Do you actually already have a work object and with excellent quality, even if it is not in place, will your Ico enable large-scale production, improvement of initial parts, or just reinforce partnership and expansion programs? Is there a future link between the use of tokens and their operations in the real world?
Would like to know this as well. A working product, even just a PoC is a must! We have published the blog just yesterday with a video with a PoC. Our product is currently still in development and you can see the roadmap in our Whitepaper as well as at the beginning of this thread. |

Thanks. As we mentioned just a few moments ago, the name has its meaning. It means: Software Operating Platform for Hybrid Internet Applications Transaction Xchange Quite complicated name but I must say that shortcut is easy to remember and seems professional  That short name is really great. People can keep that name in mind and that is really good for the marketing. I like it very much I agree - project name is cool - I didn't know what this is abbreviation. By the way - what will be token name? Token name will be SPHTX |

I'm currently reading the whitepaper. What exactly is Sap. Obviously they seem like a big deal, but regular people are going to have a hard time understanding exactly what is it that they do. If they are a company, how much is that company worth?

This seems like a nice coin to join for the reason that it does seem legit, unlike so many other ICOs. So that's really what has caught my eye, that I feel it's very legit. I have a sense of it, just a little over my head. Sorry, we expected that people have at least some information about SAP since it is the most widespread ERP system in the world. Our project isn't easy to understand but you have to remember it is focused on B2B and the users of our product have a really good idea what it is about. Maybe the SAP thinks the same about itself. Maybe you can try wikipedia - page about Enterprise software. It can help you to get a hint what is SAP doing in a more understandable way. |

Can you explain why the token price increases over rounds?

I am seeing more of this lately and it doesnt seem profitable to me since many people buy at the start and the end of an ico
It is simple. We want to motivate people to invest in the earlier rounds. There has to be some kind of mechanism to reward early investors since most of the people are aversive to a risk and therefore are waiting until they see that the TGE will be successful. If everybody (or just most of the investors) would wait until the last round to see if it will be successful it could fail even though there actually were enough people and enough money for the TGE to be successful. So if they want to be sure and are willing to pay more for being sure, they can wait until the last round. But if they really believe in the success of our project they are willing to take a little bit of risk to be first to invest and they will trade this risk for more tokens. (I personally think that only crazy people would take a risk for no reason. Or maybe someone who really likes to feel uncertain. But the rest of us is taking the risk every day because we think it will pay off). |

10 days for a ICO is not so long! But I'm sure they will got the funding they need! This is just a great project. I'm sure this project will got a lot more attention before the ICO date that is 100k hardcap. so 10 day isn't enough. it is possible only when their marketing team does so well. and have some whale have interesting in this project. Ya thats a pretty short time. Do you have any plans to extend it? Or maybe you already have some big private investors? We have a good feedback from various communities of investors so hopefully, it will solidify into some real investments during the TGE. We do not plan to extend it. If there will be some tokens left unclaimed we will redistribute them to the contributors based on their stakes. We don't have a soft cap so there really isn't pressure to extend it. |

At the end of the TGE, any remaining unclaimed tokens will be redistributed to the contributors based on their SPHTX stake. For example, one TGE participant having 2000 SPHTX will receive twice the amount of remaining tokens than a participant having 1000 SPHTX. Undistributed tokens will be distributed back to participants (not burnt). |

In fact a very advanced and exciting prototype, it is possible to identify the genius in small details of SophiaTx, I saw the video in jhimy fallon and this gave me even more credibility than what the company divulges: also SophiaTX will hold a Token Generation Event (TGE) later this year where the general public can be the first to obtain the SPHTX token before its release on any major exchanges. It is a chance for supporters of the project to be directly involved. The token will be used in the marketplace for a wide range of engagements. i think this is best opportunity for investors and everyone should join this project. Are there details on the TGE? Our TGE (Token generation event) is scheduled for December 5th. HOw long will it last and will there be an early bird special? TGE will last 10 days, consisting of 5 rounds à 48h (or when 30,000,000 are generated). In each new round token price increases by 10%, if I understood correctly.

They said earlier in this thread that there is no bounty campaign planned. After careful consideration of all pros and cons, it is not suitable for our type of project, therefore we decided not to proceed with bounties. You can get an additional 10% bonus for using DCT. |
