Every node knows how long work another node. Because network know weight of each nodes and each node connected to account id. One node - one account id. Account connected to node must be with effective balance > 0. In addition the combination of PoS algorithms adds more security.
How some node knows the up-time of another node? Is the node itself watching the up-time of others nodes? How is it works? As example. When new node is started it must broadcast a message. Other nodes when they receive this message add this new node to the some list. And every some interval (hour, day), a new node must confirm the presence in the network by sending a new message. More details will be in pre-release technical white-paper.

NXT clone or written from scratch??
It's written in javascript. So, it might be a clone, but it's not a fork. A NXT clone? No, it's not clone.

Written from scratch in Node.js, but I watched and learned a lot from NXT.

@ criptyI asked earlier: About Proof-Of-Time.
Can you explain in details how nodes will validate a block from the forger? How will they check the accuracy of the declared forger up-time?
I think there could be manipulation. @ criptyI asked earlier: About Proof-Of-Time.

what is the Proof-Of-Time?
Proof-Of-Time one of type of forging. As weight network uses how long time node support network. You can set up node and provide your account id in configuration, after it your node time in network will be added to common weight (others types of proof) and calculated when you can generate block.

Too centralized.
Only 15% for developers, it's not so much for 8 people. All the money that we collect via IPO will not be in our pockets, we have many ideas that will be implemented in the custom blockchains and in Crypti, it's need money. We will post reports on the funds spent each month (include IPO money and post-development part).

When we chose the name we did not know about this coin. But we will not change name, we like it In any way we have another functional, idea, and new sources (node.js).

I read the white paper and it sounds interesting. I like the idea of proof-of-time.
The one read flag I see is that 1% fee to spend Crypti. That sounds outrageously large.
Is there a plan for a maximum fee?
I sort of understand why you want to give the merchant 50% of the fee of spends at their store, to encourage merchants to accept Crypti. But, as a user I want to minimize my fees.
I think merchants should pay the fee if I spend in their store. That is a cost of doing business. Merchants understand this.
For first time 1% is min fee, but we will change it in future to float numbers. Now 1% will be good motivation for merchant addresses owners and new services.

Or create your custom network with Crypti SDK and mine new coins via your working nodes. are these new coins among the 100 million total amount?
No, max coins in system - 100 millions, all forging, mining - just different types of fees. How can we mine this coin? As forger with Proof-of-Purchase, Proof-of-Time, Proof-of-Identity (merchant address real-life validation). Or in custom networks via your nodes. But it's all - fees or payments for service in custom networks.
