4823  Economy / Services / Re: [BitRoulette] Revolutionary signature campaign on: August 20, 2014, 11:33:52 AM
You should make another thread that pay per post or month upfront .

Since people don know whats your site profit and traffic they would have risk post for nothing .

Purpose of shares is that we get signature generated traffic and the traffic we get from the signature campaigns is used to pay the users.

Basically it works like a perpetuum mobile, it fuels itself Wink
4824  Economy / Services / Re: [BitRoulette] Revolutionary signature campaign on: August 20, 2014, 11:29:02 AM
I don think it will work , any escrow or upfront payment ?

I could escrow some bitcoins but I don't see any efficiency since it's profit based, for escrowed coins to have a purpose the price would need to be per mBTC, but we're introducing a whole new concept paying per share Smiley

I'm paying on a 10 day basis instead of monthly solely on that purpose, so people see I'm legit Smiley

More details about ZenPoints please.  Or point us to where it is documented.    Thanks!

only purpose they have is to use them as discounts when purchasing new equipment
4826  Economy / Services / [BitRoulette] Revolutionary signature campaign | Get paid every 10 days [CLOSED] on: August 20, 2014, 10:49:14 AM
Who are we?

We're a new and enthusiastic gambling website trying to get the word out using signature campaigns, after recently seeing PD shut down the campaign for Full members&Members we decided to jump in.

What makes us so special?

Well, for starters, we're dumping the old mBTC per post module and instead we're issuing shares per post so you guys don't have to worry we'll go away.

How does it work?

For example, a member gets 1 share per post he makes
Let's say we had 20 members with each 50 posts, then we have issued 1000 shares.

If BitRoulette made 1BTC of profit in that period

1/1000 = 0.001BTC per share

The formula is

PiP / SA = PPS

PiP - Profit in period
SA - Share amount
PPS - Price per share

Share earnings will be paid 3 times a month [every 10 days]
And the shares will be eliminated after payout.

Not just that, but you're allowed to insert your own BitRoulette referral link to earn even more!

Payment structure:

Newbie: 0.05 shares per post +15% referral earnings
Jr.Member: 0.1 share per post +15% referral earnings
Member : 0.7 shares per post +15% referral earnings
Full member : 1 share per post +15% referral earnings
Senior member: 1.5 shares per post +15% referral earnings
Hero member: 1.6 shares per post +15% referral earnings
Legendary member: 1.8 shares per post +15% referral earnings

Bonus:

Don't worry, you don't have to calculate anything, this is just to explain how it works Smiley

At the day of payment, take your total post count [not posts in period] and divide it with 50 000
The amount you get add to 1, the number you get multiply with the total amount of shares you have.

For example

If you're a Full member with a 1000 posts, and a 100 posts in the current period

You have a 100 shares

1000 / 50 000 = 0.02

1 + 0.02 = 1.02

100*1.02 = 102

So you have 102 shares.

Rules:

BitRoulette must be on the first line of your signature!

You can't advertise other websites or threads, however you're allowed to post your bitcoin address etc. below the ad with small font.

Users with negative trust are not allowed.

There's a max. post cap on 150 posts in a payment period [10 days].
The minimum is 10 posts.

Cuts:

We're making cuts on some sections on the forum to prevent spam.

Which means posts in some "spammy" sections will pay less.

All posts in the off topic will pay only 50% of initial PPS.
[for Members 0.35 shares, Full members 0.5, Sr.members 0.75, Hero members 0.8, Legendary members 0.9]

Posts in threads like Bibinka word game, ban the person above you jokingly, answer the question above with a question etc. will pay only 10% PPS.

Quality review:

At the end of the payment period, we will review your posts and if we think you're making constructive posts we might reward you up to +20%.
However we might decrease your share numbers with up to 20% as well if we think you can do better.
Constant spamming will lead to being removed from the campaign.

Final share count:

After all this process, the final share count number is calculated like this

PM * FR * (1 + TPC / 50 000) * QR = SA

PM - posts made in the current payment period [divide off-topic posts with 2 and posts in threads like bibinka word game with 10]
FR - forum rank
SA - share amount
TPC - total post count
QR - Quality review [QR can range from 0.8 - 1.2)

Don't forget you do / before + Wink

All shares issued will be made public on a google docs spreadsheet however if you want us to mask your nick, we will.

I really wonder if Bitcoin2048 is going to pay out such big amount of money. I see some people on there with 80 BTC earnings, what a joke !! where are they going to come up with the money to actually pay people.

Oh well i'm sure this site won't pay them Cheesy

unfortunately true  Undecided

those with 80BTC used exploits

reaching 16k tiles 80 times, no way..
4828  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcoin2048.com on: August 18, 2014, 10:23:47 PM
the site relies on client-side javascript being executed correctly... and it seems to not do any checks on the server side. so someone seems to have not taken web design 101.
I just gave myself a balance of 123.456 and there are others with way higher balances, would be really cool if it paid. Wink

There is no way these guys would be abke to maintain a payout of 1 BTC for the 16K square anyways. If 100 visitors gets em a max of like $20. And 1 out of each 100 visitors gets the 1 BTC jackpot, what happens? Exactly.

you sir are not aware how impossibru is to get a 16k square

you need 8 2048s!
4829  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Android wallets on: August 18, 2014, 09:01:38 PM
If you want to use the same bitcoins on your android phone as on your/any PC, your best bet is to go with blockchain's wallet. That way they are accessible anywhere in the world, including your phone AND your PC.

I wanted to avoid sending my coins anywhere, but if I made a blockchain wallet I would still need to send the coins there right?

I'm also interested how do we have our miners shipped?

I don't see any option to do so  Undecided

I will check on this as I may want one or two sent to me one day.

What miners are you looking to have shipped?

Please feel free to email me at amber@gawminers.com or visit me at hashtalk.org

I'm just wondering about the option

finding out that I would have to pay 20-30% as import charges

I'll rather have them mine at zenminer Smiley

ako je proizvod iz EU onda ne plaćamo carinu?
4833  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Android wallets on: August 18, 2014, 07:20:41 PM
I went with GreenAddress

they have some kind of instant confirmation, I don't know how it works but seems cool, it's also deterministic Cheesy

I'm wondering do I have to send all the coins to the address on my phone or what?  Undecided

Is there some way I could plant the .dat to avoid this Cheesy

No.

You must send your bitcoins to the wallet. Greenaddress does NOT support importing outside addresses.

That way if GreenAddress ever disappears you'll get your bitcoins back. Otherwise, no coins.

okay Smiley

I'm just looking at some android wallets proposed at bitcoin.org

I'm not sure which one to get

Btw is it possible to use the same balance from my PC wallet on my android?

I'm going to Prague soon and hoping to run into some pubs that accept bitcoin [used coinmap], so I'm looking for a way to pay for the drinks etc.

Some help picking a safe wallet would be nice Smiley
