481  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: does binance having technical issues since the hack?login problems?sms authi? on: March 12, 2018, 12:00:30 AM
I became worried about the market crypto, this is a warning to not trust completely with the system used every exchange.
Exchange has a weakness so easy to be attacked by hackers, so do not store your tokens / coins in the exchanger. Use a trusted wallet to store your coins safely.
482  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best paid bounties? on: March 11, 2018, 11:56:42 PM
You should be grateful to a lot of bounty here, you've been given an abundant job. Nothing is easy to even determine the potential ICO because the success of ICO is influenced by many factors.
we can guess a project will be successful in sales, I just do based on ICO standard analysis. just do it.
483  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: VOTE! Do you participate in ICO that requires KYC (your personal data)? on: March 11, 2018, 11:49:31 PM
I dont think it will be good to participate these verifications because it would risk your identity and personal informations, you could just wait for the project to be listed in some exchanges, then wait those bounty hunters and investors to dump these coins so that you can get these coins below the ICO price and still your privacy wont be compromised.
in contrast to your thinking that KYC aims to protect us as investors. Because we get token legally and get security guarantee. Bounty hunter is also an investor because they work and get tokens to trade. KYC is also a threat to fraudsters in this forum they can not hire their multiple accounts.
484  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Difference between tokens and coins? on: March 11, 2018, 11:25:00 PM
Tokens are powered by coins. Tokens do not have their own blockchain and its transaction fee should be on specific coins. Just like ERC20 tokens, they are all powered by Ethereum which is a coin right? Its transaction fee should be paid by ethereum. As far as I know, there is no staking in most of the tokens. Below are the full list of coins and tokens in coinmarketcap.

Tokens - https://coinmarketcap.com/tokens/views/all/

Coins - https://coinmarketcap.com/coins/views/all/
A very satisfying explanation, I just found out about this and I feel wrong with the term coins and tokens.
I always feel the two terms are the same and there is no difference.
thanks.
485  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Active Easy Airdrops Going On!! on: March 11, 2018, 03:24:04 AM
Looks serious, this is very interesting especially for beginners who find it difficult to get a decent campaign. merit rules make the newbie more interested in airdrop. the problem is that it is very difficult to find a paying airdrop. Angry
486  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can newbie able to apply facebook bounty campaign? on: March 11, 2018, 03:22:16 AM
i have 1000+ friends, since i am a newbie, I have read about Facebook bounty but i am not sure newbie can apply Facebook bounty. Please suggest

Yes you could, if the campaign manager himself does not require any ranking to qualify in the rules that he sets for the bounties, there is nothing to worry about and you can join any bounties. Just be sure that you are accepted before sharing and posting within the thread. If you do not see your name on a spreadsheet, then you just need to find another bounty for you.
Very sorry some campaigns require participants to create reports in threads. and this further aggravates forums with such junk post.
this rule should be removed and replaced with bounty portals like irfan manager and colorlesk it looks better than trash.
487  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Anyone else investing into the dips? on: March 11, 2018, 03:18:52 AM
With the recent drops in prices of majority of the coins across the board right now who couldn't? I know that the MTGox funds & Market hacks have made it dip but when will we see an increase?  Huh BTC

It's hard to speak now because I'm not an expert when it comes to these.
But the only thing I know is patience,

I know that when it crashes it of course will increase again.

I've been in crypto currency for a long time and I've seen a lot, hacking accidents in the world crypto currency.

But let's see, Bitcoins are fighting and rising again
Anyone will be hard to predict this situation, the issue is like a breeze that comes unannounced. Once again this issue has made BTC fall deeply ..
but this cycle often does not take long Bitcoin will bounce back, maybe a few weeks ahead.
488  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Airdrop on: March 11, 2018, 03:16:28 AM
How to become an airdrop participant, how much is the allocation for the campaign participants?
I doubt this airdrop will give you an advantage. Give me a good reason here!
489  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is ICO? on: March 11, 2018, 03:13:37 AM
yes, ICO helps promote altcoin and the platform to be spread on the exchange. so it can help the crypto world always exist.

