Casino games used to be my favorite, but my interest shifted to sports betting after trying it because you have more choices over your bets, and the impact of luck is at a level where you have the options to deal with losing situations. Even if it's not my favorite anymore I still find some time to play casino games and unwind to enjoy a few rounds of live table games.

But it is possible to even stake football game in a casino? If so I will try it out maybe online but I have not really been a good gamblers that's why I always stake very little in order to avoid "had I known at last when you lost your game".......
It depends on the casino you'll choose, some have their sportsbook while others mainly stick with casino games.
482  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2023-2024 betting on: March 05, 2024, 12:07:27 AM
My bets will go against the majority here,
That early bet paid off now that Giannis is out in the Bucks lineup and the odds are leaning to the Clippers(1.80). BOL

The underdog odds on the Lakers make me think it's worth a shot after watching OKC yesterday, throw their comfortable lead against the Suns who didn't have Booker. I like the extra value even though they're more likely to disappoint due to their terrible ATS record.

483  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What Work Now May Not Work Tomorrow on: March 04, 2024, 04:20:15 PM
How about you have you at one time of your gambling experience experienced finding patterns that you think are effective and consistent only to find out later after several days that it's not working anymore..

And are you still looking for patterns that you think will work in the long run for you.
I've also experienced it the hard way, and I don't mind if it suddenly stops working because I agree with the other posts. It's more about your luck eventually falling off instead of the pattern becoming useless. Once you experience a good winning run there's always the expected wall of losses that comes right after so no matter what pattern you use luck will always be there to make it useless.

I probably won't be searching for new betting patterns, as I barely play casino games, and whenever I get the chance i'd rather stick to the patterns i've already used.

What's your reaction? Has this ever happened to you?
My vote was also the same as the majority because a divorce would be too much in my view plus it only takes time before you can be financially stable again, and i've heard worse situations from other gamblers like being in debt. If this happened to me in the future, i'd probably be frustrated for a moment, and then move on to helping my partner deal with the situation. Then again i'm not surprised with a few that voted for divorce, as it can be a way to enforce that tough love, and sometimes that's what it takes for others to change.

Pretty amazing promo to introduce zed betting,

I asked the live support, and they said there is no minimum deposit amount required,
So we can get upto 4 freebets in 4 weeks to use on zed betting,
The amounts are account based and its upto 250 usdt for the high rollers i assume  Shocked
I'm surprised I got a 50 USDT free bet this time even though I haven't increased my wagering amounts. My luck is still bad though, I had a close loss on the race I chose, and the horse I backed came short of cashing the free bet.

The extra free bet in exchange for any deposit amount sounds like an attractive deal even with the additional wagering requirements in place.  Cheesy
486  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⭐⚽⭐ Sportsbet's Bitcointalk Sports Fanatics League (BSFL) – 10000$ rewards ⭐⚽⭐ on: March 04, 2024, 12:36:14 AM
I got my league rewards for the previous season. Thanks, Cro2 team and Sportsbet.

I also realized Division 2 is stacked this season and it's nice to see that sneaky Dota question at the end. There's still no clear favorite between the teams and things could change in the playoffs stage.

BOL to both of us @arallmuus you might have the advantage here since my squad is still not in the best form.  Wink
487  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lottery ticket sports bets on: March 04, 2024, 12:03:04 AM
I've had those moments before, and it was only a matter of time until I moved on because those lottery losses would slowly add up and could've been saved up to make a proper single bet instead of wasting hundreds of tickets with little to no chance of hitting.

I wouldn't discourage others from placing the kind of bets they prefer, it's just that parlays with several matches are always what bookies want most gamblers to bet on because they're the easiest bets to lose and it's the kind of bets that give them the most profit.

Most fans were happy to see that Tundra Esports were done on this DreamLeague season 22. I guess that team is just good because topson is there. Once topson leaves, who are they going to recruit?
There are still a few good players from the SEA region like Mikoto and Abed. For me, they're the few good mid players who could thrive if paired with good teammates.

Anyway here is my bet for tomorrow

I think XG and GG will win, its just straight up winner bet
OG's draft was too good so I only got 1/2 on the tiebreaker games.  Tongue

I'll tail you on the XG bet, they're too good to be the slight underdogs and BetBoom is rated too high by the bookies based on their first group stage results.

493  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ESports betting -CS:GO, DOTA 2, LOL, Valorant - Sportsbet.io discussion thread on: February 29, 2024, 12:08:49 AM
but Team Liquid though, they were one of the best team around especially after signing 33 which was one of the best pos 3 as well but they were knocked out pretty early. They have around 3500 EPT points already so I guess they are changing 1 player max soon after this rough tournament session because there wont be any penalty for it.

Anyway, the 2nd group stage is going to be fun to bet on because its bo3 games
I agree it's unusual to see them go cold like this after their performance in the BB tournament. Others said it's due to the online format since they did have bad results even in the previous DreamLeague seasons.

