نعم صحيح كلامك أخي Omega لكن لا يمكن استيراد المحفظة الا على نسخة الحاسوب و لا يمكن الاستيراد على نسخة الهاتف.

عند استيراد المحفظة على الحاسوب يجب بعد ادخال Seed الضغط على "Options" و التعليم على "BIP39 seed" حتى تتمكن من الاستيراد بشكل صحيح
(هذه الخاصية غير متوفرة على نسخة الهاتف لذلك يمكن استعمال الموقع الذي ذكرته)



بعد الضغط على Next يجب لتأكد من التعليم على خيار "native segwit (p2wpkh)" حتى تضمن انك قمت باستيراد نفس المحفظة و نفس العناوين.
عادة تقوم electrum تعليم الخيار المناسب بشكل تلقائي

يمكنك شحن محفظة شبكة البرق بالضغط على زر"manage funds" و من ثم اختيار المحفظة التي سترسل منها اما محفظتك  على bluewallet او محفظة خارجية. المعاملة يمكن ان تستغرق بعض الوقت حسب العمولة.

يمكنك فتح محفظتك على electrum بالاستعانة بموقع https://iancoleman.io/bip39/
قم بوضع seed في خانة "BIP39 Mnemonic"
تاكد من اختيار "BIP84" تحت Derivation Path
قم بنسخ المفتاح الذي سيظهر في خانة "Account Extended Private Key" و من محفظة electrum قم باختيار استرجاع المحفظة عن طريق المفتاح Use a master key و قم بنسخ المفتاح الذي تحصلت عليه من الموقع.

من المستحسن تحميل سكريبت الموقع و استعماله على جهاز امن غير متصل بالانترنات.

هناك قاعدإ مشهورة لدى لمستثمرين للبارون روتشيلد و هي "اشتري عندما تكون هناك دماء في الشوارع"
أي أن أفضل وقت للشراء هو عندما يقوم الجميع بالبيع و يكون السوق في حالة انهيار.

Number of confirmations is the number of blocks that have been generated after the one including your transaction.
Number of confirmations can be seen as how safe the transaction is. The more confirmations there are, the harder for an attacker to tamper that transaction.
Ideally, 1 confirmation = 10 minutes but in reality it depends on the hashing power and the difficulty at the moment of generating the block.

In fact you don't have to copy-paste it into notepad. Just click "Preview" whenever needed and your text will be saved on forum servers for the next seven days.

Do you have the private key or the seed for the BTC address? Is it a legacy address? If yes then it will be easy to recover your BCH.
Just import the btc address private key in your BCH wallet.
If you sent to a SegWit address then the recovery process may be more complicated.

If you sent your coins to an exchange or another platform where you don't have access to your private keys then you should contact their customer support and explain to them what happened.

Personally, I wouldn't rely on hard drives to store my private keys/seeds for long time (more than two or three years).
Some hard drives have a short lifespan (depending on the manufacturer).
I, once, stored all my important files on hard drive and didn't use it for two years. When I tried to restore them, I discovered that most of them were corrupted. So, I wouldn't advice anyone to use this method.
