4801  Economy / Services / Re: Yobit.net signature campaign on: December 24, 2019, 01:49:03 PM
When the button to transferred is fix, I thought of coming back again, ..
How can you come back when the rules of yobit does not allow you to do so? once you remove the signature, you are out already.
I think you should be aware of that rule, the campaign will continue if they are willing to pay because some users are still eager to wear the signature.

If you quit the yobit campaign then it won't be able to come back again, the wallet has been refilled, of course many participants are eager to continue using this campaign, but the problem now is that the signatures turn into yobit investbox and there are still many participants who are confused because investbox from yobit many call ponzi schemes.
It depends on your interpretation, thae fact that you have updated your signature with the new one, it's tantamount to saying that you believe they are not a ponzi scheme. Am I right?

4803  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins to go crazy again once Bitcoin reaches 20k? on: December 23, 2019, 11:43:20 PM
I'm worried as well. The Litecoin halving in August showed a surge prior to halving (thanks to speculators anticipating a halving effect) and then the price collapsed.
That's because people don't trust altcoins for long term, after the hype, the smart money are transferring their money to bitcoin which is the strongest in the market. Buy the rumors sell the news, that's the strategy that is effective in times like this.

I'm not sure at all that any rise in the bitcoin price will be sustained. And I'm not sure alts will surge either (last time people thought they were investing in the "next bitcoin" but by now they've wised up).
The only way altcoins wills surge is when bitcoin will be close to its ATH or surpass it, the hype will start and then it will continue like the last bull run.
By next year, there's a bitcoin halving, probably that would help to increase the price of bitcoin and altcoins will follow.
Though it's not guaranteed but we are always hopeful with that big change.
4804  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: December 23, 2019, 11:25:49 PM
@dunfida, Lebron needs to be playing soon because they can't handle a team without them, this reminds me of the last season when Lebron was injured and the team is messing up, Davis is good but he can't do it alone, they need Lebron to lead the team as he is the leader, the loss against the Nuggets exposed their poor defense and ball rotation.
4805  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: December 23, 2019, 03:05:25 AM
Almost another triple double game for Giannis, was only short by 1 assist.

his stats for this game playing 30 minutes are as follows.

points 18
rebounds 19 (monster)
assists 9.

Great stats, he'll continue that and continue winning, maybe another MVP for him.
4806  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2019-2020 betting on: December 23, 2019, 02:51:32 AM
No lebron tonight, so I took the Denver to win, it's the moneyline so I'll be having more excitement watching the game.
Davis I think is not 100% healthy too, so I believe the chance of Denver winning here is big.

4807  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Decisions for a better life on: December 20, 2019, 02:30:00 PM
Honestly it is a very difficult choice for an addict, usually an addict will experience stress if his desire is not fulfilled.
If you have been in the situation before you will better understand it based on your experience, but true addicts are out of their mind and they are only focus of one thing which is gambling, the worse thing is that they gamble without discipline so there is no limit which put them at a bigger risk.

It takes special treatment before the addict leaves the gambling place, I am not sure without that phase he would be able to live a simple life with his family.

That's why it's necessary that our family knows we are engage in gambling so they will be able to spot if there is a problem on us and will help us on a timely manner.
4808  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Hall of Fame Candidates on: December 20, 2019, 02:02:03 PM
Honestly I am not aware of how it is just to be in the hall of fame.

However, looking at Chris Webber's stats, I can say that he has a good record and although I was not able to follow his journey a lot in his time but I know he was also popular at his time, I just remember him playing with the sacramento kings.

he was not listed their and the top players with big probabilities are the following.

Tim Duncan 100 percent

Kevin Garnett 100 percent

Kobe Bryant 100 percent

Haven't refilled it yet. Almost one week gone

Why gone? Yobit has been running Bitcointalk signature campaigns for years and has always had delays. However, he always paid the due rewards to the participants. It would be completely illogical if they did not pay now and lose their reputation after they have already spent enormous funds for two months of the campaign.

How would it even affect him when he is not eligible to join the campaign.
Those who are still wearing the signature until now trust yobit that they will refill the campaign funds soon, money are only gone if they will scam while not likely to happen.
4810  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: December 20, 2019, 12:43:53 PM
About the game now, this should be another blowout win by the Ginebra.
Nice scoring by stand so far but they can't win if he is the one who is acting like an import.

On the import of NP, he only scored 9 points with a very poor shooting percentage, so he needs to improve that in the 2nd half if he wants to force a do or die.

56-39 in favor of Ginebra, hopefully its not another blowout win by them.

Northport wins the 3rd quarter but they are still trailing by more than 10 points, already in the 4th quarter now, it's their last push to still stay in the series, but if they fail they need to accept the defeat and still be proud of finally getting into the semi finals with the new squad, (pringle and romeo) less.
4811  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC which price it's heading next? on: December 20, 2019, 12:03:55 PM
on 18/12/2019, BTC found strong support around the $6500 area with strong seller rejection, now price has rally to $7100 with resistance around $7,300 to $7,600, where you think it's heading next?  Huh Huh

I don't know where but in the last few days, the market has rebound a bit and it would be nice if we will continue to see a price improve going to the end of the year. I didn't expect btc to hit $5k this year, my expectation was to really see $10,000 price by the end of the year but its' not likely to happen, so I just hope that at least price will not drop anymore.
4812  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin a Good Investment? Does Hodl Work? on: December 20, 2019, 11:46:59 AM
Yes, HODL does work.