Yeah, at least the bo2s are over and there's still a bunch of tiebreaker matches waiting before we move on to the next phase. I got my bets on GG to win both, surely they wouldn't fall short against VP and OG.

494  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2023-2024 betting on: February 28, 2024, 09:23:31 PM
I'm looking for my third win in a row with the Nuggets, and i'm hoping the rest advantage is more than enough for them to get a decent lead. The last time they met the Kings came out on top, but surely the Nuggets wouldn't let that happen again now they're only a few games behind the other top teams.

The Cavs' spread was somewhat tempting against the Bulls, but it already moved by a point and the Bulls now might be the more hungry team after losing against the Pistons.

Anyway, since Dallas is now on a 2-game losing streak, I think it's imperative to back them tomorrow against the Raptors.
BOL, if you're going to back them. From my perspective, it's too risky when the Raptors could make this a competitive match and the Mavs could be in for another close loss.
495  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Do You See Losing Your Weekly Payment to The Casino on: February 28, 2024, 04:16:21 PM
I do not like gambling sites that pay signature campaign payment to their sites, it is better they send it to wallet address instead which can discourage people in the campaign not to use their weekly payment to gamble.
Same, it's convenient for the casino to send the payments through our casino accounts, but it's also an extra step in getting your coins since you still need to withdraw them from the casino.

Look, if you didn't cash out your bets, you've double your money, that's why I strongly disagree with cash out before the match ended. Wink
It's also the general rule to avoid cashing out, but it's easy to fall for it if you don't have the confidence to ride the bet until the end.
496  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io Betting discussion thread rev on: February 28, 2024, 03:11:53 PM
Manchester City cleared the two goals you predicted and scored six to two from what I seen on the next day scoreboard results of the League Cup games.
The Saints will be facing the Reds today so that should be a good game to watch as there isn't much else going on.
Yeah, Haaland and KDB have a solid performance from start to finish.  Cheesy

On top of the FA Cup matches there's the two Serie A matches, and the daily special they've picked is the more interesting match (Milan vs Atalanta) with both teams currently in great form and you don't always see these slightly high odds from Milan's home side.

Edit: Another clean win.  Cool
497  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ESports betting -CS:GO, DOTA 2, LOL, Valorant - Sportsbet.io discussion thread on: February 28, 2024, 01:50:24 AM
Don't forget about LGD gaming but yeah, most of them are in a rise again and with the Dream League season 22 it seems that they're not doing good in the group stages but only Xtreme gaming.
Right, I almost forgot about them after their good run in GOTF.

We're on the final day of the first group stage and we already have two good teams (G2.IG and Team Liquid) eliminated from the tournament.

Imagine if those two turn up later today only to screw their opponent's chances of qualifying.  Tongue

498  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Do You See Losing Your Weekly Payment to The Casino on: February 28, 2024, 12:51:42 AM
Do you see losing your payment back to the casino as your own form of indirect support for the project?

Do you think that I already have a bad gambling mindset thinking that by engaging in one or two bets or games I am supporting the project I promote?

Spending a portion of your payment back to that same casino is likely a form of support because you're returning a small portion they've spent on advertising.

Giving unnecessary support isn't bad and I agree with what Potato Chips said, it's more about how you manage your budget and consistently avoid the thought of spending it all through gambling. Most casinos have low betting limits and deposits so you don't always have to spend more to keep engaging.
499  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Support, do not criticize. on: February 28, 2024, 12:07:33 AM
However, it also depends on the gambler, if he is willing to give up is addiction or not. If he is willing to give it up, then that will not be a problem to him because he has determined it. Such gamblers can be supported on how he can stay away from gambling, so that he can be free from addiction. On one hand, if the gambler is not ready to give up his addiction, it will become a big problem for whoever, wants to help him from his addiction state. This means that for an addicted gambler to be free from addiction, he must also help himself, by accepting to give up gambling during that given period of time.
This is so on point, you can always provide help or support to a gambler who's struggling to break free from their addiction, but if they can't start the change on their own then it might not matter when they don't plan to put in the effort from the start.

There's always someone who will criticize you for what you do and we can't avoid those situations from happening. Instead of taking it to heart, you could view it differently as a form of encouragement or support to start fixing your gambling addiction.

It's quite surprising that suddenly the Pistons are starting to improve. I'd say that the Knicks are somewhat overrated now, considering they are heavy favorites even when struggling to beat a team with a bad standing. Great pick, @ralle14, as always. Just like you, I also won on this game, but that was betting on the Knicks to win by 1-5 points, and I just got it right with x5 odds, so it's a great day for me too.
Thanks and congrats on winning that margin bet from the Knicks, i've also noticed some of the weaker teams cover these double-digit spreads more than usual so I thought of taking a shot on the Pistons.

I'm also on the Mavs spread, as the Cavs haven't been that consistent with their performance recently while the Mavs could potentially return to their winning ways after losing against the Pacers.

Edit: That final shot from the Cavs was unreal.  Shocked
