Why need a game online if you can get an offline game.
4823  Other / Off-topic / Re: satellite on: March 18, 2017, 01:21:21 AM
There are two types of satellites that sorrounds our Planet Earth. The satellites that are the reason why we are having internet connections and GPS and the satellite that light up our dark night, the Moon. I do not know the number of the satellite responsible for internet, but the Moon is the only one that I know.

So all our hardships that the evil cause us is also God's fault? And why did he create such creatures when it will be the reason of the destruction of his creations.
4825  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Some questions on: March 17, 2017, 01:40:47 PM
As far as I know, Segwit and BU is not a coin. It is a way or the solution to the problems of bitcoin regarding its transactions.
4826  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: actual number of people using Bitcoin? on: March 14, 2017, 03:43:31 AM
Its not possible to count how many are using bitcoins and who all are using bitcoins. Thats the main advantage of this thing .But there is a way to calculate approximate number of people using the bitcoins by collecting informations from all over the exchanges in the world. Its really a tedious task. By doing this way, you wont get exact number of people using bitcoins, because some exchanges dont collect details of its users.

That's still not going to give accurate results because not every bitcoin user is using an exchange website and even just one guy can create a lot of accounts in exchange sites. This is all similar to the case of creation of bitcoin wallets, anyone can create infinite number of them.
4827  Economy / Speculation / Re: What has affected the price of Bitcoin? on: February 24, 2017, 08:45:25 AM
Increase quickly, drops even faster, characteristic of bitcoin currency. What has affected this time on price is hard to tell, there can be many reasons why, and just wild guessing is same as gambling, picking one number from all others hoping you will makeba hit.
Supply and demand is what affected price this time, before holidays people rush to buy bitcoins and everything else, now is time when we are resting from new year and all other holidays.

That is right. It can increase 3-5% perday, but drops 5-10% per day.
4828  Economy / Speculation / Re: What has affected the price of Bitcoin? on: January 03, 2017, 03:54:54 PM
It is no surprise to see such an appreciation in the price of bitcoin as halving is over with increasing demand which is caused by various events all around the world. We cannot ignore the manipulation of price of bitcoin. But it is good to see bitcoin price above $1000. I will be happy to see bitcoin building a strong support on $1000 level.

The fundamental effect is the general usage of the bitcoin. The more people using it, the higher the price.
4829  Economy / Economics / Re: Why You Should Never Sell Your Bitcoins Ever on: October 14, 2016, 07:02:33 AM
One of the most profitable, but least stable and predictable ways of earning bitcoins is to buy and long-term storage for the purpose of selling after a significant growth rate.
Also, as an option, trade on the bitcoin exchange rate difference between the exchanges.
This method is the right approach even more interesting than the previous one. It was observed that the rate of bitcoin on different exchanges can be very different. And if today on one exchange is higher than the other, then tomorrow the situation may change the opposite way.

It is quite profitable to take advantage of the price diffierence between exchanges and trade. But you have to act quickly.
4830  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: The best cloud mining site !!! on: September 19, 2016, 06:21:31 PM
There is very few legal and safe cloud mining sites actually. Most of ponzi schemes online call themselves "cloud mining" just to scam people, and run out with their coins after a while

That is right. So it is better to avoid most of the so called "cloud mining" site. They will be a scam site.
4831  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Who will be the next victim for Vitalik to dump his Ethereum IPO scamtokens on? on: September 05, 2016, 11:39:59 AM
The POW hashing for the Ethereum ETH is at record level at the moment, it shows the miners confidence in the ETH.

The ETC hashing hate has reduced slightly.

some folks switch to the most profitable coin of the hour/day/whatever. some pools will take care of that for you, other miners just check and switch.

me, im a set and forget kind of miner, so im still on eth. mainly cuz im too lazy.

At the moment, the Monero mining is the most profitable. It is about 30-50% more profitable to mine than ETH.

The difficulty of Monero mining has risen. It is just about 20% more profitable now. It will reduce further.

