4821  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New token project and support make new app on: September 09, 2019, 10:45:52 PM

If the project is based on the app only and does not have any new other idea or benefit, it useless, many such projects like this

but from the project that I met using the application in PlayStore achieved success, maybe it was just a coincidence. keep in mind do not underestimate any small thing and the application, this application have many interesting features in its development.
I don't know how it works great for you but mostly I have the uncomfortable experience, better to use in laptop or PC.
I don't think this is a good idea and have its developers think for the possible result of this. And this is a reason also why people never invest their money with this kind of project cause not it even gives profitability.
4822  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No good projects from a long time on: September 08, 2019, 11:50:00 PM
There had come many ICOs in 2017 and a good number of STOs in 2018 and many IEOs in 2019 but hardly a few have made it to 'relatively better than others' list.
I wonder why haven't there come potential coins like ether. The only project that looked promising to me this year was bittorrent which was lauched on binance launchpad.
But even that is not going so well these days.

Is the world out of ideas or solutions?
It really be hard cause for every 100 ICO or IEO projects existed today, possible it has only 1% looks promising( IOMO) but not a guarantee that it will surely survive in the long run. We could only say that this project is really good and successful if we could see it running for many years and have a sustainable market growth. But what we are seeing by now is that most projects never been staying so long instead, it dried up after launching which is not meant to be and not that we called them promising.
4823  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is bitcoin bearish or bullish on: September 06, 2019, 09:36:18 PM
With the current trend we have, I don't see any market play by now and even whales do some price manipulation as what they did before. We are entering the BER months already and as the expected price will going up as it happens in previous years. However, I've never thought and I never put conclusions that it keeps moving high just like we experience last 2017. The bull run may possible to be with us again will have a big difference from what we've experienced before.
4824  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bad time to get into daytrading? on: September 06, 2019, 08:02:37 PM
My bad time on trading was that every time I will sell my coins the price got dumped at once, were by that time I don't know
how to see the right application of right timing in selling and buying coins in the market. So, most of often was I failed into
trading, which was lesson learned to me.
I feel not be a coincidence, it possibly you are just in the wrong timing and you just sell it when the price is going down. If that so happen, I'd like to suggest that not sell it,  you better hold sometimes and never been affected of what you've heard around. Cause if you are trading with potential coins, no worrying that it will bounce back but you are trading those tokens coming from ICO,  I have doubt that it will rise back.
4825  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Earnings 2 x very likely by buying this coin on: September 06, 2019, 07:36:51 PM
I haven't seen any projects that implement IEO on Latoken gain high value after starting trading.
Most of the prices of coins are split many times and I think this is not a project worth investing in, it's too risky.
Absolutely,I have joined in past a project that the token is tradable in Latoken and until now the value continues to fall as it is almost a dead coin
I don’t recommend investing in this one.

And OP is just part of the team or maybe a paid advertisers to post this kind of thread to gain investors, how can you expect something to invest when the Dev himself can’t make a right advertising strategy ? No I am not risking money on this one
I believe it so. How this person @OP tried to fool us again? Instead of promoting,  it is better to focus on bringing back the price to the original rather than of dragging people to come with them knowing tha fact that they are badly losing their credibility.

I heard this coin also and better I'm not tempted of what they've promise to the investors.
4826  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Vitalik Buterin is ‘Very Confident’ About Ethereum 2.0 Launching Phase on: September 06, 2019, 12:56:29 PM
[1] I guess when Vitalik open his mouth it will stir confidence on his project

[2] Delays happened, it if took 4 years in the making so be it. At least they have a target date next year so it's sound very positive.

And as I see comments here, it looks like people are still confident that ETH 2.0 will bring the coin to the next level. So let's just hope that despite competitions coming around the backyard of ETH, people behind are doing things specially POS on its environment.
It something gives hope to all the investors. Will it be hoped that doesn't just talk but to be in reality. Investors never get tired of waiting if they have assurance and that's Mr. Vitalik says will be a big help for us not to give up and patiently wait for another year to come and see ETH soaring back again.
He is confident of what he says and it gains some respect from the community for sure.
4827  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: China Urges Philippines to Ban All Online Gambling! on: September 06, 2019, 11:24:02 AM
the Philippines should have their own network of online gaming so they can also employ Filipinos, and not these Chinese coming here, some of them are bullying local people and not following ordinances from the local municipality.

I don't think the President will see it as a good idea, he even complain that there's a lot of corruption in the government own lottery, how much more if they will add another gambling business own by the government. Also, I think this POGO does not cater the Filipino people, they cater foreigner as gambling is illegal in the Philippines, just correct me if I'm wrong.
4828  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Coindesk & Cointelegraph give Fake News on: September 05, 2019, 11:56:52 PM
Unfortunately, these two resources are teeming with fake news, so I try not to read them
If I were you, I would not completely stay away from them , because sometimes, out of every news they carry which we could call rumor, there might be element of truth in it, and I would not want to believe that the only news they carry often more are negative news, I think that they also do carry some news that are real.

