4841  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Extra weeks added to bounty campaign on: November 04, 2019, 09:38:22 AM
To all bounty hunters on this wonderful forum i want to know if its advisable to continue with the bounty you have been promoting for 12weeks that got extra 8weeks added more, have you promote projects this long that ends up with good end results? Thank you
You already work for 12 weeks with that campaign and maybe if you leave you will no longer qualified to get your reward so If I were you, if you want to leave then ask the campaign manager if its ok and if not you'd better to continue and wait for another 8 weeks to see if its really worth it. A big risk if a bounty has extended because you don't know if its still worth it or not, you have to take the risk and make a good decision.
I doubt it if the OP will be qualified to get reward for the eight weeks work I also participated in a bounty similar to that one after promoting them for 12 weeks they extended it for another 8 weeks I Pmed the bounty manager and notify him about leaving the campaign I was informed  that I won't get payment for the job done, this is very annoying and those are one of the risks as a bounty hunter, another issue is the coin being worthless after listing and many more.
4842  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: You don't want Bitcoin, You don't want Future :-\ on: November 04, 2019, 08:26:12 AM
Honestly, there are really people who don't believe in Bitcoin because of their wrong interpretation of it. They don't know its advantages as a currency and as a mode of payment. Yes, it also has its risks but it could honestly make things more convenient than banks. Bitcoin is more accessible and we could really have financial freedom through it in the future.

I agree with your statement ad financial freedom and transactions across the border and within the borders without involvement of any third party or government agencyt was the aim of bitcoin creation but here you could either find people only stressing on either the advantages or disadvantages of bitcoin rather than a neutral view as biased post sends out wrong interpretation of bitcoin. We need more neutral posts and analysis in order to help each other's and new folks.
My financial freedom is not tied to any third party unlike when I banked my funds and I am always called to come and summit all forms of identifications and subjected to all forms questions relating to some of my fiat transactions which is very annoying and embarrassing however with bitcoin I have the ability to access, hodl and transact my coins anonymously without any interference, I believed  bitcoin is the financial revolution that would sweep financial institutions in few years ahead.
4843  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to hidden or Delete all coin in myether wallet? on: November 03, 2019, 07:43:51 PM
There is no way to delete of hide them, the only option is to create another wallet or transfer your shitcoins to another wallet in which will cost you additional transaction fees.

If you didn't like to use new your wallet address then that is the only option that you can choose. But if I were to choose, it is best to create another wallet than free your current wallet with shitcoins by spending few bucks for transaction fees.
The most annoying thing is using my ethereum as the transaction cost ie.gas in moving out those shits token I think its better to create a new wallet as you rightly said personally its been a long time I login to myethwallet because those tokens are like eyesore to me, however I thought one of those shit coins might become useful in the nearest future probably if the project is resuscitated.
4844  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: November 03, 2019, 05:36:23 PM
Excellent display by Leicester City. Winning away at Crystal palace was a fantastic result for them. Now up to third in the PL table because of superior goal difference over Chelsea.

Manchester United are 10 points off a Champions League 4th place and Tottenham are 11 points off 4th place. it is getting tight at the top that is why the EPL is the best league in the world  Grin
Manchester United and Arsenal performing badly despite being busy in the transfer window. I am so impressed with how Brendan Rodgers has instilled confidence at Leicester City.
Now all they have to do is keep the moment until the end of season.
I hope Leicester sustain the momentum and mount pressure on Man city and Chelsea  in case of any slip among the top three they can take over their positions  I had began to have interest in their team I hope they have an injury-free season this is because as we approach January transfer window that is when many team losses first team players due to injuries and fatigue.
4845  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: See a bitcoin/crypto scam site? Don't just ignore it. Report it. on: November 03, 2019, 04:02:07 PM
This could be through scam promotions on Bitcointalk, Reddit, or any other social media sites, or maybe through Google ads, etc. Instead of just completely ignoring it, spend a few seconds reporting the scam site as to hopefully prevent potential victims from falling for these scams. Even if the difference to be made probably is just minuscule, it could make a difference.

Remember, it only takes a few seconds.

I am very grateful to you OP, because you have made a post about a scam or phishing site in my opinion this scam should be reported immediately so as not to endanger many others or ourselves, for me it is better to lose a little time to report a fake site rather than losing money when browsing pishing sites like that I hope their Google team must immediately block sites that can harm other people.
I also commend the effort of the OP in bringing to notice this scam menace that had been painting the cryptospace in a bad light I am suggesting a special Thread should be dedicated to those scam sites this will help newbies not to fall for these scams because those pranks are usually targeted beginners in cryptos who are usually carried away with juicy offers.
4846  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mass adoption growing or decreasing? on: November 03, 2019, 09:04:35 AM
im sure to answer mass adoption is growing. you can check in news there are many adoptions especially about cryptocurrency

Comparing the price of bitcoin 10 years ago to the present price is testimony to the fact that it mass adoption is growing and increasing in leaps and bound the above link is clue to more upcoming adoption of blockchain that would triggers more usage invariably enhances more growth of cryptocurrencies the latest one coming from the Chinese president.
4847  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can I still get wealthy through Bitcoin? on: November 03, 2019, 07:55:11 AM
Bitcoin has a total supply of 21 million coins and out of that total supply, only a little over 18 million if them has been mined so far and it's estimated that it would take about 120 years for the remaining 3 million to be mined.

Bitcoin reached an all time high of $20,000 and this was at a time when less than 50 million people were using a bitcoin wallet worldwide so imagine what would happen when bitcoin finally achieves worldwide adoption and billions of people all over the world starts using it.

