I think this Coinbase is meant only for U.S and other countries because when I get to know about Coinbase things were really complicated to put in together. If you have sold the coins in the loss, unfortunately you have taken a big loss because dgtx coin fell 70% down after the news that their exchange is delayed. If you are still holding, then there is every hope that dgtx platform will launch in future and you will be able to recover your loss.