I think, a good ICO, is a success in the sale of tokens or altcoins.
I think all of them will be successful  if their token was sold out in ICO.
as long as they achieved their minimum goal it is already considered as successful ICO
Not all ICOs run well and succeed.
I think successful ICOs not only succeed in selling their tokens, but are able to create platforms that create long-term programs and useful products.
stop making coins then leave without follow-up.

I am confused to continue with my signature campaign, am I accepted or not as a participant of the campaign?
BTW the spread is still not updated, please provide an answer immediately!
491  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: India taking measures to control crypto on: March 06, 2018, 03:35:32 PM
It all depends on what kind of regulation gets passed. It could either be a good or a bad thing.
Regulation such as needing to register with an international authority body if  you want to launch an ICO would be fantastic. Some KYC is okay as well. It keeps governments at ease and reduces the risk of an outright ban.

If they however want to try ban it, they will fail. I think a lot of governments are starting to realise that bitcoin cannot be stopped. If you ban it then you lose all visibility on what people are doing with it. The best approach for any government is to implement some KYC so that they can at least hitch a ride on the bandwagon for their tax.

A short time back they said it is "not legal tender", well neither is gold. People often times overreact on the news. Do realise that bitcoin cannot be stopped.
This is the people giving the finger back to banks and governments. It is impossible for them to stop us using it. If they outright ban it they lose all visibility on it and cant rake in any taxes for it. Bitcoin has all the banks by the balls.

Yes, I agree with you. A regulation to register with government authority before launching an ICO should be made necessary and also KYC to participate in a ICO. This will help secure people from any ponzi schemes and scams occurring through ICO. Bitcoin cannot be stopped and can neither be controlled, so government have chosen to regulate them and stop the use of it for illegal activities. This build a trust bridge between people and the government.
this is better, the government is not prohibiting but facilitating for investors to be protected and feel safe from false investments.
I think this is the best way the government should do it. ie organize, not hinder.
492  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Women in the cryptocurrency industry on: March 06, 2018, 03:29:45 PM
Every so often I run into an article that talks about how few women are involved in this industry compared to men. My suspicion is that there are more women involved than anyone realizes; they're just not putting their gender front and center.

What do you all think?

https://moneyish.com/ish/all-the-reasons-why-women-can-be-the-future-of-cryptocurrency/

I think, many women are in crypto currency because here all can join and there is no rule for it but not many people know it.
I think, there should not be any differences between male and female. People who want to try new and clever enough can succeed in crypto industry
The difference is women have a tough task as mother and wife and some other things that are natural. Probably still not in accordance with modern principles but this applies in various countries.
women have no freedom to have a career and conduct economic activities such as crypto trading. requires education so that women have equal rights in all things.
493  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin for thesis? on: March 06, 2018, 03:24:42 PM
Could it be possible for a bitcoin to become a thesis? I mean its a way of spreading awareness of btc. What do you think?
It's actually great idea for a bitcoin to become a thesis, yes its possible to be happen.
Spreading awareness of bitcoin is good in to students to know related the development blockchain.

I personally think that bitcoin is not widely accepted, because of the existence of some security issues, or trust security issues. And, if your essay writes about bitcoin blockchain, instructors do not necessarily understand and guide you.
The same question who will test your thesis if the title is accepted.
some countries do not understand blockchain technology, and require some experts to discuss this.
I am afraid your thesis will only be a big problem for you.
494  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price improvement in 2018 on: March 06, 2018, 03:16:37 PM
.....this might scare the rest of us away from investing. ...

this is for the best if it really happened.
if some people are easily scared when the government says something negative about bitcoin or do something regarding taxes,... like the coinbase thing, then it is best if these type of people don't buy bitcoin because they clearly don't understand bitcoin.
in which case we will have a much stronger rise instead of a volatile shoot up with a lot of weak hands who will panic dump!