When talking about my strategy of HODL, for me, I don't judge it on a regular and short term basis, I just have to set a good target and wait until that target will be achieve. For me, HODL means I'll be able to hold for a long term if the right timing has not come yet.

For example, I bought at peak in 2017, that means I am still holding until now, and I will never get panic despite of what would happen to the market.
4813  Economy / Reputation / Re: Should participants by tagged if BM tagged? on: December 19, 2019, 11:56:59 PM
My question for DT1 and DT2: what do you think about participants who join the campaign if they see that the BM is tagged?
Are they running campaign for scam or legit project/service/whatever?  Wink
I think this is the most accurate question because we can see some evidence here compared to members in the DT network where they sometimes tag based on their own perception only.

Houston Rockets will face Los Angeles Clippers in a big game tonight, well it's not easy to pick who's the winner, both teams have players who can make the difference, in the Rockets side there is the MVP James Harden who's really a goal machine 10 games or more +50 points that's really amazing!
Don't count too much on Harden, yes, he was an MVP but they also have westbrook who has a good stats achieving his MVP.
This is surely not gonna be an easy game for the Clippers, they are a home but Rockets are determine to win as will to avenge their previous loss.

In the other side there is Leonard Khawi he's also a machine who can lead his team into the win. Well it's really hard to choose the winner but I will take my chances and bet for Houston Rockets to win this game.
Both teams have 2 MVP caliber players, ...

Clippers have Leonard and Paul George, while Rockets have Westbrooka and Harden.
However, they Rockets don't have Lou Willams which might be a difference maker of the game.

The winner will be the team that wanted the w most. My money is on Clippers here. PG, Kawhi and Lou.

Hmm, I cannot wait for playoffs. It's so different compared to regular season games where teams aren't willing to give it all.

Good choice because Clippers have the edge since they are playing at home, they might win this game again.

But let me ask, did you take the moneyline bet or the point spread which is -5?

4816  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What did you learn as a gambler? on: December 19, 2019, 01:28:58 PM
Find out why do you gamble, if it's to make money, stay the heck away from it, if it is a leisure activity and you wouldn't mind losing then give a few rolls, nothing wrong with that.
Nothing wrong if you are getting the enjoyment that you desire to get out from this activities. But make sure not to engaged too much as you can be
addicted and lose all your savings if you fail to separate leisure to vices and what you are aiming. Don't look for this venue as source of your earnings
most of those people who do that suffered from big loses though there's some who can avail to win but the percentage is much lesser.
Addiction will start if you gamble an amount of money that you can't afford to lose, because that will remain in your mind, you will chase your loses because you can't accept your mistake until you create another mistake.

TBH, it's hard to move on when you lose an amount you are not expecting to lose, but there is no way to stop the bleeding but to accept and move on.
That's why gambling is too risky, not because you may lose but because you may get addicted which eventually you are only gambling to lose.
4817  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bull Run is coming! on: December 19, 2019, 12:53:03 PM
Yea don't expect it too soon. Today's spike is slowing down and doesnt look like it will have much of a follow-up. The more of these we get the longer consolidation will be and it's gonna extend the span between the cycles.
We do react easily when there is a significant movement, just like this year, when Bitcoin reached $13K range, we thought by the end of the year there will be a bull run, but we failed, there's no bull run at all, what is happening this year is that what goes up must come down and hopefully we will not end at $3k by the end of the year. $7 would still result to 100% this year and that's already acceptable.
4818  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2019-2020 betting on: December 19, 2019, 10:38:40 AM
Two big games coming that are fun to watch.

Lakers vs Bucks -5

Rockets vs Clippers -5.

I am leaning on the favorites here and a little ML.

Davis is still questionable in this game, hopefully he will play. I already lose betting on them against the Pacers, hopefully this time they'll win.
4819  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: December 19, 2019, 09:43:08 AM
What do you guys think of the Spurs vs Nets game today? Spurs are favorites but not that great odds, around 1.7. is there value in taking Spurs -2.5 for higher odds? They are playing at home, and even though they looked shaky so far this season, so have the nets. I feel like the spurs will win by +5, any thoughts and opinions on that game?
I agree with that pick, spurs are struggling a bit now and if they have to win, they have to start winning games at home.
The line seems very manageable by the Spurs so I am with you, take it.
4820  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: December 18, 2019, 12:56:17 PM

Competition is getting tougher as the season mature, and I guess the top team on both conference is definitely the Lakers and the Bucks. That is if both their key players are healthy as the season goes by.

Because they are in the top spot now in west and east?
I think it's too early to tell, there's a lot of possibility and who knows team like Dallas or Rockets will climb to the highest,.. in the west, Bucks rival only the Sixers and celtics  but in the playoffs it's gonna be a different story.

In the west, I like the CLippers and maybe Sixers in the East.
