481  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are your favorite gambling games? on: December 09, 2016, 05:23:04 AM
my favorite gambling games ? i think its satoshimines because ive always love to play that 5 times a week or maybe arow in aweek haha. its too easy to gain money there and make your bitcoin grow . but sometimes when im hitting mines 3 times in arow im quiting and trying to bet again tomorrow im still depending on my luck though when it comes on gambling.

Gambling profits depends on luck and not on any particular site or method. If you gamble 5 days a week surely soon or later you going to addict these games and mostly lose all your money in gambling. There is no such thing called bitcoins growing from gambling but you can lose your bitcoins quite fast.
You will only be addicted if you do not have self control, I have been gabling regularly and I can say maybe daily but here I am still enjoying gambling. Me trick to stay in the game is just to be small amount and I like to bet on parlays to get great return, I believe it's more fun with a lot of games in my parlay and when I'm lucky I will have to bag great amount of money.
482  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin impacts? on: December 09, 2016, 05:16:15 AM
For you which could be the most important impact that bitcoin have made, will make or has been making to our society?
Simple as it can gives awesome and fast payment system with a small fee with it that's why many company accept bitcoin as payment method and through this you can also earn online also, can help people that has finance problem but bitcoin will not make you rich.

If you don't think that you will be rich with bitcoin then there's no reason for you to invest, if we dream we have to dream bigger and base on the past we have witness that there are people who became rich because they believe with bitcoin and trust it to be their investment.
483  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the minimum amount to start as a trader? on: December 09, 2016, 05:08:32 AM
As long as you are willing to lose your money because in trading it is hard to trust if you can get your money back.

Yes, this is the most big thing you should know in trading, be ready to lose your money any time you trade because you do not know if we were scammed by people.

Even you can be scammed by the people whom you trust.
And you do not know if you trade in the right time. Just be wise dude.

perhaps as long as you have money, you can start to trading. but I think you also need to make restrictions on it, such as a minimum of 0:01 or 0.1 BTC. because the profit you get from trading, depending on the amount the first time when you start trading. Well, if you do not plan it, maybe just a little profit can you produce
True, as long as you can afford to trade you can start immediate. Here in crytpo the amount needed to trade is very minimum but for you to succeed in trading, you have to ensure you do careful planning and only put a small amount of money when you are just starting up.
484  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Freedom on: December 09, 2016, 03:29:08 AM
Bitcoin is considered to be boon for many remittances business for people who stay abroad and want to transfer to/fro to their relatives and friends. Previously it used to take days get money from one country to another but now within minutes one can get the money anywhere in a world.
nope i think there are many methods of sending money instantly even before the present bitcoin? for example paypal
but the difference bitcoin provides the freedom and privacy to the user and it does not have in other competitor
If they are great then we should not be patronizing bitcoin now, the good thing with bitcoin is we can transact very fast as we do not consider the government regulation due to the fact that it's not regulated. Also, transaction using bitcoin is very affordable and we can transact a hundred times if we wanted to do so.
485  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: December 09, 2016, 03:13:39 AM
If i must choose, i rather pick gold than bitcoin, because many people around the world already know about gold than bitcoin. In the other hand, many people still don't know about bitcoin even the price of each bitcoin is really expensive. I want pick that two bitcoin and gold though.

what your reason choice in gold only follow much people
i think is not goo, you whatever choice your investment platform, the reason you mush about return and save, is return hign and save you must choice , not only follow people investment
you are right. whatever you choose between gold and bitcoin, you still have to keep it for a long time, especially if you want the profit. but, I might be inclined to choose a bitcoin, because by using bitcoin to the maximum, you can make the numbers grow without waiting for a long time, even if it takes a special ability for it. you can make bitcoin increases by trading, or even with investment, and I think, you can not do that with gold. but if possible, take them is a wise choice

