481  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the most profitable type of gambling? on: March 27, 2016, 03:23:22 PM
Gambling is not that profitable, and it also depends on your luck and not the type of gambling.
But if you bet on sports than you will have a higher chance to win than if you bet on poker or something.
But the most thing that you need in gambling is luck.
482  Economy / Speculation / Re: 400$ was the top on: March 27, 2016, 03:19:31 PM
It is not the top, you can see now that it is rising very slowly and also a bit stable, why are people so negative about Bitcoin ?
We all know that you want to make some profit fast, everyone wants that but it needs some time to rise.
483  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it a good long term investment to buy 1 BTC today? on: March 27, 2016, 03:15:43 PM
People lacks patience and big whales are taking advantage of it by buying at lower price and selling it high, and if you are treating bitcoin as a investment then you should wait for certain period of time to expect good returns from it.

I think we should have long term view of the bitcoin. If we hold it for 10-20 years, the return will be high.
Yes indeed not everyone has the patience to wait for a good value in the future, the most people are greedy and that is really bad.
But you never know what the value will be of Bitcoin and that is the problem. You should take the risk if you want make some profit.
So the choice is yours.
484  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why would customers use Bitcoins? on: March 27, 2016, 03:12:31 PM
You don't pay any fees with a credit card? You think a business just eats the credit cards fees??

LOL

Exactly, the customer pays in the end. This is just the way business works.

But for bitcoin users, they pay the fee upfront. So they should get discount by using bitcoin instead of credit cards.
That is indeed a good reason, but it is also very easy to use and the transaction is also very fast and that is perfect.
But not many people use Bitcoin and that is bad, they should know what you can do with Bitcoin. If they know it they will use it.
485  Other / Off-topic / Re: When is it useful to borrow bitcoin? on: March 27, 2016, 03:09:45 PM
It will be useful when you are for sure that it will happen soon in the future, but it is hard to know because you never know what will happen with the future for Bitcoin.
So you must take some risks if you want to make some profit with it, the bad thing is that you also can lose some money.
You will lose money if the value is going to fall.
486  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling should be considered as a Sickness!! on: March 27, 2016, 03:05:05 PM
Gambling is not that worst as sickness, gambling is very good but it depends on how you do it with gambling.
Many people think it is easy money with gambling, but that is not true. And they should realize that.
487  Economy / Speculation / Re: Halving and its effects on: March 27, 2016, 03:01:24 PM
Ok, so we re less then 3 months away from halving. It s going to be a very interesting period for crypto and what effects is it going to produce, it s still big time unclear.

Here are potential options:

1. nothing changes
2. the price doubles of more, current miners remain profitable and new generation of miners enters the game, the difficulty keeps rising
3. the price does not change, 90% of current miners become unprofitable, the difficulty drops big time, new generation of miners fills the gap.
4. the price drops due to false expectations, crypto slows down and eventually loses lots of people. Crypto dies.

What would you say we should expect?

well i am really sure that price will change, it will fall down or will rise but it will change for sure

and i think that price will rise at first, to 600$ and then worst part will come, every person that boguht bitcoins for halving will sell them to get profit, so i am afraid that price will fall down instantly
I dont even think that it will change that much, you even can see that the value now is not even rising so that will be also not good for the halving.
Bitcoin is a currency and that is impossible to predict, but the most of us have the feeling that it wont rise that much.
488  Economy / Economics / Re: Investing Bitcoins? on: March 27, 2016, 02:57:36 PM
If you invest in bitcoin just take it slow and learn how to trade well, you might lose some but as time goes by you will profit.

i think most of the people that started with trading made losses in the very beginning. it's normal. you just need to make sure you learn from your mistakes, and eventually you'll end up making profits. patience is the key when it comes to trading. if you rush and do things in panic then it's not going to work out very well. just relax.
Yes of course you will get some profit with Bitcoin if you are doing good and the most important is that you dont have to be greedy.
Just have patience in Bitcoin and see for what is going to happen with the value and just hold your coins.
It will be bad if you are selling it to early.
489  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your biggest problem with Bitcoin on: March 27, 2016, 02:54:25 PM
The biggest problem with Bitcoin is that you never know what will happen with the value of Bitcoin, so you must take risks with it.
And it is normal to take some risks if you want to make some profit with it, to make profit will be not that easy.
490  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you were rich, would you still gamble? on: March 27, 2016, 09:22:33 AM
Why should I not gamble when I am rich, gambling can gives you a lot of fun and that is very good for your feeling.
But you dont must play indeed with all your money, that is very bad of course, you must have borders for yourself.
Otherwise you are losing to much money and that will be not good.
491  Economy / Speculation / Re: We are down again? on: March 27, 2016, 09:18:47 AM
The price is still over $400. So it is within the recent trading range. So I think the price is not down yet.
It not going to fall much more. I think it will continue rising slowly till we creap up on 500. Then its go time, we must break through or we fall to the death.

