I doubt anything will happen with this coin because the OP is too busy promoting images for other coins, instead of working on this one.

is it in the right location?

sorry, are you in a cave?
have you not heard of a VPS?
My point is that I can't transfer the blockchain in the command line environment, nor from windows environment to SSH

There is another way. Ask a user with access to the blockchain to make a zip file Wink

posted a few pages back:

I have a DB that zipped up uploaded to mediafire

this will bring you up to 11/1 for anyone that needs, and doesn't understand how the bootstrap works
I lol too Smiley Cannot help you any more than I already have.
thanks anyway, will try work it out
maybe disable encryption, that would work (as then I can do direct download from ZIP via URL)

guess you missed this post altcoin?

I guess Bter is having issues too. Mintcoin deposits not showing up, their reply is, Mintcoin wallet doesn't work well, we are working on it but may take longer to get your coins...which sounds like Bullshit excuse to me. Some guy lost like 4millon MINT. That and besides they will take your Bitcoin if your account is not very active, and put it in their ponzi investment scheme!

Just to give you a heads up, we have submitted a ticket to bter to get more details of why it is in maintenance and if there is anything we can assist with.

Its nice to see that we finally got to a stage where 2 relevant parties are talking. Its was strange to see people not even considering the possibility & rejecting any advance outright. It turned out to be more than getting people together when cryptomommy got busy & i had to relay messages around with people having prejudices/past bad experience with bittrex. I guess i wasn't expecting such hostility.

Next time i will probably use PM to official team & let you handle things in public.

This is a hectic time of the year. Holidays, family, work, society....I think many, MANY people (myself included) are a bit more on-edge in general. In terms of crypto, I think recent events have made many people skeptical or overly cautious or sometimes downright hostile. And of course, misinformation, impersonation, half-truths, miscommunications, and confusion is always in abundance around the internet.

You're always welcome to contact me directly on here, and I can be found on IRC most days at many random hours of the day.

addition to reaching out to fuzz, you can reach out to myself... I have no problems taking ideas from anyone, and bringing the up to the rest of the dev team.

I'd like to think I'm pretty much open to anything. I read the post you made here, and instantly brought it to the attention of the rest of devs, we discussed it, and I attempted to contact bittrex, only to find out it was a fake Sad

I understand Bittrex their concern if they truly are, but Mintcoin is so much better than many of the coins they have already listed there, so I don't really get their resistance at this point. Give every coin a chance no matter what. You never know who will pick it up. I have never used Bittrex before so I am not saying they are super bad, their trading system may be awesome, but we should give all coins a chance.

You have to remember, mintcoin was once listed there... but got delisted because of trade volume... so now they want to list it again, to make 3BTC, only to delist it again due to trade volume?

Done. Smiley

jusr any fyi... 'bittrex-richie is an op in their channel, so i highly highly doubt it was fake.

490  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] INCAKOIN l Crowdfunding to support development | Android Wallet Released on: December 06, 2015, 02:16:22 PM
we had a raspberry pi wallet/daemon put together if anyone is interested. The Raspi2 builds are done against BDB 5.3.28, which means that files (wallet.dat, blkxxxx.dat) are NOT compatible with windows/mac wallets, you can copy over a .dat file FROM windows/mac to the Raspi2, but not the other way..
I will post the Qt GUI wallet and headless daemon.

I would like to correct this statement slightly...

It is compatible to copy your current version of wallet.dat and blkxxx.dat to the raspberry pi wallet/daemon, but it is not compatible to copy from raspberry pi to windows/mac wallet... although I do hear that a new version of the windows wallet is being done to make it compatible.

Won't it be nice when this fiasco is over?

I know we'll all be happy, but no one as much as the Dev, I bet!

Wouldn't want to go thru what all he must have been (and probably still is) doing.

the dev has gotten a lot of support from the community.

Bittrex support hasn't heard from mintcoin team in a while, they are interested in adding the coin. Please if anyone can contact them and get us listed there. I told them that people are working on their own time & money so there might be a delay in response. Please devs or cryptomommy contact them. thanks Smiley

we spoke with bittrex, they are interested in the 3BTC it costs to list it, not the coin itself.

Nodes02 and 03 are turned off.

All should be unbanned already.