I think Bitcoin is more profitable on medium-long term and gold is profitable on super-long term. We don't know the future of Bitcoin, but we know gold will always exist and will keep its price or increase (if it becomes more rarely in the future). For a rational choice, I would say gold is safer than Bitcoin, but at this moment, we can make more profit with Bitcoins!
That depends on how you manage the situation, investing are both risky for gold and bitcoin but if you are a good trader why not still invest in the long term when you can make trades as day traders and make active income. One's capacity to profit should be carefully evaluated to know your method that you need to apply.
486  Economy / Economics / Re: Spending Bitcoins on: December 09, 2016, 03:03:50 AM
There is not much online store accepting bitcoin as it payment in my country. Moreover offline store.
The service like hotels room is just in 2 place that accept bitcoin.
So, how I can spend bitcoin everyday.
Well, it also happened to me, but I only redeem bitcoin I have, then spend the money from the bitcoin exchange. I think, so many ways to use, and spend a bitcoin today. Well, it's been a lot of people who know about bitcoin, so it is very easy to use
A lot but not a major portion of the potential users and that means we are still a small economy, however we should not be worried because of that as though we are small but we are growing and thanks to the open minded people who want to adopt with the new blockchain technology.
487  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin transactions - Slow OR Fast on: December 09, 2016, 02:39:37 AM
is it possible that bitcoin will be accepted in local stores, shops etc. since transactions are to slow and customers have to wait until their transactions are verified. And nobody wants to wait.
Can transactions be seeded up to save customers time or any other way to use bitcoin  at local stores.
yes bitcoin transaction is very slow but i think it's better because ensure it's really you or not .and your approval transaction

Transactions are instant. So. Ya. The @OP worded it incorrectly. Confirmations take time but the transaction itself is instant. Did you know credit cards take day/weeks to confirm transactions? What exactly is a better, faster method than bitcoins? Send an appropriate fee and it'll be confirmed in the next block. If you're too damn cheap then you deserve slower confirmation times.
Correct bitcoin is still faster than most other methods of international transactions like Western union, or banks transfers but I think that most people want of bitcoin very fast transactions especially if we are to move to the mainstream and use it everywhere.

But what the guy said in the first quote makes sense. Will the restaurants, stores want to accept Bitcoins as payment method, even if it takes some time to complete transaction? I think people can feel a bit uncomfortable about it.

Maybe the Bitcoin technology can advance a bit more and find a way to make the transactions faster to be completed, what do you think? Would this be possible?
Right now if you add a nice fee you can get confirmation between 0 and 30 minutes I think if we can reduce that time to something like 0 to 5 minutes then we could make payments in places like restaurants were time may not be as tight like in other circumstances.
thats right , Bitcoin confirmation is quite slow thats why other shops has a reason why not they accepts bitcoin as payments to their shops. They accept bank transactions because bank transaction is a instant transaction . They dont need to wait for a couple of minutes to wait for.confirmation.

yup and i think it is the main problem for the economic businessman because they don't want when they make a transaction, they need to wait to get 1 confirmation in almost 30 minutes or so, but they only want to wait for short time while they can do other transaction and this should be improved to be a good enough when the economic businessman wants to use bitcoin.
For me it depends on the situation. Like Bitcoin sending/receiving is ideal if you don't need the money urgently like you don't mind the wait. But if you are waiting in line or in a drive thru then it is actually impossible to be efficient using Bitcoin as mode of payment because it is slow and can make problems for the business establishment.
We must adjust because the system is just like that, depends on the situation as when more transactions are to be process then the system is slow. Why are we complaining much about the slow transaction of bitcoin when even in banks it takes 3 days to receive our international fund transfers.
488  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin can you stand alone? on: December 09, 2016, 02:22:40 AM
I think it is not possible can stand alone, bitcoin is also influenced by many things, for example, is banned by many the governments. If approved by the Government bitcoin could, will certainly further improve the popularity of the bitcoin and the price will be go up.
It can't stand alone as it's just an alternative currency, it's only popular because we see the price is increasing and has increased from less than a dollar in the past but it will not come to the point that we will be using bitcoin in our daily transaction and we will disregard fiat, not possible IMO.
489  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Season on: December 09, 2016, 02:13:03 AM
I smelled a superteam that will form (super team I guess because of popularity) in one of the season that will come.

