That is good, and you need to stay focus to control your habit because once you lose control, it will ruin your life and of course, your money will disappear in any minute. But if you can find other hobbies or interest, then I suggest you use that hobby as your new way to prevent your mind to keep playing gambling. Go out with friends is one of the solutions to preventing of playing gambling because we can go to some places and have fun with them without playing any games. Yep I did it several times, but I don't have any kids or wife. At this time I just remember how many times I won and how many times lost, after that I understand that I won much often, so I'm getting better.

For casino owners, they will just implement a certain rule that under age and teenagers aren't allowed to get inside the casino. This applies for the physical casino's but for the online gambling, there's no restriction unless there's KYC. The owner doesn't have responsibility if there are more young people that losses money. Those kids/teens should learn on how to be responsible with their lives and money. Well its too late to blame your decisions since we cant turn back the time If you are not ready for long term holding,then never invest jn bitcoin instead choose altcoins because those are the fast moving coins Bitcoin is designed for long term holding and not for short term gaining so from now on,you know what to do incase needed again. I am keeping all my coins in folio I don’t care it turns out to zero value It's all about decisions and that's why even though we intend to do a long-term holding, we must have a target that will be our exit point from our investment. The price of Bitcoin at the end of 2017 has soared significantly, I don't know why people keep holding it instead of selling it. People kept on holding bitcoin because at that time price was moving so fast that people were thinking it will reach 50K or more and this greed stop them from selling at 20K. Looks like many economies around the world are going to be suffering major downfalls around 2030. The demographic pyramid is completely fucked up in many countries, with locals not having kids because basically millennial cannot afford to live on their own due low wages and high cost of living. In Europe it's all over the place. What grinds my gears is economists saying immigration is the solution and they will pay our retirement funds. This is insanity.
Anyway, do you have a portfolio that makes you comfortable about the future? we are definitely on our own so be sure to have some passive source of income for the future. Hopefully Bitcoin saves our ass and by 2030 we don't have to worry about money anymore.
Cost of living now is really expensive, day by day the amount of cost of living is also increasing but wages are still as it is and not improving even if most of expenses are too expensive now including monthly bills. I don't have any portfolio for our future, I am also busy doing house hold chores and taking care of my baby. Maybe if I can have some time to think of what should I do in 2030, or for better future why not. And if only bitcoin will help us also for our expenses or in our future then it is better to save bitcoin for now.
