4821  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is it a good time to get in or not on: November 23, 2020, 12:15:48 PM
Can one still dare to invest in Bitcoin when price is skyrocketing this high? I remember that some invested in Bitcoin at 20,000$ and the whole market started crashing on them, before they could pull out their money it's already too late and till today they haven't recovered their money, is this a good time to get in or it's already too late?

The thing with bitcoins is that no one really knows the accurate price for bitcoins. Some people already say that a price of 100, 000 USD is possible for next year. If you really want to be invested in crypto currencies I would recommend only to buy with 1/4 of your balance bitcoins tight now, then you could buy with another quarter right before or after Christmas. And next year you could do the same. It's better to buy over multiple months in my opinion than all at once.
4822  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lottery Gambling on: November 23, 2020, 12:11:12 PM
...
I never win a ticket lottery but my relatives do. I stopped buying it after some attempts.
I wish also that those poor people that usually got stuck from this kind of gamble will realize and stop their doings. The chances are clear enough 1/100, it is a horrible thing for them not to think it. It is very unfortunate why they keep that faith and hoping for luck instead of keeping it in the piggy bank.

I have tried this several times but no surprise, I'm still out of luck.

The thing why do many poor people actually play is the lottery is the dream of winning. I think it helps to imagine yourself being in a better place, to think about what you would do with the money. Of course 99.9% of the people are not even winning their lottery ticket price back. But what other options do you really have. It's nearly impossible to become rich just by working you 9 to 5 job 5 days a week. Most people likely know they will never win when playing the lottery.
4823  Other / Off-topic / Re: I really dont think the vaccination is goal its just glycose on: November 23, 2020, 12:07:37 PM
I dont think the vaccination is goes of this covid bullshiet.

The vaccines are empty it means they are harmless so it dont give any benefits and not any bad things in it.
Its a glycose the sugar.

Its not vaccine really.

I don't know about this one, in my opinion the market for vaccines is just too big. It would mean that all the governments around the world work together to fool the common people. And if it where true it seems that the vaccine is going to be for free. So what can be wrong with that? Even placebos without any medical effects do work dir some people.
4824  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is covid19 a natural virus or an engineered one? on: November 23, 2020, 12:04:56 PM
Two views about corona virus are being circulated now a days that corona virus is a natural virus and is spread by odd eating habits of China and second views is that corona virus is engineered in labs and scientists couldn't keep it safe and it's spread by their mistake. What you guys think about it?

It is very hard to answer that question because China is not accepting an international research group to analyse the outbreak of the corona virus. Only an independent team of researchers from many different countries would be able to bring clarity into this topic. Any official statements from China are likely being controlled by the communist party and can't be taken at face value

In my opinion its likely a natural virus that mutated from animals. But the story with the Wuhan instute of virus research could also be true
4825  Economy / Economics / Re: What will be the effect of US regulation to crypto all over the world? on: November 23, 2020, 12:00:04 PM
The price has become stronger and more solid, so that regulatory news will only affect it in the short term. There are many countries and banning Bitcoin in a particular country will only increase the price in the long run.
Many countries will begin to accept bitcoin and impose taxes on them, with an emphasis on monitoring them rather than wanting to ban them.

Regulatory actions by only one country likely will affect bitcoins only in the short term. There might be a few panic sellers who think everything is over, but in the long run the impact will be very small. Bitcoins and the crypto world im particular are international projects. If one country decides to fight against them they will just move abroad. In todays world it's impossible to control the cyrpo world completely.
4826  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Life, gambling and trials. on: November 23, 2020, 11:30:58 AM
This "gambling money" he told me, he sees it as a form of 'dirty money' that should be spent quickly.
What are dirty money? Money gotten through unlawful means. Is gambling money unlawful? No. Gambling money is legit and you can claim in any bank that this is your money that you get it from gambling. Gambling money is not dirty and I can use it to take care of my myself, families and people, and leaving a better life if I hit a jackpot.

Dirty money are those money that you stole, winning in gambling is something to be proud of to be honest as it's not easy to win in gambling, if you are making money in gambling then you are better than those making money in stocks as in gambling, you can double your money easily anytime as long as you have the skills.