I think the price of the Monero will be kept at the current level or higher. So the mining hash will increase further.
4832  Economy / Speculation / Re: 2016 Bitcoin Predictions on: August 22, 2016, 05:38:47 PM
Here are my Bitcoin price predictions:
1. BTC stable at around $400-$500 for the next few months.
2. 40-50% spike for block halving hype.
3. Retracement back down to $400-$500 level.
4. Slow rise to $700 per BTC once weak hands are out.

well now we are at 577$ so i think that your prediction was almost correct, though this price dump was not because of halving, but price still fell down

If there is no other news about the bitcoin, the bitcoin price will trade around the $570 for the next few weeks.
4833  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: The best cloud mining site !!! on: August 06, 2016, 11:40:37 AM
I can't believe believe are still thinking of investing in cloud mining.
The last couple of years we have seen millions of customer money dissapeared and stolen by thieves.

You are right. So far, most of the cloud mining sites are just scams or Ponzi schemes. It is better to stay away.
4834  Economy / Speculation / Re: 2016 Bitcoin Predictions on: July 24, 2016, 07:47:13 AM
I think that we are going to see the Bitcoin price being $800 in 2016, I hope that it is going to be even higher.
I will sell at the next rise because I can use the money.

$800 could be reached some time in the September or October. The price could reach $1000 early next year.
4835  Economy / Speculation / Re: 2016 Bitcoin Predictions on: July 08, 2016, 05:45:29 PM
It will cross the barrier of $1k in this year, but I don't think it will remain stable for a long time, it will keep on moving up and down and finally may be it will stick to $800 price.

$800 as new bottom huh? Hoping for a correction too around this price.

But prior to that, expect more profit taking once the price hits $1000. Big whales always on the move. Although how big the bitcoin news is, they are the only who can started a trend that can't performed by different person in the community.
If we are stuck at $800, I don't see many people investing in bitcoins as it would be very expensive. Even when the price was high in 2014, there weren't many who succeeded to get the market rate, me being one of them. It needs to reach a price that's affordable and $600-$650 would be max.

You think bitcoin price at $800 expensive? It might be expensive now. It will be much more expensive in the next few years.
4836  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Who will be the next victim for Vitalik to dump his Ethereum IPO scamtokens on? on: June 24, 2016, 12:21:35 PM
God iamnotback i love some of your insights... was just thinking about age groups in relation to different coins' communities and the rammifications of that, like ether has a lot of aggressive young hounds and some other coins seem to have a lot of 40-something year old serious build step by step type people.
And then sometimes your comments are rage inducing pleb tier nonsense.

I think his discussion is quite inspiring. His comments is different from other Ethereum trolls. Others are too obvious.
4837  Economy / Speculation / Re: 2016 Bitcoin Predictions on: June 12, 2016, 05:11:06 PM
new 2k peak i think, easy to get at this point or 1k+ at least

Many people would sell starting at even $700 so that would be extremely difficult.

My aim is for the price of bitcoin to double every year, so if the price is lower than my target, I will not sell.
well it will be impossible after some time as bitcoin cant double every year, if the price would double every year it should be 4 mil per bitcoin in 14 years while its only possible for it to reach 3 millions

I think it is possible for the bitcoin price to double every year for the next 10 years, then rise 40% a year for the next 20 years.
4838  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: The best cloud mining site !!! on: May 28, 2016, 07:41:22 PM
How about focusing on something else at least until S9 new ANTminers come into market , they will have 14-16nm chip and they can be profitable for the first six months, but until this happens (and I hope this happens soon) cloud mining is just a waste of time and money.

The new Antminer will come out soon. Maybe in the next few weeks. The old S7 has been removed from the shop.
4839  Economy / Speculation / Re: 500$ This Dec ! on: May 21, 2016, 01:34:52 PM
We have not hit $500 yet but I guess that it is going to happen any time soon know. If we hit $500 I am sure that some people are going to sell some coins.
We have waited so long for this to happen.

I doubt that now. I thought we would hit $500 by now, but it did not. So I am less confident. Maybe in July.
4840  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: R9 290 problem on: May 08, 2016, 08:45:11 AM
ok, so i've unistalled latest drivers. installed 15.12. I've also allocated memory from 16 to 20gb. and i've set intensity to 0 in the claymore's miner.  the temp went way down. it's at 77c. the gpu core is way more stable but it will stil drop from 947 (default). i'm getting 22 smthing mh/s which sucks but if it doesnt freeze it's better than nothing... thx guys, ill let you know if it works (when i get up and see the rig working/frozen).. i dont have my hopes up, though. i think the card may be faulty...

You need to under volt your GPU core. If you use -100 mV in the MSI after burner, it will reduce the power usage by 10-20%.
