Yeah that's right, they also have a tonne of resources that you can use to help enable you create your DAPP or game, great to see the team supporting their community like that. They have a youtube series too; I think the fact that they are based on JS is a great plus to the network to allow easier adoption. The learning curve should not be too steep given the JS background of many developers. Nice to hear that! Is there a link to this? I would watch, maybe learn something new from such kind of lesson series. |

Yeah, I keep an eye on most projects twitter, and compared to alot of them they are pretty quite in terms of tweeting out content, but I guess they go for quality rather than quantity. I think the current market situation will benefit Lendsbay too, with a green market people tend to trust it a lot more than if it is red, we may now see Lendsbay reach softcap within days. Just softcap for this project is very small - only 250 000 dollars. This is reasonable, it is difficult to raise a large amount on the red market. This money should be enough for the development of the project. Social groups is basically the great idea here i think is the one pushing this project really forward and i hope they capitalize on that and this looks like it will be basically hard to rent out of your social group if am right
Yes the members of the social group will make a certain amount of funds available for other members of the social group to borrow and they will be paid interest for providing these loans. Interesting concept; which page was this on the whitepaper? there could be many applications for this one especially the kind of funding for projects. given you already know the person or share the same interest given the similar group so trust is made. Thanks for the sharing but I am already following them. This is very helpful guidance in this video for developers and new comers. It certainly helps out, a good video for those who are new to Javascript or want a rough idea on how it works yeh can see it helping out those unsure as to how they can use JS for Ruff. Hopefully eases anyone's doubt and they just try it out JavaScript as the main language for web developing is no doubt the best if not the only choice here. But I think their focus is different; If they focus on the gaming side I think they could attract a decent crowd. Especially since your game rewards are actual tokens which can be used outside the environment. Yes, they concentrate on entertainment DApps and games development from the beginning and this is the main difference from Etherium or another platform. I think they should remind about this constantly. In terms of audience coverage, this is the right decision. Almost everyone likes to play games, it can make the platform very popular. A question about the groups that can be created. That one can lend each other something is clear. But will it be possible to lend something to a friend together with others? So suppose he needs 10k, can 3 people borrow 3,333 in one contract?
I don’t think a group must be created, I think it will be more better if one can take loan from all three friends and then pay them back individually. Yes, I think the same way. Creating such group loans not only makes unnecessary difficulties for the system development but also makes it harder for a creditor to pay off debts to several people. |

How does a non blockchain passenger gets his ad watching reward from the tachain sustem? Seeing that the reward will be in tachain tokens.
The application will have smart rating system for taxi drivers and users. All the rating information and statistics will be stored in blockchain and will be available to everybody using the network. So only registered end users will get rewarded for watching ads. Is there a verification system that verifies If a user watched the ads or not. Technically that should not be a problem it is quite easy based on my understanding. I think the trickiest part is getting the users' attention for the longest possible span. Getting the users attention is the hard way. You should plan and prepare the tricky words that can interest them and also you must find a suitable title. I guess that depends on the ads, it wouldn't be that hard as the only things you could do in the taxi are looking at the screen where the ads show and learn something new or just look out the window. Why are there only two things you can do in taxi? I usually stare at my smartphone screen reading a book, Telegram feed, or watching movies. |

So in such cases I can simply ignore screen and look outside. If everyone thinks like that, then the project has no good future prospects. I would not like that as an investor. But I am sure that we will be watching the advertisement on a smartphone. The main difference between mobile app and just adverts on the screen: - if ads are displayed on the screen, you can just "simply ignore screen and look outside" or, likely, use your smartphone to read or watch something else; - if it is displayed on your smartphone screen you have to wait until it ends to use your phone. So can this application only be used by trusted people in my social group? Since there is no contract, how can I lend to someone who is not in my social group and be sure that I will receive the loan in the future?
If this is true wouldn't that limit the scope of the application significantly? I thought this is supposed to become a globally distributed business where anyone can lend money to anyone. definitely but I believe they would start with a small portion of the society hopefully in the future they can expand to the global stage Lot's pf projects that are released are at first in specialised sectors etc ... It's like a tiered and phased release. I'm sure the team would like to get it out the door and available to as many as possible though I don't see it just limited to a social group for each individual but for everyone globally. I just hope there won't be any loopholes in the LendsBay system to be used by fraudulent beings. Isn't this "social group" just a feature that can be set up by the user himself? I thought a concept is a getting usual loans globally with the possibility to limit the circle of people who can interact with you. I think it is more of a feature plus it would not really matter much since the platform handles all operations and nothing is expected to be physical. Ya, I think so too. No need to make unnecessary synthetic restrictions when everything can work properly without it. |
