I find it risky if bitcoin is paid as salary to employees but if they are offering this as part of investment like stocks in the future it will hold a very rewarding profit in return when its values climbs too high.

I did not see any airdrop link to participate in. Where is the airdrop mentioning in the website? What is your condition in airdrop? Is the airdrop come with bounty? All other details are vague or unclear.

Even your metamask wallet is not safe for high level activities of hackers. Just recently I learned this metamask hacking attempt and if you are not careful to analyze why you should give your seed phrase, then goodbye to your fund.

There are many different criteria in choosing a cryptocurrency for long term holding. Your point prove to be reasonable and helpful especially for newbie. In my case, I choose to pick those crypto which are established and has a solid community already. Ethereum and bitcoin, of course, cannot be ignored they are always on my list. I also added, Komodo and Lisk for its technology.

Yours is only one reason why ICO is failing or losing its appeal to investing public because of fear of being scammed of their investment. I guess etherdelta is safe even now. The hackers knows no one and etherdelta is not an exception being a victim of hacking. That was months ago and no eth is lost so everything is fine now. I think you can't find a good trading platform that offers or allows traders to use technical analysis completely. They are only offering you some tools and analysis easy to understand and implement in your trading endeavor. However just like what have been posted here, tradingview allows it.

In my case, I will choose to hold coins which is cheaper but better technology because in the bear market they have greater potential to go to top price bringing you 10x more of your investment. It is in my opinion the Lisk and the Komodo coin.
