4821  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online gambling or Casino gambling? on: February 23, 2020, 10:26:12 AM
Online gambling of course, ever since I know how to gambling in sports betting using crypto platform, I already fall in love with it, people think in our place that only rich can gamble in online gambling but I am enjoying it and I am not rich.

before I really thought it's hard to gamble online but with the advent of bitcoin, I learn how to gamble in different gambling sites doing sports betting and I am doing it even with my less than 100 usd. However, I also like to experience going into a casino but that is gonna purely for fun only, of course with friends.
4822  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Fortunejack refusing to pay 5 BTC *STAY FAR AWAY* on: February 23, 2020, 09:58:01 AM
First you need to consider the gravity of your accusation, you are ruining the reputation of a well established gambling site, I suggest you put all the necessary evidence you have in order to make this thread more interesting, if not, then you have no business here.

it's easy to accuse without evidence, you have to remember that, it's a lot of money, if you can't do it by yourself, go seek some help to get the money they robbed in you, according to you.

4825  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Wilder vs. Fury II: The Rematch is On on: February 23, 2020, 08:07:47 AM
Good win by Fury, now he has proven that he won that first fight as it's still the same result,. this fight he dominated Wilder and it looks like Wilder forget how to punch because Fury did really have a great job on putting the pressure on Wilder,.. I like him moving forward and he caught Wilder with his good combination.

now we saw a boxers beaten a puncher.
4826  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: About Compulsive gambling. on: February 22, 2020, 12:29:17 PM
Addiction really is a common problem in gambling but despite that, this gambling industry is still growing so that means more people are still enjoying and there's only few people who are addicted in gambling.. Those who are actually easily addicted are those who are not matured since they'll be easily controlled by their emotion, IMO, this is not the responsibility of the government but the family to take care of their minors or immature members of the family to avoid gambling, otherwise it could possibly ruin their lives.

Despite I was addicted in the past but I still remain positive, there was never a time I blame gambling for my mistake, instead I remain realistic and blame myself so I was able to move on well.
4827  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Too scared to go for altcoins? on: February 22, 2020, 11:51:14 AM
Going for altcoins is a risky proposition for a new investor entering the crypto market due to the sheer amount of altcoins present in the market and also the new ones which seems to be keep appearing almost everyday. Add to the fact that most altcoins aren't listed in standard exchanges makes it tougher to buy them and also mistake prone.
There is no such thing as safe when investing in crypto, it maybe a high risk but with proper research they can surely find a good altcoins to invest.
It's given that majority of the altcoins are shit coins or what we called scam coins but there are still hundreds of altcoins in the market that has a good potential, one good strategy is to invest on the top 10 altcoins in the market, sure there's at least 60% chance that you'll grow your investment.
4828  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Too scared to go for altcoins? on: February 22, 2020, 07:32:09 AM
I am sorry but I would go against your opinion, I believe bitcoin forks does not have a good future and if we keep supporting bitcoin forks that is tantamount to not supporting bitcoin, their short term movement that they follow bitcoin movement does not guarantee their good future, so IMO, it better to invest in altcoins with original idea like ETH and BNB, these two I trust more.
4829  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: February 22, 2020, 06:53:54 AM
It's a test for Blazers if they can manage to win at home even without Lillard, CJ and Melo who are needed to step up and give some entertainment for the fans. In the other hand, Zion still impressing everyone with how he played and how he showed his addition to his team. Will going to wait and try betting during the live game.
Unfortunately they lose against the Pelicans at home, no Lillard is really a big downgrade for the Blazers.
As expected,  McCollum and Anthony are the top scorers but it's not enough for their win to win, they will surely have more loses than winnings until Lillard will come, and this would affect their ambition to be in playoffs this season again.
4830  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will 2020 be ETH's biggest year yet? on: February 22, 2020, 06:33:06 AM
We couldn't really tell since the biggest year so far was at 2017.
When I think almost all of the crypto made their ATH,
And I think ETH couldn't break it's current record even for this year we wouldn't see it reach or surpass it's ATH.
ETH is indeed developing this year, but so far the development is not so big. however, I think ethereum can reach 0.04 to 0.05 BTC this year. however, I think it depends on the development of bitcoin prices. so far bitcoin is stable in the range of $ 9500 to $ 10100. if the price of bitcoin exceeds that, there is a chance for ethereum to rise again. however, for the new ATH, it seems like it's still a bit difficult.
0.04 to 0.05 might not be considered as a growth if btc value will drop, imagine if bitcoin will dump to $3000 again and the price of ETH is 0.05 btc, that would still be lower than the current price, that is just equivalent to $150, and actually investors does not measure based on sats value but on dollar value.
4831  Economy / Speculation / Re: Pomp 100,000$ Prediction on: February 21, 2020, 11:58:44 AM
I am a big follower of Pomp and I believe that he made a reliable prediction.
He is talking that about next year 2021, so that is more than a year and this year is very vital for next year's success, if ever bitcoin will reach $30,000 this year, I don't expect it will dump the following year, instead it will keep increasing due to several positive factors that would increase its demand.
4832  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can you share at least one gambler who have become rich in gambling? on: February 21, 2020, 11:37:45 AM
Billy Walters
Dude, this guy is in prison for insider trading. Also, in sports betting, he could bribe opposition to intentionally losing the game.

