4781  Economy / Services / Re: Get 5 BTC for proof who Game Protect scammed and for how much? on: August 11, 2019, 06:56:44 PM
Did you receive 5% of about £12k-£13k sometime around Dec 2018 in exchange for legal help dealing with Curacao for the OP in this thread?
4782  Other / Politics & Society / Re: 16 Shot, 3 Dead At California Garlic Festival; Shooter Still At Large on: August 11, 2019, 01:35:08 AM
Please explain in detail what is wrong with the picture I posted.
The picture (which originated on 4chan) is in response to the recent coverage of the mass shootings in America and the response from the main stream media which is basically "America has a serious problem with people walking into crowded areas and shooting as many strangers as possible, as fast as possible.  More often than not these are white males.  And the one that happened in Texas was probably influenced by Trumps rhetoric.  America has a problem with white supremacy, and the Texas shooting is evidence of that."

While all gun violence is bad, it's not all the same.

A shootout on the streets over a grudge or gang issues is not the same as walking down a crowded street and shooting 37 people in 30 seconds.

This picture lumps them all together, showing only the color of their skin without any other information.

It's clear the intent is to pass the message that "black people are worse than white people" when it comes to gun violence, which is exactly why the former grand wizard of the KKK quickly posted it on his website and had an entire podcast devoted to the subject.

Thanks for exposing yourself as a racist and a hypocrite. The picture is just reality. Your prejudicial projections upon it are not my responsibility, they are yours and yours alone. People like you LOVE trying to make it seem like only white people are shooters and it is some how worse than when black people do it, and anyone who shows a picture of reality is racist. Take your weak ass guilt via association argument and shove it you fucking bigot. Progressives are more racist than any KKK member, they just think their virtue signalling makes up for it.

Jesus Christ dude.  You need to calm down.

What does it take for it to turn red and appear at the top of his threads.
4785  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: FortuneJack Is Fraud on: August 10, 2019, 07:23:48 PM
Again, the signature I wear has nothing to do with the posts I make. Defending or shilling FJ is not in the campaign requirements.

The screenshot OP posted shows no fraud or scamming.

Fair enough.  What are your thoughts on this FJ campaign members post?

A casino is where people use their money to try their luck. This luck can end up both in a big win and an equally bad loss. The OP did just that and the outcome was a wrong one. There is nothing "wrong" here.

If you believe casinos are like charity houses to offer "free cash" to every player out there then you are mistaken. So called "VIP member" LMFAO

On the other hand, those who are playing on the site have agreed to the TOS and moreover all the rolls are public and verifiable. All these make this thread a bullshit one and the OP a crybaby.
4786  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: FortuneJack Is Fraud on: August 10, 2019, 07:18:18 PM
I agree that people being paid by Fortune Jack to post on this forum should have a little shame and avoid posting in threads like this unless they actually have something valuable to add to the conversation.

I've had plenty of issues with FJ in the past and battling their army of shills makes getting the truth out there much more difficult.

In this case, however, I don't see how this is evidence that they are adding losing bets to your parlays.

This is all the evidence you have posted, right?

Would the slip look any different if you added it yourself?

So B1tUnl0ck3r is basically making this forum unreadable.  The majority of threads are started by him, all incoherent and mostly 0 responses.  He also invades most of the rest of the threads with irrelevant anti-semitic rants.

4790  Economy / Gambling / Re: Game Protect Legal Case - Curacao License Scam on: August 09, 2019, 07:35:58 AM
Clarification about this Thread:

Jenni has just contacted me, worried about this case, I would like to clarify several things:

1) I'm (or more precisely we at Get-Paid are) the investors behind Jenni's claim, we funded her claim, we could trace back the BTC TX URL if you want to see it was paid but honestly GameProtect won't deny this was paid.

2) Jenni has just emailed me saying "It’s been 8 months since my complaint and I don’t really know anything that’s going on..... He is obviously targeting me for starting the thread thinking I did it to publicly shame him or something but you asked me to start it to see if we could get some better updates on what was happening".

Yes, I did ask Jenni to use the forum back in March (she started the process in December 2018).

3) Game Protect has helped me with a case and did get me back losses I wouldn't get from anywhere else. Proof:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1535816.msg39659536#msg39659536

HOWEVER:

Whilst I appreciate very much that Game Protect has helped me with my case I find it really annoying that he attacks Jenni for using the forum or accusing her for trying to say things about his service!

And unlike many posters here - no, I am not upset with Game Protect revealing Jenni's information, Jenni doesn't care about it, and it seems like the posts were edited, although making a mistake like this is not a good thing but this can be forgivable ... ANYWAY the main issue is the fact Jenni is worried about not getting her case resolved! (and not doxing her information or revealing information about her!) - that is the main issue, and I kindly ask other forum members to concentrate on this specific issue, and not on any other irrelevant data that is not related to Jenni getting her case resolved.

As far as I'm concerned Jenni is 100% entitled to ask questions about her case, we only got involved from the investment side of things, and if Jenni wishes to use the forum then by all means she can do it. I did advise her to try and ask in the forum about this in order to motivate GameProtect to try and move her case a bit faster and reoprt in the forum (in her thread) accordingly whenever there is an update.

Game Protect - by all means, please provide a proper customer support to your clients, and that's it ... end of story. Jenni nor me have no personal vendetta against you! You have a customer worried about getting nowhere, that's the whole thing - stop making a bubble out of something that is simple and straightforward!

