Future payment to Payoneer is still possible, but you won't be able to use your card.

Jadi ternyata begini setelah ane pahami dari reply bitcryptex:
1. Berkenaan dengan bug/exploit tentang fee kemarin, yang butuh update firmware di beberapa wallet yang membuat akhirnya ga bisa make third-party, Ledger memperbaikinya dengan merilis update Ledger Live dan apps Bitcoin untuk device yang bersangkutan.
2. Kalau apps bitcoin di Ledger agan udah diupdate ke versi yang paling baru dan dikonekkan ke Electrum versi 3.3.8 ternyata muncul notif unverified dst itu. Update beta ini ternyata jua belum memperbaiki "masalah" tersebut.
3. Dengan kata lain, Nano X dan jenis wallet Ledger lain ga akan ngasih notif kalau ada app versi baru untuk third-party wallet agan, melainkan hanya akan muncul notif itu kalau third-party software yang agan pake belum mendukung bug-fix terkait dengan segwit tsb.

Sebenarnya tidak spesifik ke US saja sih, karena kan kesimpulan awalnya tentang negara yang melegalkan kripto untuk membayar sesuatu == atmnya banyak. Selain US negara lain juga bisa dibahas, dan bakal lebih keren kalau ada data khusus untuk pembahasan itu.

Yeah it's the same thing. Basically they want you to make sure that your tokens have enough volume for their market. Some exchanges also have this service if you pay a premium. If your project is self-funded and doesn't have lots of cash to spend, consider listing on dex or something similar. Those liquidity provider will eat your money sooner than you think, not to mention the listing fee etc.

The use the "Service" terms to describe both their website and mobile apps. It's kinda ambiguous but judging from the text outlined I also think they probably refer to their website. But I won't be surprised if they do collect the apps itself and use this ambiguity to defend their decision.
