Thank you kings!

I must be honest, but Stake and Primedice look very active
They are because they have an incentive in their forum and IIRC, it's the pay per post feature.

Exactly. I used to have a Stake forum account and okay, a lot of it is gambling, which is nice if you like to read and chat with the other Stake users,,, but I found a lot of plagiarized comments and content from THIS forum. It was pay per post unlimited IIRC so people were just hitting it a lot.

Anyway, maybe things are different there now, I have not visited in a while. The best strategies, best content and tipsters are still on bitcointalk IMHO.
I don't visit their forum but that's what I have read before. I don't want to compare bitcointalk and their forum because it's entirely different, different in members and purpose.

In managing their forum, all I can say is that they're perfectly maintaining and keeping their community active.

I haven't encountered such casino's most of them has live chat system because its more popular these days and you can get instant reply from moderators of you have quick questions that needs reply.
If you'll look to the posts on the first page, you'll get to see how many casinos have their own forums as well. They are not that too many but at least they were able to maintain it's activity.
4843  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs. Asset-backed cryptocurrencies: The race for future adoption on: June 04, 2020, 03:50:52 PM
Bitcoin will not be threatened by those "asset backed' cryptos. There's no difference from those kind of cryptos from the ICOs that we have. Do you remember how many of those projects a few years ago claimed to be financially backed up, preciuos metals backed up and even real estate backed?
Yep, and those are just lies to get the unknowingly and gullible investors. But the thing is we are talking about currency here, on which case people does not use bitcoin as a currency but rather as an investment. If there is a threat that you guys are talking about, that would be the CBDC centralized yet there is a certainty on the price that we can use best for daily living. I used to think that bitcoin will be the future and universal currency, but as we go into time it seems like there is another way than bitcoin.
I also don't consider that CBDCs are going to be a threat for bitcoin. It's like you are comparing seas and rivers, bitcoin is decentralized and CBDCs are government backed which means they're all centralized so, the difference of the two is still considerably enough not to make any comparison.

There were many of them but look hey, most of those projects are no longer existing today. They probably are existing but to not the point that they still have liquidity. They exist as a coin but no volume, not liquid.
It's futile to look back at non-existing projects, we already know what did the turn of events do to it, basically it uncovers the curtain of a possible weak foundation of the future.
It's not that futile but OP have opened up about these "backed up" cryptocurrencies and we're used to it before. Those years from 2016-2018 and we have seen how they fell shortly.
4844  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ESPORTS - predictions and tips (Dota 2, CS:GO, LoL) on: June 04, 2020, 02:49:07 PM
Sadly, you will need to wait until 2021, since Dota 2 The International 10 is moved to 2021 due to COVID-19.  Embarrassed
Yeahh, but maybe if it's true that when The International 10 starts, Ana will be ready to play with OG and make the tournament become more interesting.
Especially if there will be more shocking things like IO carry in the last TI  Grin.

I just hope TI 10 will be more interesting than Majors and these recent online tournaments.
Ana might go back to OG unexpectedly but who's the player that he will replace? MidOne and Sumail will go offlane or it's Sumail and Ana will go back as their safe lane. We don't know but this what Ana did for two consecutive TIs. It was never expected by us that he will appear just only for TI.

It's a decent pay check for him and part time whenever the TI goes near. There are rumors that there might be a two TI for 2021, who knows but next year is going to be full of surprises right?  Smiley

I haven't used any bot and I don't think I'll use any of it. I have read some success stories about their usage about bots. You can set it and even without bots but it has to be specific amount lower than the current price.

One bot that's famous not just entirely in the forum but probably also outside is gunbot. However, I don't know if that feature is with it. But to know more of it, see the details on its website.

4847  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2020-05-30] China: Parliament passes law allowing inheritance of Bitcoin on: June 03, 2020, 07:39:23 PM
In fact, this is really important, because if you do not develop this topic, your family may lose your savings in the future.
You can be the first mover to teach your family how to keep bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies that you or they may be owning. It wouldn't be hard for you to tackle it to them because it's your family.

Unlike if the person you'll be teaching personally isn't your relative and you don't know the background, there might be some confidence and compatability issues.

Even if there is no law that includes bitcoin as inheritance, you can create your own last will testament or if you don't like the idea, as you have thought them how to import and access your wallets, there's no involvement needed with a third party.
4848  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Surge - What is happening? on: June 03, 2020, 06:15:50 PM
I don't know why people speculate this much and create this kind of hype. Though there's still a possibility for an increase, there's not much basis for people to believe just because of what the graph shows.
I understand your curiosity about the model and I've also seen a lot of published articles describing and discussing that theory. However, it's just a speculation just like any other that we mostly hear from different predictions.