The cycle is always the same. Bitcoin starts to get big hype and a lot of new money comes in. Then some smart investors sell at the top and others hold, but the weak hands buy at the top and then sell the bottom. This moves more bitcoin to those who are actually interested in bitcoin. Each time this happens it will only improve the strength of bitcoin.
Many say March and so on the start of Bitcoin's rise.
all just guesses and no facts whatsoever, it's kind of an annual cycle. Let's see if this is true.

Well really how could anyone ever know? That's all speculation is - educated guessing (in some cases not so educated).

March is based on previous years when the market has tended to start on an uptrend then. Based on the 1 day of March so far they're maybe right, let's look back in 1 month.
I learned it based on the market habits of the previous year.
may be a bit stupid to believe it, and mostly analyze the same as me. Mid-year becomes a part that is not easy to miss, at least until the end of this year.
495  Economy / Economics / Re: Which Asian countries have the greatest influence on bitcoin? on: February 28, 2018, 06:04:54 PM
Japan and China have great influence on BTC!

The volume of transactions in Japanese bitcoin is very large, and many stores accept BTC payment!

China has the largest population in the world, and there are a lot of people doing BTC. Government policy is strong enough to affect BTC.

I agree, in China although users are now not allowed to use crypto many still get pass this law. As for Japan, they like technology and innovation is their game.
China is a country with great power and also a lot of people. but their government has full power to regulate every policy including the economy.
Policy on crypto will inhibit the development of bitcoin there. Japan remains a leader in Asia.

497  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Without Bitcoin, Life Will Be Boring! on: February 28, 2018, 04:55:34 PM
I was thinking if bitcoin will ban from every country if bitcoin will vanish one day then what will happen? I got my Answer, Without Bitcoin, my life will be so boring! Now, I spend almost 7 to 8 hours behind bitcoin and bitcointalk, I love it, I enjoy my time. But if bitcoin dies! I can't imagine  Embarrassed

What will happen to you if bitcoin will die  Cry

(Long Life Bitcoin, We will go to the mars again very soon)

Life without bitcoins wouldn't be the same anymore since most of us now depend on bitcoins for a few extra cash when we trade. Bitcoins are now a staple to most households because of how much potential it has for a very good investment. People should keep supporting bitcoins.
Not everyone knows Bitcoin, even consider bitcoin as something important.
not if Bitcoin becomes the official currency of your country. Many other jobs are more interesting, and not everyone can get Bitcoin easily.
498  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency kills people on: February 28, 2018, 04:49:08 PM
The percentage of terrorism, fraud and money laundering through crypto-currencies - no more than 1.5-2% This is all nonsense that the media are writing on behalf of Bill Gates.
Everyone can say anything to get some pieces of bread.
nothing is free. Media becomes a weapon to support or otherwise.
I am slightly suspicious of any interest from this issue, because crimes can be done with anything including crypto. Actually I believe their crime will be quickly discovered because the blockchain system is very easy to find.
499  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to recognize scam on: February 27, 2018, 12:27:25 PM
One of the biggest signs of a scam is that if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is. The whole point of an ICO is to make money if the project has a lot of promise it could all well be a good idea. If the founders won't talk answer questions then that has to raise doubts.
I agree with you. It must be careful in choosing the project we want to follow. We should look at all aspects of the project if it is doubtful it is better not to join. But if you convince you please join the project.
There should be no doubt if we analyze correctly.
White paper is the first proof we read and we have, how the project is planned and the roadmap is implemented. In addition we can see a serious team there. I'm sure you'll find it.
500  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin saving. on: February 27, 2018, 12:24:20 PM
I think that saving is the best idea nowadays for people who don't know nothing about trading and how it's works. It's very easy to get profit by just wating.
In current situation of bitcoins price today it is preferable and wiser to save bitcoin for next pump to happen. Yes it maybe takes a days, a weeks or even a months but it is worth to wait for if you could gain a high profit. It takes a long patience and a waiting also if you are really dreaming to get this profit.
There is no certainty, this is what makes bitcoin holders doubt.
they must realize that bitcoin is volatile and the greatest risk is the falling price caused by fud. For the long term I started thinking about storing bitcoins.