Clippers' Chris Paul hints at forming NBA's next super team

As of Lebron James said, ""I really hope that, before our career is over, we can all play together."

This will be sacrifical salaries in order to get happen. But the question, what is their preferred team to joined?
I guess he'll be good in the Spurs if there's a chance he can play there. I really feel that the spurs power is not that strong to beat the warriors this season despite the impressive start, but this warriors team are also making it's way to success. Don't mind Lebron, he is the Darling of NBA and refs can favor him anytime of the day.
490  Economy / Economics / Re: If bitcoin price is $10.000, will fiat be worthless? on: December 09, 2016, 02:08:52 AM
No i dont think that fiat would be worthless when the bitcoin price goes up at 10k$. First thing is you will be converting bitcoin into fiat to be able to spend it your country. You can only use bitcoin online, but fiat is the well known currency we used in different country.
It does not work that way because the price of bitcoin is basically base on fiat, without fiat bitcoin would not reach that amount. Just by simply understanding that bitcoin will never be the mainstream currency like what others are thinking will make us appreciate the value of fiat and bitcoin.
491  Economy / Economics / Re: Invest your bitcoins. on: December 09, 2016, 01:58:45 AM
actually when you use bitcoin and put your money on it you're already investing on its self because you can make your money grow by staying it there because we all know price of bitcoin is not stable enough and thats the good thing about it because it could get hit 1000usd any time and we're all waiting for that right ? Smiley
What we can do now is just to believe that we will be able to achieve that price in the future, let's keep ourselves busy investing while we are seeing that the price is very stable and it's increasing, this type of risk is very well calculated and it has a good return for us like I have experience.
492  Economy / Services / Re: Paying 0.015 BTC (15 mBTC) Per Signup on: December 08, 2016, 11:11:04 PM

493  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin without Altcoin ? on: December 08, 2016, 07:12:00 AM
Bitcoin without any alternative coins would be also bitcoin, it will not change, and without any alternative coins will just make bitcoin to shine brighter and because all of the attentions would just be on bitcoin since there are no alternative coins. But I think it would be boring if bitcoin would just be the only cryptocurrency in the internet, just my opinion.
In such way we can avoid scam coins and the only one that is in existence is the legitimate coin which is bitcoin. We can move forward faster if there's no competition although bitcoin is more dominant but it will make the supporters of altcoins to transfer their entire fund with bitcoin which will help improve the economy.

495  Economy / Services / Re: Signature Campaign Manager on: December 08, 2016, 06:54:59 AM
I remember the WAVES campaign, which if I remember correctly was relatively large. If you have a developer, Gravitate, please consider a setup like Bitmixer's, where you have a bot that enforces rules like a minimum 150 character post and not more than 30% on a single day, with one or two people managing the post quality, like Lauda does. I'd be happy to take that spot.

Hello OP if you are still looking for manager signature campaign, i think Yahoo is become best manager for you, he has a lot of experience about it and he is running couple signature campaign, you can send PM to Yahoo this is his profile
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=355846
Good luck for your business.

I second the motion you may try to use yahoo's campaign management service and with my experience to him. He is a very good and kind campaign manager he always follow the said date of payment and other schedules arranged. You may try visit and check his thread for his portfolio.
yahoo62278 Campaign Management Services

I'd recommend not to. I don't have anything against the guy, but the way he manages campaigns isn't as dutiful as Avirunes or someone like Gianluca.