Due to volatility, they've made that model which can make it possible to reach those seems to be impossible prices. The surge didn't last but still brought excitement that bitcoin's too resilient enough to get high whether it goes too low.
4849  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What type of gambling do you want? on: June 03, 2020, 05:30:12 PM
I want to vote for two games, dice and sports betting. The majority of the answer will be dice as it's the most common game for most of the crypto casinos that we know. Some are dedicated to this game just like bustadice, primedice and others.

Most of the reputable casinos are actively communicating with their community and that's an important matter for those starting casinos. It's hard for them to cope up with the old ones because some of them are not serious and just came in because they've thought that it's going to be a profitable business for them.

4851  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: People are complaining about airdrop/bounty earnings, something more profitable? on: June 03, 2020, 02:26:48 PM
Maxbounty is a real business website, you probably misunderstood it for having the word bounty to its name. It's a real business as you know and that's how the traditional marketing goes, their business model isn't the same as the bounties.

Do you have some good tips for us how to earn money in a time of crypto crysis?
We're not in crypto crisis but the world is in pandemic crisis so that's two different things. Although we experience pandemic, it's unlikely that the crypto market is affected. Many companies have closed down due to this crisis and they have dropped employees even if they don't want to. Determine the need of the people in your place so you can look for a specific job or business you can do. But if you don't like that, surf into freelancing websites.
4852  Economy / Economics / Re: Economic Impact Of Commercial Space Exploration on: June 02, 2020, 06:12:52 PM
What impacts do you predict this would have and should Bitcoin go to the moon, would you be boarding a rocket to space?
It's going to be an expensive trip so, I'll save myself for that and would be happy to see others getting there soon. Musk holds a small amount of bitcoin and who knows if a logo of bitcoin will be attached to one of his rockets.
I read somewhere that it is estimated to cost about $50 million when space tourism would become a possibility, it's a high fee, but there are a number of people who would be able to afford that.
The possibilities are only propositions now, we're yet to see how SpaceX and other private companies would push on. Due to the effort that goes into a launch, I guess it'll be another couple of years before we get a solid update as safety measure and trials takes time.
Yes, that might be an expensive trip for everyone but people who are on and above the level of rich living and can consider this amount affordable, they would pay for that unforgettable experience. Those upcoming years will surely be a great contribution to the economy and like what we're seeing after the launch, this is just nothing compared to what's coming when it's already able to bring tourism in space.

It's going to be an expensive trip so, I'll save myself for that and would be happy to see others getting there soon. Musk holds a small amount of bitcoin and who knows if a logo of bitcoin will be attached to one of his rockets.
Musk's is a true definition of privacy, he is so clever that none of us know if he's saying is true or not. Just look at his twitter account. We don't even know how many bitcoins he got.  Huh
He said that he owned 0.25BTC to JK Rowling but we can't be sure if he's just giving a small amount or that's the reality. As for me, I don't think a person like him owns that small quantity of bitcoin and knowing that he's into technology.

Is the community that's outside of their website and uses another platform for their forum counted? just like fortunejack's discord and subreddit.

4854  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is good for environment on: June 02, 2020, 04:51:11 PM
For example there was project of building huge solar facility on Sahara desert, where there are no electricity highways, nor consumers around. Bitcoin mining is the easiest way to join global energy market for many underdeveloped nations.
This is a good example of using the solar energy but starting a bitcoin mining facility there, it isn't going to be ideal. There are factors that you need to consider in starting one and you have forgotten about the temperature. This is just an example though but there's also a bit of reality in it.

Another energy source could be the hydro-electric, I think somewhere in the province of China there's this one big mining facility that uses hydro-electric to sustain their mining farm.
4855  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Breaking historic resistance on: June 02, 2020, 04:09:07 PM
The bad news:
Health support levels are $ 9,600 (4-hour SMA 10) and $ 9,200 (30-min SMA 50), Fibonacci 24.6% retracement level> Therefore, we are expected to return to these health levels, although I am optimistic about the continuation of the rise.
Speaking of bad news, it just happened but not $9200 yet it's close.

