Thanks for posting this Chi After seeing others come forth about their missing coins/monies, I am doubtful that person will ever see their 1 BTC  All I know is that there were indicators starting to form as early as 2019 and only expanded from there One big thing that stood out was the lack of a 2023 copper coin offering which was the base of the sales/company What were some of the indicators that were starting to form as early as 2019? Borrowing 1 BTC from another collector.. and then BTC tanked leaving them with much less fiat purchasing power, thus starting the spiral of fund mismanagement |

IMHO it should be up to the donator to decide if they want to take funds back or not, it’s been too long and it even feels a big negligent to even put it to a vote, but I assume that would be better than voting on anything else. My 2.

who needs to make a decision? Should this not be smoothie who decides?
as for someones loss being bigger than someone elses? that should not matter.
Set a guideline - pay those who lost funds from being swept. (and pay cygan for those he reimbursed)
if there are any funds after paying those - pay for undelivered orders and unfunded cards.
if anything after that (probably wont be) then look at paying those who loaned funds maybe.
The only issue I see is that with some of the "swept" ones. Many are very clearly swept - when 30-40 cards all went to one address.
However, there were a few I question are the ones where 1 or 2 cards were swept but went to a different address and not an address any other cards went to - those I feel might be people who swept their own cards and are trying to get double paid.
No, I would not say that it's up to smoothie to decide how funds are distributed at this point. If it was I imagine he'd have already made that decision. It's up to the community and clearly the community can't come to an agreement on how the funds should be distributed. IMO the only thing that should be done at this point is every donator should be refunded. I wouldn't even leave an option for saying just keep it and donate when thing get decided, they should get funds back and if they decide to re-donate funds once there is a clear and precise decision of action, then sure they can donate back. This is my 2 and I think the majority at this point. We all have our ideas on what should be distributed where and it was a great /generous idea, but it's a complete mess that's no where near coming to a decision where to place these funds. Hence the only options being refunds for all sales as MinerJones as layed out above. Fuck you Yogg. What a mess you created (not to mention friendships destroyed) Any idea how to handle a donator that does not want the funds back and does not give an address? |

Sorry for the late reply. I was on the road yesterday.
As for the remaining Spanish Treasures orders, the copper coins will be all shipped by Wednesday (only 6 sets left to make), with the remaining gold coins scheduled by the end of the month, with most shipping before the holiday, so that'll be good.

End of the month has come and gone.... what is the deal here? Apparently the copper sets have not shipped. I keep getting more and more people telling me they are owed the gold coins  People are still owed $$ fiat dollars from refunded payments but cannot get their funds due to failed e-checks meaning lack of funds in your bank account. I also notice that neither of your listed BTC addresses hold any BTC...looks like they immediately get cashed out... circling back to your lack of funds in the bank account WHERE ARE THE COINS ??
