite good but it needs to have proper finishing.
Easy money from picking intermilan.
I think it's quite important to realize that Inter wasn't really "that" good and City just beat United as well. When you consider these two together, it looks like we are going to end up with something much more important in the end and that's the fact that City is better than Inter. We already know this, so just one more game doesn't matter, even if City lost to United and Inter won by 5, that wouldn't really change but at least we got a confirmation with their latest games.

I would be super shocked if Inter could get this game, feel like that shouldn't be possible but like I always say it is football and the ball may roll anyway it wants. It would be a game to watch if Inter gets it, but I am guessing a boring City win will be what we get in the end.
The fact that Inter Milan didn't play extremely well against Torino like everyone who wants them to beat Manchester City in the UEFA Champions League final would've wished, I want to believe that they actually didn't play that game with the much needed desire to win the game because they didn't want to get their players injured ahead of that big game.

Arsenal have left a dreamlike season behind. This must be their most consistent season in the recent years despite the point losses on last weeks of the season. Because I never remember them getting this much close to even win the EPL title. Arsenal have really young players in general. There are only two 30-year-old players and one 31-year-old player.

Despite this fact Arteta did an incredible work by keeping the team focused on the main target. In fact I don't think their main target was to win the league title. It was rather to join the Champions League undoubtedly. But somehow they stayed in it for a long time. However it is really hard to do the same thing twice if they keep the same squad and don't change it at all. I hope to see some new players to make the team more solid considering that they are gonna compete in the Champions League also.
When Arsenal were at the top of the standings for a while I also had a chance to feel maybe this season would belong to Arsenal after decades they had not been able to win the title again, but unfortunately their achievements had to stop towards the end of the season because they often got less than optimal results.

However, it should be appreciated for Arsenal's performance this season, moreover Mikel Arteta has been able to make this team start to be respected again for the EPL next season. Indeed it looks like Arsenal will only be content for one Champions League ticket next season and I can't wait for their miraculous performance.
Since Arsenal lost the English Premier League title to Manchester City, I've always been of the opinion that Arsenal should be excused from the harsh blames from their bittered fans and some media outlets.
Manchester City owners invested huge in the club and today they're actually reaping the fruit of their investment because they've got a club that can peacefully thrash any other European club with ease. That is what Arsenal owners needs to do to make Arsenal a major contender for the title come next season

EDEN HAZARD says goodbye to Santiago

Once a big name, once a heavyweight and once a talented player who conquered English Premier League left Chelsea FC to Real Madrid with the dream to win the Balon D'or. Someone who was projected to replace Ronaldo and maintain his legacy in Madrid is leaving the club today having spent most if not all of his time in Real Madrid bench.
Anytime I remember Eden's story, it saddens my heart. He is leaving the club after a mutual agreement between him and the management of the club.
This was definitely not what he had expected when he made the choice to move from Chelsea. At the time of his departure he was at his peak and many believed him to be the next big thing but not everything we expect come through, he’s had series of injuries which obviously put a hold on his supposed-to-be upgrade in his career. Tbh I’m happy he is finally leaving the club for a new challenge, I hope for his sake this time would be different.
As glittering young star at Chelsea who wanted new challenges and also become one of the best players of the game of football it was understandable to me after Eden Harzard left Chelsea because he wanted to play in the biggest club in the history books f football.
But unfortunately for Harzard, he didn't fulfil his potentials because of the unending injuries he was having at Madrid. I'm a Chelsea fan but it's totally not acceptable to think that Harzard made a wrong choice by switching to Madrid

Why do PSG fans want to make a big deal out of the goal miss that Messi had.
I mean anybody can iss a goal and missing a goal is not a new thing in football. Anybody can miss and anybody can score. Bythe wayThe match was not even important for PSG.
Coming to say about Leo Messi transfer, I am aware that his mind is no longer with the Paris Saint-Germain side.
However, He is very much willing to join Barcelona, but to certain conditions and financial involvement he might see himself in the oil country
Messi is booed every time he fails to convert a goal-scoring opportunity or fails to impress the fans. That is common in football; the players are used to the spectators' obstinate behavior, but they must control their motivations and keep their heads up. Leo Messi blew a huge chance against Clermont, and the Parisians lost 2-3 at Parc de Princes, spoiling Messi's farewell motives despite goals from Mbappe and Ramos. The Spaniard bids his farewell to the fans on a historic day that observed key players pay their respects to the club, nobody has a clue to predict the future of Leo Messi.
Right from the start of the year after the FIFA World Cup tournament, Paris Saint Germaine fans has grown unnecessary hatred for Lionel Messi and had always emotionally attacked him on and off the pitch so it wasn't a surprise that they repeated it after Lionel Messi missed a good chance he could've converted on a day he was playing his last game for he club.
Of a truth PSG didn't do well in Europe this season despite the fact that owners of the club had heavily invested in the club by signing high profile players but it's very bad to single out just one player and continuous bash him

Bayern Munich, Dortmund and Leipzig are regulars in the Champions League from now on. But Union Berlin is the new member around here to join along them there. After competing in the Europa League they surely gained some experience in a European tournament. But there is still a big difference between the Europa League and Champions League.