It takes too much time to find out what's real and what's fake...
As I've said before, Cointelegraph is better, they published another article, so if you really have to, read just this one.

This is actually true no matter how we do believe that these news outlets are like that we cant really totally neglect them yet they are still being used and trusted when it comes to news source of this crypto market. It might have have issues on posting up fake ones but we cant deny the fact that they are somehow usable and a good place to look on when we do seek informations and some updates. As a reader we should really be keen on verifying everything that we do read up.
Cause nobody expects for such unreliable news, they didn't make this before but things have changed and might because of money matters involve. We don't want to accuse them but what they are doing right now it something could change their reputation and leaving them some doubts about their capability. Either people consider it as an error or it is their intention to make it.
4829  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Whales Every time change the market?? on: September 05, 2019, 10:31:12 PM
All right. To be a successful trader now, you need not only to predict the trend, you need to understand the whales will lead the trend and when, and most importantly why.
Perhaps this is the most difficult of all that I have ever learned about trading.
We mostly blame whales for market change but we also thankful how they make hypes and then be profitable. They are also a market player, investors just like us and blaming them because of our losses isn't a good idea.
Whales did their best also in order to make money and somewhat so-called market manipulation but it doesn't mean that they are the one controlling the entire market, only they are capable of changing market trends.
4830  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: questions about technical analysis on: September 05, 2019, 03:09:25 PM
The answer is no. Technical analysis seems to works but not all the time. There is some inconsistency, some sudden sideways that some technical analysis can not predict. Especially when whales are going to enter the crypto market, even the strongest indicators will become useless. However, it may somehow help us for basis to our trading.
Cause considering that fact that the market trend changes all the time, TA's may not be applicable also.
Do you think your analysis same with mine? I don't think so.
We all have differences and so our understanding may also differ from each other.

If there is a course that offers that great tutorial, you can still grab it as it may still be useful in trading.

It really a big help but not a 100% guarantee that it will help perfectly. It is still depending on our own understanding and how we appreciate the market.

This will not be ban, we have a fresh news today.

https://business.inquirer.net/278242/duterte-wont-ban-pogos-many-will-lose-their-jobs
It's coming from the President, so though the Philippines and the China has a good relation, this operation helps to improve the economy of the Philippines as they are collecting big taxes on this, and also it was mentioned, maybe will loss their jobs.

This is the reason why there is an increase number of Chinese people in the Philippines.
Duterte with its project build build build, he really needs a source of funds and casino is just a good source of funds IMO.

On the taxation side, we ca see in this news,

Taxing POGOs
POGOS are now at the center of government’s tax drive with the Department of Finance (DoF) saying that gaming entities must pay more taxes.

The DoF and the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) are chasing about P32 billion in alleged unpaid income taxes from POGO workers.

This is computed based on an assumed salary of $1,500 per month for each of the estimated 138,000 foreign POGO workers slapped with a 25 percent income tax.

However, the BIR’s basis of $1,500 monthly salary allegedly differs from the actual pay of POGO workers.

Did you see the figure, that's 138,000 foreign workers at an average salary of $1500 per employee, so that would total to $207,000,000 salary per month, which means this business is earning at least a billion dollar in a monthly basis (correct my computation if its wrong), and that's a huge amount of money that the Philippines does not want to loss.

By the way, income tax of 25% from $207,000,000 is 51,750,000‬ usd, I just don't know if it's monthly or yearly.

Besides the money, Duterte has to keep both US and China at bay. He wants both to provide assistance to the country, making friends to both will keep both compete in providing advantagous offer. Even the Japanese are offering assistance to Philippines swaying Duterte. All these are political moves, a strategy that has to be maintained like "friends to all".

China has been providing great offers to philippines and I think this is a good path because China is a super power ally.

As a small country like Philippines its much wiser for  them not to oppose on what these super nations would request as long it doesnt completely  degrade up your countries laws and rules since there would be reconsiderationss and these decisions will depend on its president itself. Maintaining good ties with other countries is a good decision and i agree to that friend to all word.

Exactly, some of the Filipinos are complaining the increasing number of Chinese in the country, but they forget that it's the Chinese people who are already dominating the business industry in the Philippines, most of the big companies are own and manage by Filipino Chinese people but they are pure Chinese in blood. For me, gambling is a good business and a good way for the Philippines to increase their tax collection to finance the projects they are planning.
4832  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin is Declining? And What’s Next? on: September 05, 2019, 09:33:32 AM
Personally, I used to buy BTC at a very high last year but my psychology is still stable so I hope that the price of $15,000 can be achieved this year.