It got back to $9400 sadly and seems $10k was a bull trap. I was also expecting a positive volatile move tonight but it got in wrong direction. The dump happened within very short time though.
It's still healthy to see that it got back to $9400. That was a quick ride and I wasn't expecting that it would be followed by an immediate dump. Now, it's another interesting time to wait for the articles and news to have their say about the reason for that dump.

4856  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This is why I believe bitcoin will crush in the distant future on: June 01, 2020, 05:39:23 PM
You misunderstood the concept when someone has lost his bitcoins forever. It will actually help to make the remaining bitcoins rare because the supply is lesser.

And that means, a higher price for bitcoin.

Hmm, I smell an incredible price-jump in the future  Roll Eyes
Yes, and that is the reason why everyone is saying HODL. Save as much as you can, we just went through the halving and the cycle after that is common for most bitcoin holders. But if you have no idea, check the history of the 2 halvings on 2012 and 2016.

All right. The fewer bitcoins circulating in the world, the higher the demand for them and, accordingly, the higher the price.
Obviously, over time, bitcoins will become smaller due to the fact that people will lose access to their private wallets or, as you said, in the event of death.

However, most of the people will surely be safe for this case, especially exchanges that own a huge number of bitcoins.
The bitcoin deficit will increase in a natural way, which will make this asset especially desirable.

I am sure there will be many more forks on this subject.
In case of death, I think we have our own plans of how we will introduce our private keys to our parents, children or immediate relatives. But, I'm not thinking of that, don't think of it so that we won't have worries in our minds which might be the actual reason why we'll be in stress.
4857  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This is why I believe bitcoin will crush in the distant future on: June 01, 2020, 04:59:49 PM

And that means, a higher price for bitcoin.

Bitcoin is not like a bank meaning that cannot be used as inheritance. So will it live only on our era? Will it be lost in the future?
Hal managed to pass his bitcoins to his children.

Those discussions about inheriting your bitcoins are of more than academic interest. My bitcoins are stored in our safe deposit box, and my son and daughter are tech savvy. I think they're safe enough. I'm comfortable with my legacy.
4858  Economy / Economics / Re: Economic Impact Of Commercial Space Exploration on: June 01, 2020, 03:37:07 PM
I'm just a bit questionable about the timing though I know it was planned few years ago but did they not consider the fact that the world is having a problem due to the pandemic?
I've thought of this but, IMO it's timely and good to boost the feelings of everyone that's thinking of how bad this pandemic is. In the past, space explorations became the talks and gathered a lot of attention of the entire world and nothing has changed.

Except the fact that it's SpaceX, a private company together with NASA.

I'm thinking the impact of this launch for other countries that are looking forward to have the same launch as SpaceX's. Musk's is moving forward and has a high target of sending space tourists in the near future which means huge profit for his company.

This will create competition and we might see a competitor soon.

4859  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Voided Bets: Can a betting site void a game which is accepted by the league? on: June 01, 2020, 02:41:33 PM
I've read your post to the rand's thread but I'll reply here because it seems to be the one that you have said.

I have experienced some games before that I should win my bet but the bookie didn't counted my win. They haven't mentioned the reason but as suggested, it probably have something to do with their rules. It really feels unfair for us specially if we should have won the bet and match.

If they have voided your bets on that specific match between Team Unique and Vikin.GG, sorry but we can't do anything with their decision.
4860  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will governments do next to manipulate Bitcoin? on: May 31, 2020, 10:08:44 AM
They have already figure it out that bitcoin is working for their citizens so it's now time to take advantage of that use. They won't ban bitcoin, as a matter of fact only few countries did banned it because they don't understand it. The only thing they know about bitcoin is it's the money of criminals and illegal transactions but they don't see the usefulness of it.

looks like the government now taking their piece of cake?but what government would not want to gain?looks how much money is now inside this market?the amount that inside crypto is enough to feed the whole 3rd world country.
As if that's the main agenda of the governments that want to get inside to bitcoin. They're in it because there's money and it doesn't matter to them if it's for the sake of their people or for personal interest, it's the reality which we knew about governments.

Quote
How much money does it require for them to manipulate bitcoin? I don't think that they'll go with that game but instead take the advantage and pay attention to their citizens that's making money out of it and tax them because it's volatile for them  to play bitcoin's game of manipulation.
actually what OP is saying is those government is making issues to shaken the market and not manipulating with Big budget.
That's the point and do you think they can shake or manipulate the market without anything inside their pockets? You can't shake the entire bitcoin market or any market without any huge fund involved.