If Union Berlin don't get lucky with group stage draw then they will most probably experience the tournament by being beaten hard. But the most important thing for them is to make as much money as possible in this tournament now.
Union Berlin is a team to consider now. They have improved a lot, even this season if they can consistently maintain their appearance then they are very likely to become champions. It's just very unfortunate when they failed to maintain their condition so that they lost their place at the top of the standings before the first half of the season ended. Now they are in the Champions League to represent the Bundesliga alongside Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund and Leipzig. But for now I won't say much about what they will be like in the Champions League next season.
Union berlin had a great performance in this season, their was a certain time when Union Berlin was leading the league but they couldn't not maintain but it doesn't mean Union didn't do well this season.  Union berlin has done well in their performance to get a slot in the Champions league for next season.
Before Leipzig became one of the traditional representatives of the German football in the UEFA Champions League competition they were an average team by all standard but currently, they're regarded as the best German clubs in the competition
So I think Union Berlin having had a good season in the German Bundesliga this campaign, can as well go to deliver a great performance in Europe's elite competition.

In Lionel Messi's last game for PSG, he missed a great goal. By doing this, Lionel Messi has also been somewhat criticized by PSG fans. But this kind of Messi is very disappointing from Lionel Messi as it was his last match.

It seemed to me that if messi has no interest anymore to play with PSG against clermonth. Messi is officially out from PSG after the match against clermont. It's not clear where he will be going on soon. In my opinion that if this gonna be a a hard decision.
So far, there's no good offer was coming from another club other than barcelona and al hilal. I think that the chance for messi to go to the al hilal is quite big even though some people were refusing it but i do believe that if messi will have no choice other than going to the arabian league very soon.

I see that if these days the clubs are less interesting to sign the old players like him. i will suggest him move to the arabian league if there will be no offer come for him.
It's quite better rather than being jobless yet the thing may be different if he will able to accept low salary that might be offered by another club.

Barcelona must have done with its financial problem first before it will able to sign messi as a new player again in the club.
Lionel Messi has yet to officially declare his departure from PSG. But the next destination is yet to be confirmed. Sergio Ramos is leaving the PSG team along with Lionel Messi. However, Lionel Messi could have done better in PSG's last match.
Lionel Messi's departure from Paris Saint Germaine has been confirmed by the French media and I don't think there's anything that's gonna stop him from leaving the club in the summer. I think the delay to officially declare his his departure from him is because he's yet to finalise where he'll be heading to from Paris.
The Saudis has asked for his services but sources close to him reports that wants to remain in Europe. So we keep our fingers crossed and see the final news

BREAKUNG: BENZEMA LEAVES
Benzema officially leaves Real Madrid and official statement few minutes ago confirms this new and it is the decision of both club and player. Source: Fabrizio Romano

I already knew that Big Benz will leave Madrid. It was striking obvious because he has achieved all he needed in Madrid and besides age is no longer by his side and there is an astonish offer for him.
I wish you well Benz, such a dedicated and loyal footballer!
Karim Benzema will announce the end of his career at Real Madrid with a match against Athletic Club. He was contracted to Real Madrid for 14 long years. He spent almost half of his life at Real Madrid.

After Ronaldo's departure, Real Madrid won several titles under his leadership. Many stars have come and gone in Real Madrid but he stayed in Real Madrid until finally he also had to leave Real Madrid.
Hopefully Real Madrid will send him off with a lot of respect. Karim Benzema has left Real Madrid, but it is still uncertain which club he will go to.
Karim Benzema has been of a great service to Real Madrid club in his 14 years as a player for the club and now that it's official that he's gonna leave the Santiago Bernabeu at the end of the season, he'll leave as a fulfilled man who's achieved everything he's ever wished as club footballer.
Benzema will definitely join the team of Galacticos and the legend members of the most successful club in the world. Saudi Arabia will provide him with best huge financial package he can get anywhere at this age in of his career and everyone at Real Madrid will surely bid him a good farewell.

Sweden has declared sex as a sport, and is set to launch its first tournament tagged "European sex Championship" on the 8th day of June, 2023, this means it's about 4 days left until the tournament begin?

We all can read the details on - https://m.timesofindia.com/life-style/relationships/love-sex/in-sweden-sex-is-now-a-sport-first-european-sex-championship-to-be-held-soon/amp_articleshow/100720445.cms

You as a gambler..
1. What do you make of this?, is sex truly a sport and is it supposed to be carried out openly?
2. If casinos pick this up and make provisions available to users to bet on this supposed European sex Championship, would you bet?

Lets have some serious and healthy discussion here..
This is madness and I see Sweden as the new Sodom and Gomora. Why among everything on earth,it is sex that is forbidden by God without getting married that they want to take as sport. Very soon another country will come up with their own competition called smoking competition. I will never watch or gamble on such nonsense,it is demonic.
This kind of sports being demonic is an understatement, I actually felt like, "what's coming over the people of nowadays" while I was reading the news article.