I'm pretty sure you are not alone, but that's alright if you believe bitcoin will again rise and break its ATH.

$15000 is likely to be achieved this year as we already have reached $13,000 as our high this year, so that's $2000 more which is easy to achieve once the market starts to be bullish again. We weren't see BTC performed good in the 3rd quarter, but let's always remember that there's plenty of time left yet, so let's be optimistic that the 4th quarter is good as in year 2017.
4833  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does Martingale strategy increase your chance of winning? on: September 05, 2019, 08:00:41 AM
Regardless on how you analyze, that strategy would never work long term, it will only work if you are betting on games that has no house edge, but in dice particularly there's no chance to will win consistently.

I have avoided this kind of strategy, because personally I experience that my bankroll got busted in an instant, so I don't recommend this one, it will only make you greedy and will loss the fun in gambling.

4835  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIBA Basketball World Cup 2019 on: September 05, 2019, 07:31:19 AM
It's +27.5 for Japan here in my sportsbook right now. This is the highest handicap given to a team in today's matches. This means that the USA vs. Japan match is the most lop-sided game we have for today. This is not going to be a close fight. This is actually a giveaway game for the USA. At least as far as the odds right now is concerned. But we could be surprised by the actual game, just like how Iran surprised us with their game against Spain yesterday.
The betting odds does not always say the outcome of the game, who knows, maybe Japan will be able to give Japan a challenge and might come up with an upset which is unlikely, but losing in single digit is still possible.

Just like Greece, USA is also hype because they are compose of NBA players, so sometimes that line for them is just overvalued.
But for me, I'm not betting on this game, I'll just watch it because it's hard to predict based on the line provided.
4836  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My Trading Success on: September 04, 2019, 11:49:26 PM
You already got some profit but in my case, I didn't get enough profit which I expected. But I got a bit and then market crashed again and my all profit gone in vain. Now, I am waiting for altcoins pumping to recover my assets which I already invested.

Sad for you. Now market of coins is crashing. But i'm sure soon it will recover and we will see price rising of BTC, RXP, ETC , LITE and many other coins. But now is perfect time for buying , don't forget!
Price are moving high now, if we consider to buy BTC, not really a perfect time but for altcoins, we still have.
It is quite possible that we are going into the bullish this time, keeping Bitcoin at its momentum will help the entire market to move higher. But of course, we don't need to be too much excited and expect to move instantly cause its volatility remains.
4837  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Im sick and tired of this Bitcoin on: September 04, 2019, 11:26:08 PM
Its really tiring and stressful in nature that you need to monitor it from time to time in order to have better results. I feel what you feel because all of us also suffers from this stage. Whats rewarding is the results you made after this so never get tired of this opportunity.
He'll be pretty excited for sure...
Well, I'll do the same especially when we have a pending selling and buying orders just to check if it is done already and to make another transactions. But thinking of being tired, it absolutely just because we are in trouble and we want to move out from the hell of being a loser. It is commonly happen to who'd never know how crypto works.
4838  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Calm Before The Storm on: September 04, 2019, 10:57:07 PM
Like what we did before, holding and stay calm is the most important and never think to be all in the negative. The market should be like this, not all the time we've been doing great nor not all the time we've been struggling difficulties. That is why we should have to prepare for everything that will happen next as we don't see any absolute direction.
4839  Economy / Speculation / Re: Strength of Bitcoin on: September 03, 2019, 11:53:30 PM
It's not an article about Bitcoin. The author said crypto guys need to think big and also need to find a better way to distribute crypto coins to most people. If they succeed, it will change the whole dynamics of money.
But it takes many years to come. We appreciate it how crypto provides good benefits to us but some of us never see it beneficial instead they took it as a scam. We can't be in full usage of crypto if we all never like to adopt this new technology.

Thinking for a long journey of Bitcoin, we might experience struggles and difficulties but we have to believe it is a part of great success and not a way to baldy think that Bitcoin will bring us down in the future.
4840  Economy / Speculation / Re: Did fear cause that sharp dump? on: September 03, 2019, 11:31:34 PM
The fact that the dump happened in minutes after angelobtc (the top trader of bitmex) tweeted a bearish tweet makes me think even that could have been the reason.

Big crypto personalities made a huge impact, it can be a reason but more reason to know before we know the exact reason of the big fall. Fear and panicking is the common trend when someone tweeted negative news or FUD. Now, it started to pump again, this is the start of the pump this ber months.
We can be like that if we listen to them and eventually relying on the news. How many people lose their money for this? It happens so many times and this dump and pump scenarios leaving a huge impact and makes people act doubted. Yes, may news gives awareness but not all of them seems to be helpful instead, it sometimes creates a huge market drama.
