May I know what was the tourney all about was this a paid position or free just like what I have joined on every Wednesday playing with Steve?
4842  Other / Meta / Re: Possible bug with the "Self-moderated" function on: June 15, 2020, 07:47:12 AM
I give it a try on Archival board and it really doesn't have any checkbox to check if you preview it first before you select if you want a self-moderated topic.
Because Archival board doesn't allow a self moderated topic there. That's why self moderated option isn't there. In case of OP, I'm still confused what he is missing or what we are because in my end, it works fine and so does Thebearedbaby said.
Yeah, notice that one even if I goes straight to the additional options. My hunch the OP tested it on boards that limits the self-moderated option like Scam Accusation board as well or even here in Meta. Let's see his response on where di he really find it before he posted this topic.
4843  Other / Meta / Re: Possible bug with the "Self-moderated" function on: June 15, 2020, 07:34:09 AM
I give it a try on Archival board and it really doesn't have any checkbox to check if you preview it first before you select if you want a self-moderated topic. But, I give another try on Reputation board since I know you can have self-moderated topic but even if I have previewed it first the self-moderated checkbox still there.

I think that one can only be seen on boards that limits self-moderated topics. On what board you found this one before you made this topic?

The boards I tried that I preview it first before I click the additional options to check the self-moderated checkbox and still have there: Reputation, Bitcoin Discussion, Development and Technical Discussion and Services board.

The boards I tried that I preview it first before I click the additional options to check the self-moderated checkbox and doesn't have there: Archival and Meta board. (I'll explore for more.)

This profile must be banned despite being inactive. I informed the moderators.
Thanks!
You're very much welcome. Does the profile hushpuppy and kceekcee has been reported too for ban evasion? I think there are still more accounts connected to it, it just need more digging. My hunch is the user just create another account if the other/s has been banned.
4845  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: June 15, 2020, 03:39:26 AM
I think we can see more cases to follow in the next days or weeks because even in my region there have been report of local transmission. I don't mind as well when will it really resume but hoping we can hear about that one as well. I think even if next year or if there's a vaccine available before it resume I think fans can wait.
4846  Economy / Gambling / Re: BADCOGAMING.COM - Best Erotic Casinos on: June 15, 2020, 12:09:21 AM
Well what was really badcogaming is featuring? From what I see on the site there are these women stripping but it isn't really your employees, am I right? If they aren't live and they aren't your employees then what's the reason your site will be visited? This gamblers that are fond of strippers will not found your site a reliable alternative they'll even go to those underrated porns site rather here.
4847  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: [SUGGESTION] Add local child boards please on: June 14, 2020, 12:55:11 PM
If we see countless threads like that then I think diyan lang mag take action si Mr. Big na gumawa ng panibagong child board and if he ever permitted by theymos too. Sa tingin ko mukhang hindi pa oras para diyan maybe you need to report it to Mr. Big on where this threads really appropriate or he can merge it as well sa mga topic na may pagkakapareho sa mga nauna.
4848  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you know job/investment related to crypto that provide stable daily income? on: June 14, 2020, 12:35:18 PM
There really is but that doesn't just get one day it is being earned especially with the skillsets you have. Online jobs have also competitions and if you aren't competitive enough to others the chance is you won't have that passive and stable income. There are dozens of openings especially on crypto kinds of jobs but if you look at it these employers or people wanted dozens of knowledge too, it's like you're giving them the whole pack of programming languages, graphics skills, etc. I think being a BTC-PayPal merchant wouldn't give you that kind of range of daily income, will you still go on?

4850  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoin Exchange Platform is looking for testers on: June 14, 2020, 01:42:40 AM
Does your coin already have a value on other exchanges or is it tradable? If not yet then I suggest to pay either in BTC, ETH or U$D not your own native token. On what country does the exchange resides and do you have license there to operate?
4851  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Another SpaceX scam has reappeared, why is that? on: June 14, 2020, 01:26:43 AM
That doesn't only happen on YouTube because there are also people trying to share that one on Telegram. This isn't new to the industry but if you're observant and vigilant you'll never fall for this lousy scam attempt. Unless Elon Musk make an announcement live on YouTube then I wouldn't bite such clickbait being shared by these random guys.

It's just a test but I think that doesn't really mean to you especially calling me I'm a Ripple, lol Grin I'd want to be the market cap. By the way, this is really a fun test and if ever I repeat it and go a Ripple again I'll go trade them the next hour, I think it's a calling. Better if it will be related to gambling habit the next time quiz and that'll suit the atmosphere here.

