At first the idea of this project seemed to me strange and unclear. But when I saw kto.tv I realised how nice for the people from similar professional sphere to have such place where they can communicate and earn money faster, more comfortable and, the main, in more reliable way. I don't know if there are similar websites in other countries but I haven't seen anything like this in Russia before. Such sites as freelance markets or LinkedIn are too coomon and don't give all abilities that this project can give. |

На дешёвый ширпотреб надо тратится постоянно.А фирменую вещь купил и на долгий срок.Так что неизвестно, что дешевле. Можно найти дешевую вещь, не подделку, если человек не может накопить на фирменное например, а не покупать контрафакт Вот именно. Производство товаров под чужим брендом - явное преступление. И никогда не понимал людей, покупающих явную подделку известного производителя вместо того, чтобы взять даже более качественный ноунейм, который оправдывает свою цену и не кричит своим названием о недалёкости своего хозяина. Бренд - это такая своеобразная печать, которая гарантирует качество. современные технологии легко копируют всё и печати в том числе. Кроме усилий проекта StopTheFakes, хорошо бы ещё улучшить технологию маркирования продукции, где это возможно и оправданно экономически. Этим вопросом должны заниматься производители продукции,а не проект StopTheFakes.Задача проекта выявить поддельный товар.Хотя более сложная технология защиты от подделок облегчит работу исполнителям по поиску контрафакта ...и уменьшит объём этой работы. Что, пожалуй, не будет выгодно StopTheFakes. Более сложная технология маркирования - это своеобразный конкурент проекту. И тут уже производителю выбирать, что использовать и во что вложить деньги. |

Will it be enough for him to use the material that STF project provides? How easy will it be?
First of all, STF will be only platform for fakes searching. All law questions will be on the customers and they will do everything without StopTheFakes help. But if companies want, they can use STF service "automatic complaint". What is "automatic complaint" service? Could you please tell more about it or provide some external links? You can read in white paper more about it. As I understand, platform offers automatic tools for appeals if companies don't want to do it by themselves. Two scenarios are possible:
1. The Requestor works with the alerts received independently (gets in touch with the offender, law enforcement agencies, etc.), or
2. The Requestor moves to the next stage and generates a complaint. The system generates a complaint, taking into consideration the scope and nature of the infringement and the legislation of the country in which it has been detected.
Again, two scenarios are possible when the system generates a complaint:
1. The Requestor receives a completed legal document (Complaint and takes action independently, or
2. The Requestor moves to the stage, at which the system generates a Complaint. The system files the Complaint in a specific order, taking into consideration the jurisdiction of the country in which the infringement has

Как будет распределяться бюджет между тем, кто нашел пиратский контент, и автором?
Так то исполнителю обещают 15-20 долларов. Но, если будет слишком много исполнителей, то предполагаю, что доведут до примерно $5. А если не будет хватать исполнителей, то будут повышать цену. Придумают короче что то саморегулируемое/самонастраиваемое. Слишком много исполнителей не будет - кто первый оповестил о нарушении - того и тапки награда. Но ведь нарушений, как и нарушителей, может быть много. Задача - не обнаружить факт нарушения первым, а обнаружить как можно больше таких фактов, чтобы искоренить подделки определенной конкретной продукции. Так что исполнителей может быть действительно много, если подделывать данную продукцию будут многие. |

Здесь однозначно соглашусь. Раньше, когда был помоложе и играл в игры на ПК я был привыкшим их только скачивать. И меня не волновало, что игра взломана и именно поэтому она может где-то вылететь, где-то выдать критическую ошибку, где-то (может без моего ведома) завладеть какими-то моими данными, и уж точно она не обновится сама по себе, так как взломанные игры так крайне редко умеют. Плюс ко всему в них часто бывает вырезан мультиплеер и любая связь с интернет-соединением, а то она бы быстро заблокировалась. Я играл одиночные кампании и считал, что попробовал игру целиком. Потом удалял. Но шло время, я становился старше и... пришёл к тому, что установил Steam  Теперь, если я действительно хочу получить полноценный опыт от использования игры, я покупаю её. По адекватной цене, конечно же (стараюсь попасть на какую-то праздничную распродажу, благо их много). Но сама суть мышления... она поменялась. В итоге я получаю постоянные обновления, стабильную работу игры, облачное сохранение, мультиплеер с друзьями и кучу положительных эмоций. Искренне надеюсь, что, со временем, мы всё придём к данной модели потребления цифрового товара и интеллектуальной собственности. В такой ситуации выиграют все: производители будут стараться сделать свой контент ещё лучше, а пользователи будут готовы платить (разумные суммы), чтобы воспользоваться этим качественным контентом. Кстати, по поводу Стима и ему подобных онлайн-магазинов объёмного цифрового контента. Тут еще, к сожалению, существует проблема доступности скачивания таких больших объемов через Интернет, которая пока еще довольна характерна для многих стран СНГ, ну и, наверное, для многих стран в мире тоже. Безлимитный интернет во многих странах еще остается предметом мечтаний, люди считают потребляемый трафик и тарифицируется каждый лишний мегабайт. В такой ситуации даже при желании честно заплатить за игру - скачать ее будет еще большей проблемой. И снова проще купить пиратку на диске или скачать с местного хаба или торрентов, где трафик считается локальным и не тарифицируется. Так что проблема ещё сложнее, чем можно подумать. |