We shouldn't view gambling money as dirty money. There is nothing wrong with it. We all needed to work hard to actually earn the money in the first place. Before winning money you actually need money to use for gambling. Winning is part of the game, so is losing. I wouldn't recommend to spend all your winnings straight away. Better to save some in case you lose next time.
4827  Economy / Economics / Re: Biggest threats to the price of Bitcoin. on: November 23, 2020, 11:25:34 AM
Yeah, I get the point after reading the article. However, it is still a theory that may or may not happen. The development of the new computers can lead also a way for a bitcoin to adapt new technology for community adaptation. Bitcoin can end if people does not want bitcoin and that is the clear thing or reason why bitcoin will going to end compared than the five reason that the article had been speculating.

However, I do believe that people support to bitcoin is always there and it can only be alter if there will be something new that could replace bitcoin for them to enjoy its use.

I agree with you that there is a large fan base of bitcoiners who will believe in the coin no matter what. Even if the prices would fall below 10k again we would just hold and sit out the drop. In the long run bitcoins can only yo upwards. For the meantime I see bitcoins as the highest threat to itself. The recent rally of more than 60% will attract new investors who might think that the price can only rise, but volatility 8s still a thing for bitcoins.
4828  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Trump’s dangerous last stand to retain power!!! on: November 23, 2020, 11:21:49 AM
it is irresponsible to let corrupt biden and the corrupt democrats rule trump has no choice, but to stay in power

But the majority of people actually voted for Biden. What are they supposed to do when they see Trump is staying in office? I think they would also go to the streets and start riots. It looks like a lose lose situation. I just hope the transfer of power will be without violence.
4829  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is it possible to lead a normal life again? on: November 23, 2020, 11:16:39 AM
And mandatory vaccination and chipping is around the corner to save from such a "deadly disease" ))

Not to worry peeps.Your mandatory "papers" are almost redesigned .....not long now Cool

What kind of chipping do you have in mind? I didn't read anything about it. Also thevvaccine is just at the beginning of being produced, there is no way in 2021 we will have enough vaccines to cover the hole world. O think it's likely the will start with high risk patience and medical staff.
4830  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does Bitcoin price rise affect your gameplay? on: November 23, 2020, 10:51:47 AM
On the beginning of the recent rally the bitcoin price didn't affect my gambling habit, I still used btc to top up my poker and black jack bankroll. But now with bitcoins around 19,000 usd again I am getting reluctant to use btc for gambling. It's better to use fiat money in my opinion. I don't want to sell any btc and would accept only bitcoins as withdrawal option for any potential winnings.
4831  Other / Off-topic / Re: Robot Vacuum Cleaner on: November 23, 2020, 10:49:20 AM
A robot vacuum cleaner is a great addition to your home and provides you with more time to do the things you enjoy most – that is unless your thing is vacuuming! Robot vacuums are compact and will not take up too much additional space in your home and are a great addition to your home cleaning arsenal.

I have been using a small robot cleaner for a while now. It's a great addition to your house especially if you have oets.iy definitely helps keeping the pace clean, but it's only an addition. My cleaner has problem in the corners and hard to reach areas, I usually have to clean after him. Atleast it's saving time.
4832  Other / Politics & Society / Re: New world powers to be emerged soon, situations may lead us to WW3... on: November 23, 2020, 10:46:52 AM
Some observers said we are currently in WW3, but not in the form of an all-out war because that would lead to doomsday. It's the war of intelligence, trade, IT, and more about controlling without destructions. Yeah, small wars involving proxy countries could happen, but not directly US army vs CCP vs Russia. Agree, the CCP is gaining more and more influence, and we will see reactions from other countries that were bullied by the CCP.

Another thing is Biden may start new wars again.

