481  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Supply is meeting demand. The number of Bitcoin ATMs worldwide is up over 500% on: September 25, 2019, 04:33:23 PM
I wonder if this machine that can be found in 7 11 stores in the Philippines can be considered as a Bitcoin ATM because I can buy Bitcoins thru this machine. As long as theres a line of communication, this machine is online and you can buy Bitcoins through Coins.ph, if not then here in the Philippines I guess theres only 1 Bitcoin ATM.

482  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you trade? At the exchange? Platform? Bots? on: September 24, 2019, 11:45:00 PM
Bots will trade for you based on your strategy or settings. Thats the beauty of having a bot with you when you trade. Its emotionless. It will not trade because all of a sudden you feel like there's an opportunity to buy at low price. It will do what you asked the bot to do and nothing more. Just make sure that the setting that you input in your bot makes sense or else, you might be shocked upon opening your trading account with zero funds.
Some people believe specially newbie ones do look into these bots to be a money making machine without even knowing that these are created for automation of trades so it means settings will depend on you as a trader.Ive been using bots when im away from my pc but most of the time ive been doing manual.Yes, its hard to combat emotion but there are lots of things that differs actual trading than to have an automated one.
Yes that is true, I have been asked several times already about my bot and how much did I make already and they think because of the bot I am using, I am already a millionaire which is wrong. There are times when bot will not Buy or sell anything for me because of the settings that I input so no trade happens everyday only when it qualified based on the settings.

Problem with other bot sellers are they only tell them the positive side of having a bot, but not the negative side which is its not a wonder bot that will find the coin for you to trade, no its not. You still need to find the right coin and set the buy or sell settings.
483  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin and casinos on: September 24, 2019, 11:28:06 PM
I have worked for a few years in a casino and I couldn't help but imagine that people should be able to gamble with bitcoin.

Is it already happening? - I don't mean on the internet

And do you think this will be future of casinos?
Traditional casinos will never go away if that's what you are asking, there are a lot of gamblers who prefers to play live and see the action right in front of them. Others use it as their bonding time with their colleague or business partners or would be business partners. Online casino maybe booming right now as it is a workaround for people who wants to play and remain anonymous or to those who lives in areas where gambling is illegal.
484  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A cryptocurrency entirely dedicated to GAMBLING? on: September 24, 2019, 11:17:15 PM
As long as Bitcoin is on top of all coins, creating a separate coin or token for gambling only will be useless as you will just concert that token to Bitcoin if you plan to cash out. So far I haven't seen any token or coin dedicated for gambling that can be converted directly to fiat without going thru Bitcoin. I'm thinking its just another way for gambling sites to earn more for the additional fees when you convert to Bitcoin then cash out.

Quote
If  a user is a burstposter then they can be burstposters not in campaigns unless the posts are super constructive and on point. Most times that's not the case though

486  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: September 24, 2019, 10:58:13 PM
I don't think Adesanya's gonna be moving up to LHW anytime soon.  He needs to get what's in front of him first and that's Whitaker and the MW title.  And he needs to prove that he's a real solid figher by defending it vs the best in his division.  Once he does that, then he can go and look for a potential bout vs Jones.

I think he has the potential to be great.
Adesansya reminds me of Anderson Silva when he fights. He might look skinny and small compared to other fighters with in his division but this guy is full of talent and he moves very fast. His fight with Anderson Silva is like watching a younger of Anderson Silva and the passing of the torch Adesanya. Having a bigger built plus skills maybe an advantage to other fighters but Adensyas quickness and skills will bring him to higher greatness.
487  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you trade? At the exchange? Platform? Bots? on: September 24, 2019, 10:44:04 PM
It particular reason why people mostly used bots in trading is just that they wanted to see their trading 24/7 which unlikely we can't do it without this tool. But not really it gives me a reason to think that it is much better than we do it manually. I'm in trading but not particularly be using bots, may I have a plan but much preferred to do it in my own strategy.
Bots will trade for you based on your strategy or settings. Thats the beauty of having a bot with you when you trade. Its emotionless. I will lock this thread today and will unlock again only if there will be a clear indication that a fight between this two legends. All I can see now is nothing but trying to keep the talks alive but FM is not interested anymore. FM might be interested but not today or this year. He looks at this fight as an option only, maybe if he has no exhibition fights left he might consider.
489  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to stop taking high risks? on: September 23, 2019, 11:45:06 PM
Hey guys, I noticed that I always seek for high profit and point is that I still trade 25-50-100x. Then I lose deposit and then repeat once again.
Sometimes I gain a lot, like 10x and it gives me positive energy.