If we really dont make the 500$ dollar barrier with the coming halving we are really in big trouble,we need more people to know bitcoin so that we can break that barrier.
We are not that down with Bitcoin, the value is stable now on this moment so that is very good, it is better than it is going down.
We also know that the halving is coming to use, and that can be very good if it will rise after the halving.
492  Economy / Economics / Re: Should I believe in Bitcoin ? on: March 27, 2016, 09:13:06 AM
Why not??? We're all here because we believe in bitcoin. It has a very big potential and the popularity just keep rising. It's also the most easy way to transfer money especially when you're overseas.

If a first time user of bitcoin sure will have doubts about bitcoin but when a user use it daily then he will see how convenient is it using bitcoin specially doing transaction from around the world.
It is good to believe in Bitcoin because it will be the most used payment method in the future and that can be very good.
But the biggest problem is that you never know what the value will be, so we must see for what is going to happen with the value.
I personally think that it will have a good future.
493  Other / Off-topic / Re: When is Bitcoins going to die? on: March 27, 2016, 09:08:47 AM
If Bitcoin is going to die, than it will happen after 30 years or something, Bitcoin have a good future now because you can see that Bitcoin is now doing good.
You also can see that it is more used now and that it is also more popular, so that is very good for the coin.
It wont die that fast and easy.
494  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Bitcoin on the Ebay on: March 27, 2016, 09:04:57 AM
Bitcoin on Ebay can be so good, you will make them both very popular and also more used and that is perfect. It is good that Bitcoin is more acceptable now.
So you can spend more your Bitcoins and that is good, so Bitcoin is on different places and that is perfect.
495  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: March 27, 2016, 09:01:42 AM
You have to make your mind to keep away from gambling sites. It is very difficult to control yourself once you are in gambling or tired gambling one or twice.

I dont really think that keep away from gambling for a while is hard to do because you just need some distraction to stay away from it. When you are nothing to do you can play it for a while but try not to busted it. Usually after you stop for a while you will slowly earn back and getting some profit again and you can a little bit control yourselves
Of course distraction is the only option that you have to stay away from gambling, but you have also must the discipline to do it.
Without that you cant stop it and you will addicted to it. So you must also realize that you must control yourself.
496  Economy / Speculation / Re: $350 will be the bottom on: March 27, 2016, 08:55:35 AM
350 is the new low. I've seen the price go down a  few times. But it did not pass the 350 mark.
Which means it's a low with some good buy support.
We'll see about that in a few weeks. I expect it to drop down by at least $50 when its dumped later on
$350 has been a solid bottom since the last November pump. That is already something, and as mentioned it has been tested as a support twice or three times already, with relatively negative set of news (Mike leaving Bitcoin for good, Cryptsy going out of business, etc.). therefore I think, at least until halving we should hold $350 as a bottom. Later on, with the disappointment with price action on halving, the situation may change, and I don't exclude sub-$350 prices.

Well the price did sail for weeks around the 320 border. Which is a pretty good low for me. From 200 to 250 to 320.
This is what i can call steady progress. Let's see and find out if the new support is 400 dollar.
Indeed 350 is very low for the bottom, I hope that only 400 will be the bottom for Bitcoin, so it will not fall down that much.
You can also see that the value is now a bit stable so that is quite okay for Bitcoin, but we are of course waiting for a price increase.
497  Economy / Economics / Re: Let's Be Honest. We Are Waiting for $100/BTC to buy on: March 27, 2016, 08:52:39 AM
Not everyone is waiting for that price, but if you planned that you want to buy some Bitcoins, than that will be a very good price to buy.
You should also know that there are a lot of people that are waiting for a price increase, because they already have Bitcoin.
So you must see it from both sides.
498  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you buying bitcoins? Why? on: March 24, 2016, 06:26:37 PM
i'm buying bitcoins because i'm hoping the price will go up in the future. i guess most of us that's were doing. For now, i'm still holding it, i also wait for the upcoming halving.

Ive been buying in small amount whenever there is a sudden price drop
On this moment I am not buying Bitcoins. I dont think that the price is that low to make the investment.
I already have Bitcoin, so I am now waiting for a good price increase so I can sell it later in the future with some huge profit.
499  Economy / Marketplace / Re: What would you like to buy? on: March 24, 2016, 06:23:31 PM
probably i will buy cellphones at laptops cause im a techy guy, shoes and bags for my wife. playstation for my little boy. thatswhat i want to spend my bitcoins

I also like this, I want to buy more useful stuff for my laptop and computer, I want to be able to buy laptops but also computer parts.
Also some gadgets would be very cool, something as a mini drone or something right ?
Yes that can be so good. It will be so nice if I can buy later everything with Bitcoin even the small things.
But that will not happen so fast. First it must be more popular and than they can make it more acceptable.
500  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it a sin to gamble? on: March 24, 2016, 06:19:44 PM
No it is not sin to gamble. We all do it for fun and that is important for us. There is a chance that you can lose a lot of money.
If you play with small amounts than it will be not a problem to lose some money, because it is not that much.
So you will have fun and lose not that much money, and that is good.