I agree with you that any big wars on the future are going to be fought economically not with armies. To many countries around the world already own nuclear weapons. The risk for an all out nuclear war is to big for countries to engage in another World War. The tool countries use these days to fight each other are currencies and treasuries in my opinion.
4833  Economy / Economics / Re: Here is why btc will die as a crypto on: November 23, 2020, 10:42:49 AM
This reason is not enough for btc to die,

Also, You should know that transactions in btc is not designed to give cheap transactions, and there is a minimum transaction fee you can choose every time you transact. Even if you are going to transfer a little money, fee will not depend on that.

I agree the arguments for a potential death of Bitcoins is not convincing in my opinion. The recent rally of Bitcoin price over the last 4 weeks is the best example of why bitcoins ate going to stay around for a very long time. People who buy bitcoins at the current level will never sell their coins if the were would be a big price drop. Investors would just hold and wait for higher prices again. For a coin to die people would need to dump it close to 0.
4834  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Life, gambling and trials. on: November 22, 2020, 09:17:09 AM

So, what do you guys do with the gambling money you get when you win the bet.

It depends, if the winnings are small I just keep on gambling and let the money increase my bankroll. But if I win a larger pot than I usually try to save some money, I either withdraw a bit and invest it into my crypto portfolio or I buy something online as a treat for myself. For example, I recently bought a new headset from my gambling winnings and before that I bought a new CSGO knife which I use now to trade.
4835  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Life, gambling and trials. on: November 21, 2020, 03:25:37 PM
I always try to treat myself with something with the money i won and the i bet with the rest.Worst is to just give everything back to casino, so thats why it is important to by yourself something. It doesnt have to be big thing, but at least something.

This is a very advice in my opinion. We shouldn't only gamble for the sake of winning, it's better to get some happiness out of things we can buy with our winnings. Because if only value money and making more, a loss will hit us pretty hard. So if he have things we will keep even if we lose, it's pretty good.
4836  Economy / Economics / Re: BlackRock’s CIO Says Bitcoin Could Replace Gold on: November 21, 2020, 09:36:24 AM
I think this is great news. BlackRock is the largest Asset Manager in the world, with so many different type of ETF that only good things can come from this. If a company like BlackRock who doesn't have a lot of assets in the crypto world starts to change their view on the market, it could mean the want to make new funds in  the future. First of all this likely means there will be new capital coming into the market. And secondly, Blackrock has a very good reputation that could change peoples views on bitcoins.
4837  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some till don't understand crypto and bitcoin on: November 21, 2020, 09:25:27 AM
SoftBank CEO said crypto will be useful but Bitcoin is hard to understand, but what is crypto without bitcoin? And again how is Bitcoin so hard to believe? Is there anyone on here is find bitcoin hard to understand? What's your thought on this?

I wouldn't worry so much about these people. There will always be critics who just don't understand the crypto world. For me and most other people if we speak about cryptos we have a lot of other coins in mind. But people who have no understanding the will say crypto world = bitcoins. We don't need these negative people, Bitcoin is close to 19.000 USD. That should convince everybody otherwise.
4838  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Election Is Over What Next? on: November 21, 2020, 09:11:26 AM
The media probably loses all their profit margins because their cash cow, Trump, is out of office. They won't have anything left to talk about, and we all know they would never treat Biden with the same level of scrutiny.

I am sure the news will pick out a new fight and try to make it a huge show. Trump was definitely the perfect target for the big News Companies. There were new top stories coming out every week. Biden is going to get a much fairer treatment from journalist in my opinion. Let's see what the next big story is going to be after corona.
4839  Economy / Economics / Re: Invest in BTC vs Invest in Real Estate? on: November 21, 2020, 09:04:37 AM
I have a small capital to invest so real estate automatically goes out of scope. Also, I believe that now investing in crypto is much better than real estate. Because why anyone would like to block a huge capital in the dead investment where you may not stay also. So, for staying purpose it is fine to buy and for investment crypto is better option for me.

With only a small capital budget you could still go for real estate funds. In my opinion Bitcoins is a better pick than Real Estate, but for a good portfolio - I would recommend to split between more asset classes. I have been holding a European Real Estate fund (mainly focusing on residential large apartment blocks in large cities) for years now. The return is pretty decent because you get around 4-5% dividends each year. The price hasn't moved for a long time tho.