But I realise that trading with high leverage is a disaster. How to stop doing that?
Mind setting. I use to trade like that, look for high gains but I end up like what you said disaster. So what I did, as soon as the buy order is completed, I place a sell order at 2% profit and move on to my other trades with the same target only. I find this much easier and trade will take a shorter period of time than aiming for higher profits but ending up in loses.
490  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do You Compare Your Trading ideas with others ? on: September 23, 2019, 11:41:07 PM
What for? I don't see any good reason why and I don't see any benefit in doing that. Maybe I can learn from the trades of others but comparing it side by side from my trades and others, it will just make me think that I've done something wrong and might try something stupid to recover my loses. I would rather take down my mistakes and learn from it so it will not happen it or at least to avoid it.
491  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is now Available in 6,000 Outlets all over Philippines on: September 20, 2019, 06:27:46 AM
Now I am wondering if Abra has a local office here in Philippines, unlike Coins.ph, whenever I am having trouble with their cash out, I will drop by their office. There's a lot of Facebook Online sellers in the Philippines and I hope they would consider accepting Bitcoins because of the ease of payment. I hope this development will open their mind in at least trying Bitcoins as a mode of payment for their online business.
492  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥 BITSLER.com 🔥 CASHBACK 🌟 NEW LEVELS 🌟 NEW RANKS🌟 CHEST PRIZES OF $35,000 💰 on: September 19, 2019, 11:52:43 PM
TRON - 21st currency added to Bitsler.com !

( .. also the last cryptocurrency to be added (for now) as we feel like we have the most important ones already .. )

We we're discussing this a few weeks ago like if there's a possibility that a new coin will be added since there's already 20 coins listed, most says 20 is enough but lo and behold, 21st and the last to be added, Tron. This is a very much welcome move for those who holds Tron and its sits in their exchange wallets. Time to make use of it guys!

OP Will there be exclusive contest and promotions for players who will use Tron?
493  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Bitcoin is now Available in 6,000 Outlets all over Philippines on: September 19, 2019, 11:45:31 PM
This is made possible by Abra as they partnered with 7-11 stores in the Philippines this is according to the news posted by Cointelegraph however, as far as I remember, Coins.ph is the first one who partnered with 7-11 so people in the Philippines can buy Bitcoin in 7-11. I hope with this positive news, there will be more merchants in the Philippines who will start accepting Bitcoin. cointelegraph.com/news/all-7-eleven-stores-across-the-philippines-now-sell-bitcoin

494  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many gambling sites are you playing and do you use the same strategy on: September 19, 2019, 11:32:36 PM
How many gambling sites are you playing and do you use the same strategy? I'm playing on at least 4 sites now and uses a different variation on the martingale and some guessing method and I found out that I have good success implementing a method on one gambling site that is not effective on other gambling sites, how about you?
Regularly I visit 3 gambling sites including Bitsler to play dice, nitrogensports to place my bets of my favorite sports and stake if i want an alternative, but if how many gambling sites i visited and registered, I lost count already because everytime there is a new site that shows up here, I register, play for a few days and give feedback but I always end up going back to Bitsler.
495  Bitcoin / Meetups / Re: Going to my first meetup on: September 19, 2019, 10:15:42 PM
So after tonight I will hopefully have attended my first Bitcoin meetup, well all crypto likely. It's in nearest large city about 2 hours away and it's taken me nearly 2 years to make it in for 1.

I made a decision about 4 months ago to go to a different groups meetup and that was a mistake. It was more mining focused but they cancelled, left the event advertised, and wasted a good deal of my time lol.