So what could lead to the link of the other account BobBct? You can see here the transactions of ether by this address 0x6eb009b0fcde28068ca9ceb8e1d21cefde30c986 and the address listed above. One more thing if you take a look at the username RenBct and BobBct more likely it's his alt, possibility is huge. I am tagging here @Murat for notice and as well as a PM because three accounts mentioned here are currently enrolled/ing on the LEDU signature campaign.
4854  Other / Meta / Re: Is MoparMiningLLC a VIP account? on: June 12, 2020, 09:59:31 AM
If I had to guess I would say you have to a) be a respectable, long standing member, and b) ask nicely

This right here or donate to the forum.

My guess MoparMiningLLC asked for it to theymos so he can get a custom title. Not so long ago other members asked for a change of their usernames and I will not be awed if more and more trusted and reputable members could have it besides they have contributed to the forum.
4855  Other / Meta / Re: What rewards does the one who Merits someone for quality post gets in return? on: June 11, 2020, 11:35:09 PM
Totally, there is nothing but personally if I merit someone that's when if I help them to rank up especially if they are low ranked members. There are merit sources and it's replenished every month for them. Here's the current stats of it https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=merit;stats=sources
4856  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: June 11, 2020, 10:57:47 PM
^^ will be the only betting we are going to make as commissioner Marcial have already spoken on the Abueva ban.

https://www.spin.ph/basketball/pba/abueva-still-suspended-once-pba-season-resumes-says-marcial-a795-20200609?ref=home_hybrid_1

This is too much for Calvin, more than a year of uncertainty is too much of an agony of a player that have family to feed and he got bills to pay also.
That's the problem of calvin because he didn't comply the requirement immediately, I think commissioner marcial is just basing on what he wants calvin to comply and if that is successfully complied, then he can come back and play, it's very simple.

It seems that Calvin is a victim of injustice here.

You can't say that, he was the one who violated the rules, he was just sanctioned and he hasn't complied yet.
If that's the decision of the commissioner then he just have to respect that and I think if he's eagerly wants to play the sooner then he should have comply no matter what hindrances he faced. I think that still remains a lesson for him to take until he fully realize what he done has really huge consequences even this scenario right now that he will not still be able to play even if he had been allowed by the commissioner to practice with the Phoenix Fuel Masters.
4857  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: NEW MEMORANDUM OF BIR CIRCULAR NO. 60-2020 on: June 11, 2020, 07:43:13 AM
They even require to voluntarily include the past transactions of it, I think this isn't new and even by 2013 it already has a memo, RMC 055-13. If it means to all even sa malilit na seller or resellers then there isn't some justice for that at sa tingin ko yung gobyerno ay more on the tax, it's all business for them as well.

“The more corrupt the state, the more numerous the laws.”

Do you think this quote still relevant in this age?

4858  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Again, another renowned exchange went offline... on: June 11, 2020, 06:31:29 AM
It's a huge loss on the user's end since they can't trade with their crypto during that period and if they can just make a little compensation about it then it's fine I guess. Coins.ph somehow do this and it didn't just happen one time, it happens most of the time, not good hedging of them.
4859  Other / Meta / Re: Issue with flag system (Please FIX) on: June 10, 2020, 09:08:22 PM
No no  Cheesy we shouldn't try, I see a note that the flag can't be deleted after it's created, meaning it will be there, we shouldn't try it on an account.
Edit again: And he's been inactive for a long time, why do you need to create a flag on a dead account, MagicByt3?

I don't know his reason but I guess being active by the topic created by the user.

Yeah I get it now. I was a bit confused with the his first post, didn't really get what was the issue right from the beginning.
I somehow thought that everyone is creating topic first, before flagging someone, (or using already existing topic created by someone else with proof) as that's what I am doing so I assumed op is doing the same.
Well, as the trust flag notice you should have to link a clear specific topic to create a flag. But my bad as well as to the OP that it shouldn't be a self mod topic in the first place, see for the images MagicByt3 posted and we can get a clearer view of it. It isn't a bug.

This one:
Quote
You must link to a topic documenting your specific concerns. Someone visiting your topic should get a clear idea of what this flag is about. The topic must not be self-moderated. If you flag many users, you can create a single flag-explanations topic.
4860  Other / Meta / Re: Issue with flag system (Please FIX) on: June 10, 2020, 08:52:46 PM
But why would you use topic link as proof? You should create separate topic explaining why you think someone is scammer. Or eventually you can archive topic and then use that link for flag.
That's what I suggest to him, to create a flag you have to create a new topic. He presented here a new scenario that he wants to add a flag using the self mod topic of one particular user but it hasn't created because it is self mod. If he created a separate self mod topic to think someone was a scammer that will not work at all since self mod topic wasn't allowed to be linked to the flag. I hope you do get my point here as well as him.

Has anyone tried creating flags through a normal topic?
I did but haven't created a flag yet on a self moderated topic. I think to answer this is to create a self mod topic to be linked on the flag and test it if it will work.