I'm more convinced with gamblers who play in skill games, like poker, blackjack, etc., that utilize card counting method. They could become rich before getting blacklisted to enter casinos.

He was a smart guy but his way of making money in gambling was very clever, actually I don't know that he was in prison for such offense, I just watch the video shared by status and it was really interesting.

I am now reading more about his cased and why he was in prison- https://tv5.espn.com/espn/otl/story/_/id/22946649/world-best-most-feared-sports-gambler-game-us-supreme-court-considers-legalizing-craft-espn

4834  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: February 18, 2020, 11:13:09 PM
The fact that you insert LeBron and any other players in the discussion as the reason for that to happen, this makes the whole Kobe-changed logo not making sense, unnecessary, baseless and pointless.

It's not just because of the performance nor achievements or even Kobe is the most talented player in the NBA that the logo should be changed after him.

Kobe's die-hard fans should understand that changing the logo is not as easy as 1,2,3 and shouldn't be push nor make it as a petition fan-based. Why this brought up in the first place? To honor Kobe? Good point above, how about Jordan? Magic? Chamberlain? The other greats that contribute to the legacy of the NBA?

Kobe will surely not be happy about this. As for him, there are other greats he respected that should be placed there first before him. Maybe someday he will be considered but not this time.

It's gonna be hard to make everyone on what Kobe fans are petitioning since everyone has their own best player in the NBA.
I'm not pushing, just sharing what the fans likes to happen and it was has never came into my mind about the "kobe-logo" until I read articles on it.
yes there are greats, better than him, but he died in a tragic incident, maybe that's the reason why he was so different and people pity him.

anyway, too much for this discussion, it's just like believing in different God and discussions were made by different religion or believer, all we discuss here are only based on opinion and not one among us even know the criteria for a change logo in NBA if there's any.

I will not snipped some of the posts for reference.

Anyways, I'm not saying you are pushing it. I never mentioned it. I just point out the basis you have mentioned which is:

"Kobe is a legend, he is way better than any other active players in the NBA now, even against Lebron, I still find Kobe better and I think he is the only one who is comparably close to Jordan when it comes to talent in basketball."

Even no one knows here the criteria of how the logo should be changed, that reason alone isn't making sense and shouldn't be a basis.

But as I also pointed out, "maybe someday Kobe will be considered". Kobe fans or not, no one will oppose that move.

Well, as I was saying, if that would happen then I would be happy too as a Kobe fan, whether it will happen soon or in the future.

I was saying that Kobe was comparably close to Jordan because of the article that says so.. actually it's coming form Jordan itself, so who are we to argue. Some of the article that would prove and that is my basis. (don't point this to logo change as we don't know the criteria).

Michael Jordan Says Kobe Could Beat Him 1-On-1, Not LeBron
Jordan says Kobe is only player who ‘deserves comparison’ to him

Michael Jordan thinks only Kobe Bryant deserves comparisons

anyway, too much for this discussion, it's just like believing in different God and discussions were made by different religion or believer, all we discuss here are only based on opinion and not one among us even know the criteria for a change logo in NBA if there's any.

Don't take this seriously mate as we are just having a healthy discussion here just like the others who also posted their own sentiments about the logo change. It's ok no worries. Smiley

It's not appropriate to compare our healthy discussions here to the toxic religious discussions for an obvious reason. Our topic here is way more constructive compare to them lol.

Yes we are having a healthy discussion, actually I am about to go to the office now but I still spend a little time to reply on your post. hehehe .I like you man, you are one of the posters here who always makes good post.