I don't reallly know what to expect, the organizer is actually the guy who sold me my first hardware, always had a good chat with him. So i'm hoping for more or the same.

I'll update on how it goes. Figured I would share, let me know if you've ever attended these types if events, what it was like, the good and the bad
I guess it depends on who is hosting the meet up. If the host of the meetup is a mining enthusiast, then expect that the discussion in the meetup will be more on Mining. I attended meets ups as well and most of them are promoting their projects and the recent one is is hosted by Binance here in the Philippines. Going to meetups is a good idea because aside from meeting new friends you can also find a good mentor if you found someone who can hep you out with trading.
496  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it worth for me in my situation to start btc trading? on: September 19, 2019, 10:06:18 PM
Hello

I have spare $300 that my friend suggested to use to start cryptotrading, as this is the maximum amount of money affordable to lose. I have a month of free time to trade with btc. Currently I don't have income and I have three ways to set it: cryptotrading, freelancing as programmer, or full-time job. I chose to expirement and try luck with trading and freelancing, if there is no success with any for september, I will choose full-time job. If I can make about $500 per month with all of these methods or some of them, I can forget about job for a while, which is highly preferrable.

So my questions are:
  • Can I learn and do trading for month to make at least some money(around $100-$250), while doing freelance programming? I can arrange 3-5 hours for each activity per day.
If you are a total newbie with zero knowledge in crypto trading and you only have $300 to use as your capital, earning $100 to $250 is a long shot in a month considering your experience in trading. You might even end up losing all of them if you picked the wrong coin. I am not trying to discourage you in trying to trade but you will need more time to learn about it and a lot of wrong decisions before you can earn good money in crypto trading. Good luck!
497  Economy / Speculation / Re: Analyst: Bitcoin below $ 10,000 is a gift! on: September 19, 2019, 09:51:55 PM
The Price of Bitcoin dipped at $9,625.77 USD but recovered and as I post this price of BTC is now at $10,320 USD. This is not the first time that it happened of course but a taking advantage of such dip is rewarding if you know when to do this. Todays dip is an example, that could have made people an instant 7% profit. Another day was August 30 $9,557.43 USD, after 4 days the price is back at $10,567.11. July 28 price of BTC is at $9,438.72 and it recovered after 5 days $10,487.58

498  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If I want to start a business in gambling, which country do I choose? on: September 19, 2019, 09:28:57 PM
You might have to check each country's regulation but IMHO your best bet would be an Asian country like Philippines or Thailand which already have an offshore gambling industry since they already have clear guidelines about online gambling and likely already have provisions for sites that would be registered under their name but maintained from outside.
I am from the Philippines and I haven't seen a website that is registered here in the Philippines and has been granted a license to operate an online casino that accepts cryptocurrency. I don't think the Philippine Government will allow such thing as this will not employ a lot of people unlike POGOs (Philippine Offshore Gaming Operations), they will employ a lot of people, rent space and look for legal services which means revenue to the government. If I we're OP I will go to where most online casino go and get a license.
499  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The End of Crypto Signal Groups on: September 19, 2019, 09:08:10 PM
There is a demand for this signal groups and they are coming from those newbies who don't like to learn how to trade using TA. What this newbies dont know is that this signal groups is just operated by a few people. You will notice that they will promote another group who also claims that they announced a good signal that earned 300% in the past 48 hours. Instead of paying for a monthly fee for this signal groups, I would rather spend it in joining seminars or webminars teaching how to read those graphs and candle sticks.
500  Economy / Services / Re: I need some work (I can maintain bounties) I need 2 work from home! on: September 19, 2019, 01:15:54 AM
Don’t focus on this forum only if you badly need it. Try to register at upwork and look for a job there. There’s a lot of work from home jobs offered in that site, you just need to provide your previous work or somewhat like a resume. Something that I learned recently is even if an individual/company is not looking to hire someone, once you offered your services, they might consider you depending on the skills that you have and what you can contribute to their business. Good luck!
