481  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 5000 Bitcoins for a Pizza - The most famous story in Bitcoin history on: October 29, 2017, 09:06:44 PM
Hahaha yes i remember this and all the conspiracies that were around this story, and everytime i open the bitcoin discussion board i see this kind of threads refreshing my memory about that story.
It was crazy, it is like just exchanging 100 riples for a coca cola, and thinking about that then could be more than $100 in just a few years, or months, or who knows how much time?
There is a guy who sent 100 bitcoins for a transaction fee, that was a great story too.
482  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin fees on: October 28, 2017, 11:40:09 PM
The fees are pretty high right now, i sent a payment worth of $50 about two hours ago, and i paid about $3 for that transaction, maybe it is not a huge amount of money, but it is almost a 8% of what i sent to that guy.
But it is more cheaper than Xapo fees, i just saw them two weeks ago and a Normal Transaction was about $8 each one, that is insane, and the priority was about $12 for each one.
Of course that the fees depends on how the blockchain is going, but i think that all this issue is because the notices that the miners received today.
483  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Sell bitcoin on: October 28, 2017, 11:17:49 PM
If you want to keep using bitcoins and you would like to spend it in somewhere just buy a debit card and use it in the store that you want to. Or just go to localbitcoins and sell your bitcoins in there, it is much more easy because you can sell them to the guy that you prefer, because there is a reputation system in there.
There are a lot of ways to sell your bitcoins, maybe there are some local exchanges on your country, why dont you make a research about that?
484  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC under 4K? on: October 28, 2017, 11:05:00 PM
Hahah obviously that it is possible, but it is not going to happen now that everybody is investing and buying everytime more bitcoins. Everybody is happy because they all like to see their portfolio going up, and if there is a crash or a giant dump for more than 30% (go down to $4000 again) then a lot of people would panic and they will sell their coins, and this will make it go down by much more money.
It is risky, but it can happen if a big whale decides to sell their coins right now, which i dont think it is going to happen soon.
485  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is it the Future of Banking ? on: October 28, 2017, 10:50:39 PM
Bitcoin is totally the opposite than banks, there is no way that you can compare bitcoin to a real bank because they dont have anything in common. Blockchain could be the same as the red who is behind the banks, but is no closer to it and it can not be compared to it at all.
Bitcoin has been created to be fully descentralized, and creating a bank for bitcoin could be just like an irony, i dont like that idea, and it can not happen.
486  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: [Trading] HELP I HAVE 0.016BTC on: October 27, 2017, 10:14:52 PM
0.016 bitcoins are less than 110 dollars, you can not do anything with it, only to try to make some profits from it by dailytrading, but it is difficult because all the altcoins are having a bad month.
You can make 1% - 3% a day if you are smart enough, but it is difficult if you dont know how to trade, so be clever and dont put all your funds on the same coin while you are trading.
It would be much easier if you had previously knowledges from forex or any other trading situation.
487  Economy / Speculation / Re: Mr. Thiel: Bitcoin Can Be The New Gold on: October 27, 2017, 10:01:57 PM
It is good to hear those kind of words from him, i thought that this kind of people were never going to be positive about bitcoin, but he did. Those are good news, but we should not be so happy because they are comparing bitcoin to gold, and that is something wrong, you can not compare them both because there is nothing common between them.
Bitcoin is digital, and gold is physical and it has been the best source to hold your funds safely for more than centuries, bitcoin has born 9 years ago..
488  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: SWIFT up 300% in a few days on: October 27, 2017, 09:49:50 PM
Yes this is amazing, i was looking at the charts on coinmarketcap on the past few days, and i have seen that it was slowly rising, but i did never imagine that the price was going to increase by 300%, anyway, i am paying a lot of attention to this token, maybe i will buy some once that they drop a bit, they are so expensive right now, and if i buy, i run the risk of losing everything because it is over x3 than a few days before.
But it is a nice token after all.
489  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BLOCKCHAIN PREPARING TO DO EXIT SCAM? [ATTENTION!] on: October 27, 2017, 09:39:31 PM
You are a newbie and that is why i understand that situation, because it happened to me the same a few years ago, the first time that i sent bitcoins i thought that they were lost because they were not arriving to the receiver.
But it was because i didn't send enought fees to make it got confirmed, and by that time ,there wasn't any tx acelerator as there are right now, it got pending for more than 1 day and a half, it was a horrible situation.
Hope that you can get it accelerated fast.
490  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Stolen BTC on: October 27, 2017, 09:27:19 PM
If you dont know how the fuck were you hacked, then try to buy a good antivirus and clean your pc, and if you know someone who can clean up your computer, hire him, because you probably have a virus or just a spyrat in there, or maybe a keylogger who stoled your private key + password.
But you were lucky, 0.01 is not a high amount of money, i know a guy in this forum who got 25 bitcoins stoled by the same way as you. Be careful mate.
