One thing I have noticed alot this season about this Arsenal team is how the players are more interested in winning than who start a game. Even before Jorginho came, it was obvious from someone like Tomiyasu too. I guess it's because they are charging for the title. But regardless, it's a good thing to have. Another thing I've observed about this squad is the 'goal getting' & 'never say die' mentality & that trumps all. Long may it continue.
Credit to Mikel Arteta. He has developed a winning mentality in this Arsenal team, now they approach every game with seriousness and that hunger to win and get all points.