Don't worry,  I don't take discussion seriously, only when betting in sports especially in NBA as we could lose money there.
4835  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Inoue vs Casimero Bantamweight Unification Fight on: February 18, 2020, 10:39:18 PM
Thank you for adding the poll, it's 2-0 so far in favor of casimero. Where are the Inoue fans here, please cast your votes now so we will know how many are you. lol.

I'm pretty sure there are Inoue fans here, but maybe they don't want to cast their vote as early as today.

And there could be Filipinos who wanted to vote for Inoue, but then again he will be fighting against their compatriot so we might see them going by their "hearts" and will be voting for Johnriel here.  Grin

There are plenty of Inoue fans, but nobody is going to be betting on him to win because the odds simply aren't great.

They're like 2/9 or 1/4 in most places, whereas Casimero has more juicy odds of 3/1.

I think the challenger has a decent chance to dethrone Inoue, definitely more than a 33% chance like the odds imply.

These odds would change for sure as the main event approaches but its true that Casimero odds is way more attractive and
i can really see the higher chance for some upset.  Grin

I am glad the odds are already out, by the way.. what sportsbook you are using because I can find it  in sportsbet right now?

And that odds of Casimero to win, I would bet on him all day as I believe in my "Kabayan" to win, he claimed he is the real monster.  Grin
4836  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: February 18, 2020, 10:29:53 PM
I am not saying it's necessary but if the organization find it reasonable to change the logo for Kobe then they will do.
Of course it will all start with the fans pushing for a change and they'll like to dedicate that to Kobe and if that would come in reality, they'll be happy including me as I am also a Kobe fan.

Kobe is a legend, he is way better than any other active players in the NBA now, even against Lebron, I still find Kobe better and I think he is the only one who is comparably close to Jordan when it comes to talent in basketball.

Latest update on the fight.

https://tv5.espn.com/boxing/story/_/id/28694158/naoya-inoue-john-riel-casimero-bout-undercard-site-finalized

we also have the names of the undercard .

Quote
The card will also feature a fight between bantamweight contenders Jason Moloney and Joshua Greer Jr.‎ and the return of former junior lightweight world titlist Andrew Cancio

not familar to these boxers actually.

according to casimero.

Quote
"This is my dream fight," Casimero said. "I have traveled the world and fought in 10 countries. I've won world titles at 108, 112 and 118 pounds. But ever since I saw my hero and fellow countryman, Senator Manny Pacquiao, fight in Las Vegas that has been my dream. To everyone who thinks I am the underdog on April 25, I will shock the world and show the fans who the real 'Monster' is in the ring."."
4838  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: February 18, 2020, 03:11:34 PM
That would be a great tribute to Kobe that fans will never forget, KOBE as the new logo of the NBA would really nice.

Is it really necessary? Kobe really did shape the league, people are looking up to him, kids usually shouts "Kobe" as they hit a three with a trash can and a piece of paper but the NBA did a lot of tribute for him and I think that is enough. Kobe is one of the GOAT, to be honest, but he doesn't need to be the logo of the NBA and I think if we will be asking him that too that will be his answer. Kobe is a legend, and as music states it, "Legends never die"

I am not saying it's necessary but if the organization find it reasonable to change the logo for Kobe then they will do.
Of course it will all start with the fans pushing for a change and they'll like to dedicate that to Kobe and if that would come in reality, they'll be happy including me as I am also a Kobe fan.

4839  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anyone here dream of achieving their financial goal in life through gambling? on: February 18, 2020, 02:43:41 PM
Achieving your financial goals out from gambling is tough but very possible for those who are lucky and responsible.
Let's grade this...

achieving through luck.. maybe I will give you 1% chance of getting that done, but if you are good or your term used is responsible, I would say you can get that 100% but you can't get that instantly, you need to work for that as what you need is to be consistent on whatever skilled type of game you will focus, and then you'll consistently make money.
4840  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Making an experiment on BNB using my $2000 on: February 18, 2020, 02:13:00 PM
50x increase is realistic IMO, why? because it has been achieve by other altcoins in the past.

BNB's ICO price was $0.15 according to my research so at its price, it has already grown 50 times but its also possible that the growth will continue.
ETH on the other hand is a good coin too, and it's one of the most successful coin which has reach $1,000 from an ICO price of .30 usd so this could also happen with BNB over time.

made a research on their respective ico price in google, please correct me if that is not the ICO price.