491  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Wolf of Wall Street (Jordan Belfort) - "ICO's are the biggest scam ever"! on: October 24, 2017, 11:28:34 PM
Yes those are old news, when i saw that the real Jordan Belfort said this, i really cried after seeing that, i really appreciate that guy because i enjoyed the movie, and i read a lot about his life and how did he raised his fortune.
But when i saw this.. i started to hate him, omg, maybe he is right because ico's have ruinned the market, and this is true, it is full of ico's that are only trying to raise funds in order to create a quick-rich scheme for the owners, not to the investors.
He is right, but i started to hate him because of this one..
492  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how control my emotion?? on: October 24, 2017, 11:10:44 PM
It has been replied a lot of times in the forum, why dont you try to search a little bit more in this board? there is a lot of information and threads like this that are probably going to help you with this. If i am not wrong, there is a book that you can download for free from an user who create a guide of how to control your emotions while you are trading.
Just search a little bit more.. it will help you in a future when you want to know something more, so you would not have to create another useless thread.

493  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price Dips Below $5,800, While Ethereum Recovers Beyond $300 on: October 24, 2017, 10:54:54 PM
But it was obviously going to happen... I never expected to see bitcoin going up forever, we needed to see this dump, i am not happy with it after all.. but it was needed if we want to see a stable market during this days, but we all want to see bitcoin up, no matter what.
All the altcoins are recovering and going up by a lot of money, Ethereum will probably hit $320 or $330 during this week, well, i hope so because i have a lot of ethereum on my wallet right now.
But the whole market is in green.
494  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Gold Fork just costs Bitcoin $5B! on: October 24, 2017, 10:38:36 PM
Yeah i agree with that, it costed bitcoin a lot of money from the market capitalization, but we dont have to worry or complain about it, we all know that bitcoin rised a lot in the last few days, i dont see nothing wrong with it.
But i still have some hope in it, like i always did.
There are a lot of things that changed the price during the last two days, not only this fork, there have been a lot of fud that i have read all over the internet regarding to China, Russia, and some financial gurus from the USA..
495  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: UTRUST pre-ico a bit expensive? on: October 24, 2017, 10:21:34 PM
It depends on the total supply who is going to be on circulation after the ico is done. If they are going to put 100 million utrust coins in circulation, then they are expecting to raise billion of dollars if they are asking for $6 per token (aprox) But if the circulation is low, then it means that probably the coins are expensive because there is a low circulation, it al depends on that.
But i heard that utrust was going to be a giant one, but i would not invest in there.

496  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The death of stratis waves and Lisk on: October 24, 2017, 10:03:16 PM
It depends a lot, the market will always need a remodelation about the proccess and how does the altcoins works, they are being a little bit outdated right now. Waves is updating their platform a lot, they are paying a lot of attention to their dex (anyway, it is horrible) but they are putting a lot of effort in there.
And lisk is still a young altcoin, nobody can predict what is going to happen with it, but if it doesnt get the necessary attraction, then it would die, just like a lot of alts did.
497  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: BTC Gold on Bittrex? on: October 24, 2017, 09:50:26 PM
Far as i know you will get your bitcoin gold anyway in bittrex, they were one of the first exchanges who said that they were going to support it and give them to the ones who where holding bitcoins before the fork.
But i think that the distribution will be between tomorrow and friday, it is a mess to distribute all the bitcoingold to the btc holders, so maybe you should be pacient with this.
Poloniex took more than 14 days to give bitcoin cash in the last fork.
498  Economy / Speculation / Re: Healthy Pullback? Bitcoin Price Dips Back Below $5,300 on: October 24, 2017, 09:04:16 PM
Has anyone noticed that the price has only been going down today? All the people is using their free money from bitcoin gold to invest in altcoins, and this is what is making bitcoin bleed.
But this was necessary, maybe i am being negative about this dump, but if we look at the charts, yes, it was necessary because we were in a bullish trend for more than two weeks, and we have never seen a dump before this fork.
499  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Gold is useless on: October 24, 2017, 08:50:28 PM
of course that bitcoin gold is useless, i received 4 bitcoin goldies, and i dumped them at 0.06 btc each one (aprox 0.24 in total) but the price was moving very quickly between 0.05 and 0.07 every minute.
Looks like everybody is selling their bitcoingold right now, that is why all the altcoins are going up, and bitcoin is just going down... It is a mess to that bitcoin is the only one who is in red numbers, so sad, of course.
But i hope that it is going to recover soon, otherwise, i would not sell my coins for $5500.
500  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin --> $ or € on: October 23, 2017, 11:38:31 PM
What a ridiculous question, you only need to know some math or how does the money works before joining bitcoin. all the currencies who are in every country have their own currency exchange rate.
usd/eur is about 1.17 each (it means, 100 euros equals to 117 dollars) and the same goes on with all the currencies who are legal, the same happens with bitcoin.
You should need to ask it to Mr google before making such a question..
