no need to worry. the price goes up and down a few bucks, nothing special. and no, i can't see the price go below $500 as that would be completely unneeded and sad. it would mean the price is over-sold. so if it's happening, then don't wait a second, but start buying as many coins as possible. i will surely do so.
Yes 500$ is not possible price until the end of 2016 also we can expect a little increase in the coming two months up 600$ because the liquidity of bitcoin market will come to its end . boom will be in 2017+ up 1000$ . |

You mean that preev.com is providing the average price? From what sources they provide prices? It seems to have a good user interface, not sure about their price. Preev.com gets the price from different exchanges websites (Bitfinex , Bitstamp , LocalBitcoins and another one I guess , forgot the name) Do you know how does exchanges exactly determine prices? Is it a pure technical or some opinions of exchanges affect on it? I just mentioned the method above , It's simply the average price of three exchanges (x + y + z) / 3 . If you check the bottom of http://preev.com/ you will see the "Data" where they explain how do they get the price as well. Thanks, I mean those 3 exchanges that are sources of preev.com, how do they determine prices? Bitcoin price is based on Demand & supply , and exchange defines their rates based on their (Want to sell & Want to buy) requests by users .