Gianluca seems not active anymore in managing campaign, he is leaving the cryptomixer campaign as posted by the owner in this https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1441572.580

That makes the competition lowered for the managers.
496  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many people use/hold bitcoin in 2016 on: December 08, 2016, 06:28:19 AM
Im interested to know how many people are actually now involved in the bitcoin world, Is there anyway to find out a rough idea of the user base so that we can come to a conclusion on what kind of adoption we are currently at? It seems difficult to gauge since this forum alone has several duplicate accounts from the same people.

. /r/bitcoin has 180k subs to it so would it be safe to assume if we included all miners, users holders and whoever else that we are still at under 1 million users? If this is the case then we still have a long way to go.

Does anyone have any more accurate guesses or way to determine the market?
very many user , may be can see from wallet . because each user certainly wallet
may be >4 millions in the world
That is not a reliable basis to estimate the total number of users of bitcoin since one person can make as many wallets as he want and just leave it untouched after making such wallet. There's no way we can have a close estimate on how many real users of bitcoin but one thing is certain is we are growing in numbers.
497  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: what happen with bitcoin after not mineable? on: December 08, 2016, 06:21:20 AM
If bitcoin is not mineable, I think Bitcoin will be worthless and people will not use Bitcoin anymore. This the main different between Bitcoin and FIAT. And, people definitely choose FIAT instead of Bitcoin if they can not mine Bitcoin anymore. Bitcoin price will drop to less than $1

That's not really true. It just means transaction fees need to be a lot higher or there needs to be a hell of a lot more people using Bitcoin daily.
really smells like speculation everywhere.
just take a look to stellar or ripple , both is not mineable since first time invented.
but until now a lot of people still interested and using it , so don't worry about bitcoin too , noone know what will happens actually.
That will happen in a longer period from now but I believe whatever that price that time will not be affected negatively, bitcoin is slowly making a progress and that is because we trusted and patronize it, I believe when the supply is already intact we it will increase the price as the demand increases.
498  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin impacts? on: December 08, 2016, 05:59:33 AM
I think the main impact that the bitcoin made for the people to turn on doing bitcoin or start earning bitcoin is that it's very valuable price and it is fast and anonymous. And I know there will be more surprises that bitcoin will bring to us, and all we have to do is to wait and continue in earning bitcoin, who knows, we might become millionaires in the future.
that is a fact that bitcoin is giving us good profit and is a good source of income. but i think we should take bitcoin as currency, and try to use it for online trading and shopping, i think only then bitcoin can be introduce in people as currency.
Major use of bitcoin is currency and only few adopters are holing bitcoins, it will be more popular as you can see there's a lot of business that is already accepting bitcoin, there's not need to hope for people not to hold because when transaction what matters is the value no the volume.

500  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you were rich, would you still gamble? on: December 08, 2016, 05:38:21 AM
in fact, gambling is not just about making money in a short time, but, gambling also included a hobby. Well, a lot of people rich and have a lot of money, but, still gambling. I think it's because they have a hobby in the game. so I guess, when one has become rich, maybe they will not stop to gamble before they change their hobby, but it will not be easy.
Unfortunately yeah some people get addicted because they treat gambling as a hobby
Which it's hard to leave as long as you still love to do it
Rich will never be a reason they have to stop to gamble , the reason they can leave gambling is when they think it's not entertain anymore.
yep im thinking the same thing if i can get be rich through gambling or any other reason i would still gamble because gambling is life and theres a lot of chances i could grow my money more but before i gamble again iwould make sure that i already have an investment in different gambling sites bankroll and ofcourse i would prefer to start a business. Smiley

If I would be rich I would not gamble for the profit anymore but just for the enjoyment you get from doing it sometimes, I think gambling also should not be profitable and in fact in the most cases it is not.
Well, that's how it should be done if you wan't to stay rich. In gambling when you are not doing the right attitude, you will surely regret why you are in gambling. The reality shows, that poor gamblers gets poorer and rich gambler may become poor due to big loses, please don't be on that situation.
