I know btc-e used to show reserves on their homepage. Doesn't look like they do it anymore.

Basically you have to wait until btc-e adds more funds to their payeer account. Just keep checking back daily. They usually re up their accoint balances often.

first post

What up fellow btc enthusiasts.

I have been into bitcoin for about 6 or 7 months now. I have been lurking these forums on and off for about the same amount of time. I'm not really much of a poster when it comes to forums but I do read a lot.

I'm not a miner or techie but I have made some decent profit from trading in the past. I also have a few business ideas I would like to launch this year.

So with all the yada yada outta the way...Hi everyone.

492  Other / Off-topic / Re: Does anyone here buy designer clothes? If so would you use BTC to pay? on: July 26, 2014, 11:52:00 PM
Haven't bought any clothes in a while but it would be nice to buy some with btc.

By designer clothing do you mean name brand?
493  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: btc is a currency?do u used btc buy anything?and why? on: July 26, 2014, 11:48:00 PM
I sports bet with it during football season.

I have played poker with BTC in the past.

I have purchased gift cards with it as well.

I have paid for services before with it. Dropped a few BTC at stripforbit before.

Used to play satoshi dice back in the day. Never spent much there.

Bought a mining share last year.

I think that is all. Besides trading of course.

Whether they choose to enter the mining arena or not, it is very safe to say that they have the resources to dominate the current competition.

Green Dot Ending MoneyPak PIN Reloads to Fight Fraud
Green Dot Corp. is changing the way money can be loaded onto its popular prepaid debit card. It’s phasing out the MoneyPak PIN — which allows these transactions to take place online or over the phone — and switching to a “swipe at the register” method that requires the cardholder to be present. Because they were so widely available and easy to use, MoneyPaks had become a favorite way for scammers to steal their victims’ money. Green Dot told NBC News that phasing out the MoneyPak will “eliminate the opportunity for con artists to use it to conduct confidence scams against seniors and other vulnerable populations.” John Breyault, who runs the Fraud.org website, applauded the move, but cautioned that “people need to remain vigilant” because scammers soon will find another way to get their money. The MoneyPak has already been removed from Wal-Mart and many other retail stores. It should be completely gone by early next year. This week, Green Dot told the U.S. Senate Committee on Aging that the vast majority of reloads are now done using the swipe method.

Now that's an update Smiley

With compensation, how many GH/s is my one share worth now?

500  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Greendot will discontinue MoneyPak reloads by early next year. on: July 21, 2014, 09:26:11 PM
As with most things in life, I am sure that other services will fill the market void.

I cannot remember all off of the top of my head, but I know of

-ReLoadits
-PayPal My Cash
-Kroger Reloads

I would assume Reloadits would become more plentiful, but who know?