I'm being neutral and unbiased here, I'm not trying to throw any accusations on anyone here. Just reflecting the facts and a good will to help all sides here, as I believe in resolving conflicts and not creating ones if it's not necessary.

PS Game Protect, Jenni started the thread in March, we are now almost in August, understandably some things could take time (I was told the same about my case) - she just wants updates and reassurance her case is being looked after, that's all ... no grumpiness nor grudges or anything else is involved here.

Thanks for your time!

I feel for OP, and for you and do not approve of all the victim shaming going on in this thread.  You've found your way to a really weird crazy corner of the internet that is far from user friendly for newcomers.

OP should absolutely not feel bad about making this thread.  This thread is not hurting her chances of getting paid.  Scammer 101 is always keep your victims from warning other future victims.  That's why he attacked her and then went back and deleted all of his posts in this thread.

I understand you will remain hopeful for now, but suggest getting some sort of timeline out of him if you can, and if you can't then set one for yourself to see some sort of concrete evidence that he's doing more than just harass the casino with empty threats.  It seems like his only play is to string you along for as long as possible, pressuring you to say nice things about him, or at least not say bad things.

Please document everything.

And when the deadline passes, please post everything (with sensitive info edited out obviously).

4792  Economy / Gambling / Re: PSA: Betcoin.ag/PlayBetr.com/Coinbet.ag Data Breach on: August 08, 2019, 08:04:32 PM
I think I got mine. The email account I use for gambling has so much going through it in terms of legit email / promo email / general announcements / and spam that unless I am looking for something it just gets deleted. I did see something from them come in over the last few days and since I have not played there in a while I ignored it and it just auto deleted after 48 hours. I do that to all mail coming into that account unless I move it.

So the standard good advice that all of you should be following.
1) 2FA
2) Different passwords for every site.
3) Don't leave BTC out there. Remember, not your keys not your coins.

I did get one of these on monday from Betcoin:

4793  Economy / Gambling / Re: PSA: Betcoin.ag/PlayBetr.com/Coinbet.ag Data Breach on: August 08, 2019, 06:13:27 PM
It's been well over 3 weeks now.

I'm thinking you either don't think it's that important or you don't want to send the email because you'd prefer the vast majority of your players not be made aware of their information being compromised (while appearing to be proactive on the forums).

I suppose it's also possible you guys can't figure out how to send 285k+ emails.

We were pleased to have sent this email last Friday (6 days ago). Informing the community about this was a high priority, and we have done everything we could to do so via every medium available. Thank you.

hmmm, I didn't receive it.  Anyone else?

Can you post all communications you've had with after you realized account was flagged?  (also the tx id of last deposit)

Giving all the details you can is your best bet to get help.  More often than not, threads like these are players trying to get paid after getting caught doing something against the rules.

Edit: Jinx Sygambler!

Yup, an email was what I was expecting. There's probably a lot of players who are inactive as well and thus wouldn't see the article.

We made posts on our BitcoinTalk thread and player forum the day the investigation concluded, with plans of an email to follow. This email will be sent shortly. Thank you very much for all you do for the community.

4798  Economy / Gambling / Re: #1 RATINGS of BITCOIN SPORTSBOOKS : poster book discussion on: July 31, 2019, 09:19:51 AM
It's fine to make money.  It's not ok to act like your ratings are impartial if you aren't willing to share  the financial details of your relationships with the books.

Just share how much money you've made from each book you're currently rating in this thread, by week, month, quarter?  Whatever.  This will make your ratings so much more valuable for the rest of the community.

Be transparent.  Please.
4799  Economy / Gambling / Re: #1 RATINGS of BITCOIN SPORTSBOOKS : poster book discussion on: July 31, 2019, 04:37:40 AM
I think it has never been in a stance of "this is the best ranking" type of deal, it was more like "lets come together and vote for the sportsbooks". It has never been objective in the sense that it has data that can back this up or what not, it doesn't use some algorithm or whatever to make the list more technological or robotic.

It is just a place where peep does whatever he wants and he comes in talks about what has changed in what place and what has improved, we go and play in those places and then we all come here and talk about how we feel about the sportsbook in general. If you can provide proof of you not being able to withdraw for 24 hours for example, peep would take notice and go do it himself too, if he has the same problem then he will downgrade it. This is not a universal ranking system, it is just us doing whatever we want.

I agree with a lot of what you have written. This is a thread where we all come together to post our experiences and thoughts on sportsbooks. As you said if there's a problem in a payout, I'll try one myself and also contact the book on the player's behalf.

Because this is a conglomeration of thoughts, it does portray a realistic view of ratings. It's best to look at many ratings guides. This one seems to be in line with most. Nitrogen and Betcoin are at or near the top of most guides.

I know we've been over this before, but...

this isn't a thread where "where we all come together to post our experiences and thoughts on sportsbooks"

It's a thread that allows you to make a lot of money off some combination of affiliate/shady off the record payments to keep certain books at the top and others at the bottom.  (see my previous trust ref for evidence)

You could really clear all this up by being 100% transparent when it comes to how much money you have received/expect to receive/what kind of deal you have from each book....

Please.
I doubt you will do this though.  And it's terribly obvious why.

Cool

Wasn't the shooter taken down within 1 minute by authorities?

Are you suggesting that we should allow ordinary, non-trained citizens to bring their guns into a festival like this?

Would you prefer he didn't have to cut through the fence?