There are several other body building activities that could be recognized as sports, why the heck do they have to choose sex? The world is up side down indeed, and this prove that humans are gradually loosing their moral value, I mean what kind of lessons will this be teaching our children, our coming generations?
Almost all the recognized existing sports in the world before now can be participated by every religion and tribe because they doesn't oppose their moral values and that's why there are so many professional sportsmen and sportswomen.
But after reading about the sex competition in that'll be kicking off in Sweden as a sport of contest it became very clear that the opinion to introduce such activity as sports was inspired by the devil himself through his agents. Sex is supposed to be a secret affair between adults and bringing to be a competitive sports is absolutely not right for public consumption

Pep Guardiola has no top target. Every trophy is important to him, every goal is important to him. Assuming his top target was Champions League,  why didn't he lose EPL title and then lode FA cup title to Manchester United. He chased all the titles and he is winning almost all and you are here telling me that his main target is the Champions league. Everything is important to Guardiola and Manchester City

Guardiola is a maximalist, so he tries to win all the tournaments, but the Champions League is the most important football tournament and it will always be a priority for each team. I remember that there was a lot of criticism when Guardiola let go of many players from the team, Sterling, Jezuz, Zinchenko and others, but as you can see, this did not become a problem for the team, everything still works like a well-oiled mechanism.
Pep Guardiola loves challenges and he loves to break football records that seems  very difficult to break and also set records that'll be almost impossible to break as well.
Manchester United under Sir Alex Ferguson in 1998/99 season won the treble and remains the only English side to achieve that feat till this day. Guardiola knows that one more win in the Champions League this season will make them match that record. Winning the English Premier League she FA Cup trophies are enough already to make their season a successful one but Guardiola wants to his name to written in the golden books of football and that's why he'll go all out to make sure they win the European Cup
4777  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: June 04, 2023, 10:44:01 AM
The most important achievement of Manchester City is the Champions League, Premier League title is not enough so Pep must get this one before his contract ended in 2025
We still remember Pep several times failed in the final Champions League  so I think this is the right time to complete the good records, for this season I am sure Pep and Manchester City will get it I can't wait for this one.
the top target that Guardiola wants to get is the champion league trophy that will be given to Man City and winning the treble title this season will be proof that Guardiola was not in vain educating Man City players to get all of that title.
this will be the latest record for Man City winning the UCL trophy to make the name of the English league proud.
Pep Guardiola has no top target. Every trophy is important to him, every goal is important to him. Man city is definitely likely to win the final match.  Because Inter is not yet strong enough that they can beat Mam city in the final match.  In other normal matches, maybe a team like Inter can beat them because of man city's unconscious play.  However, Man city will not play unconsciously in the final match, they must actively play the match, so it does not seem that Inter Milan can win the final match of the Champions League.  However, Inter is offering high odds, anyone can get Hughes if they can be bet and win here, but the chances are very low.

I read such comments about Inter when they played Barcelona and just as few people believed that they could beat Benfica, but in the end Inter is in the final and they are definitely not to be underestimated.

City is stronger, it's hard to argue with this, and if you look at how unstable Inter played in Serie A, this also speaks in City's favor, but I want to say that in the final, Inter can surprise. It’s not worth talking about their good defense, because even the best defense is hard to play against City, so I think that City will score in the final, and everything will depend on Inter’s attack, how well they can realize their chances.
I was thinking that Manchester City is 100% unbeatable, but after watching the English FA Cup final between Manchester City and Manchester United and saw how Manchester United were able to contain Manchester City, even though they lost the match in the end Manchester United was able to be in the game even as they conceived early goal.
This made me understand that if Inter Milan put more of little effort than they used to, it will be quite difficult for Manchester City to win the Champions League.

AI is gaining a lot of momentum in different business sectors. Considering its ability I guess casinos can use AI to monitor, analyze betting patterns, detect fraud, and prevent multiple security issues from AI bots. I do feel this technology might have been already implemented by gambling platforms. If a user can easily create bots to generate profits then casinos can also do the same for security purposes.
What do you guys think?

I think all the casinos online must upgrade their website to keep abreast of increasingly massive technological developments, As we can see a browser like Opera in the picture above, they were updated to follow what's trending now. Maybe, what casinos should upgrade is AI security. a casino site must know if the user breaking the rules or have vulnerability were can auto checked by AI. As the picture above, opera has used AI to improve based on what we visited, and I think the casino must follow what Opera did, but more specifically in security.

Just on reading the title of the OP, my thought immediately goes to AI. The question should not be which new technology will be adopted by the gambling industry. The AI is already here with us and many industries are adopting it. Refusing to adopt it is at your own peril and I think gambling industry will not be left out due to some vulnerability and loop holes that it has. AI can be the best technology to fix them and take gambling to another level. Meanwhile there will still be cons of AI in gambling. Every technology has some advantages and disadvantages.