What I am basically trying to say is that Bitcoin is still in it's early stage compared to where I envision it to be in years to come, I don't like giving financial advice and that is why I gave you my opinion from my own point if view so that you can add it to your own research and make your own conclusions.
Those few investors will be the only rich investors in future then. Anyone who does not want to invest in bitcoin and chooses some other dependent asset, is committing the biggest blunder of his life. Bitcoin has been the most beneficial asset among all so far. Even gold is nothing in front of it. In order to achieve big, greedy investors need to be patient. Still a good news, bitcoin will be rising soon so they don't need to wait for long either.
So many years ahead for blockchain project a pointer to the fact bitcoin had not reached its peak with the turn of events of the price of bitcoin this alone ( price  from $3300 to $9K+)  is a fact that hodlers and accumulators of bitcoin will make enormous huge profits or possibly became wealthy in years ahead going through the present statistic of few numbers of bitcoin users indicating that more worldwide adoption will triggers the price upward.
4848  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: November 03, 2019, 06:45:13 AM
By the way, Jose Mourinho to Arsenal? Possible?
It is possible, but would split the fan base between those who want to maintain the clubs values and those who want success by all means. Unai Emery has not handled the team well, and the last 3 outings is a selection of his entire term at arsenal, his team can't hold on to any bit of momentum and fizzle out in the late stages.
I believed majority of Arsenal fans would like to maintain club values set up Arsene wenger, Mourinho is not the type of coach that fits Arsenal style of play i.e free flowing and possessive play, their last matches really exposes coach Emery lapses and the team could defend their goal advantage a sign of clueless of their coach in reading the game
4849  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in High School Syllabus on: November 03, 2019, 05:33:51 AM
I think it would be better if they will start on basics first.
Like on the blockchain, because Bitcoin uses the technology called blockchain. Because I believe that learning the core of everything before jumping into some complex topics or subject is difficult.
Basic topic like, what is Bitcoin? How Bitcoin works? Or even some basic technical about Bitcoin like how the fees works and how the blocks works or transaction works, etc.
You are right here the elementary aspects and the basic should  first be their priority in teaching the students however I am very sure one of those topics will covers the subject on blockchain else it will be very difficult for them to grasp the whole syllabus above all this is a laudable gesture by the French authorities to introduce the teaching of bitcoin in their high school this will in a long run set the students on the right path towards the idea of adopting bitcoin as a digital currency in the future.
4850  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum Price Action in relation to Bitcoin on: November 02, 2019, 06:54:18 PM
of course, there will be a relationship between ethereum prices and bitcoin prices. although the impact of ethereum on bitcoin is not so great but seeing the impact of bitcoin on ethereum is very influential. when bitcoin goes up, there is a possibility that ethereum and altcoin will also go up. and vice versa if there is a decrease. but we will see how ethereum prices will turn out after making the updates planned next year. as well as bitcoin which is also getting ready. if lucky and accepted by the market with a good response this will be a big pump in the next year.
I previewed 4 chart of ETH/USD and BTC/USD show both price correlation thus whenever bitcoin pumps so also ethereum thus majority of these altcoin upward movement is tied to bitcoin as you rightly said reference to the ATH of bitcoin 2017 resulted to ethereum and many altcoin bullish runs in that same year however immediately bitcoin dumped eth follow-suit invariably with other altcoins in fact some bcame worthless and dead.
4851  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: People are to be blame for what happened to them on the internet on: November 02, 2019, 05:27:44 PM
When it comes to money people like trying out things the way they see fit, try first learn later is the rules of newbies and thats why they always get scammed easily, HYIP, Pyramid Scheme, as dangerous and alarming these two are people still join them till date, both crypto and internet is not the evil here, people are to be blame for what happened to them
Newbies don't really take time in studying how any many things on the internet work especially HYIPs and most often they are very greedy and gullible are easily carried away by juicy offers of course most of them wanted to make quick money thus get scammed and even when warned not to fall for those internet pranks they ignored those warning until they get scammed before realizing their mistakes.
4852  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: November 02, 2019, 03:43:20 PM
Not much good fixtures except for Everton vs Tottenham but I have a feeling that Spurs will win this one. I hope Spurs do some change from this round.

I also think the Spurs will win against Everton even though at home the hosts must find additional points to climb their standings, but Spurs also do not want to lose Kane and friends will try to score a goal for his victory.

Prediction 3-2
At Goddison park it will be very dicey game you can't rule out everton in their home while Tottetham are not playing very well at the moment of course they lost their last game against Liverpool I think getting a draw isn't bad one for the visitor.
Aston Villa is presently leading by a goal against Liverpool as I mentioned earlier the best result for Liverpool is to get a draw they are playing away although Liverpool is having a good game mounting pressure on Aston Villa while the host has been sitting at the back waiting for any counter attack over all its has been very entertaining game waiting for the final score.
4853  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price would touch $16K soon- By Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao on: November 02, 2019, 11:52:43 AM
Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao predicting the price of bitcoin is very rare and remarkable unlike Tom Lee who is synonymous with spilling out unrealistic predictions I am convinced that Binanace CEO must have done his home work ie analysis before making such a statement he has indirectly attributed one of the fundamental reasons tied to his prediction on 1.6 billion people which I believed is coming from china I hope his prediction come to pass its gonna be a huge boast to bitcoin hodlers and its very obvious other altcoin will be bullish too.

4855  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Automated Cryptocurrency Trading for Beginners on: November 01, 2019, 11:27:11 PM
Automation is good for traders that are busy and can not spend most of their time to trade all day. But those traders which use automated trading method should also realize that profit will be reduced since its been traded by a bot, they wont be able to partake in any BTC sudden surge in price.  And in order to be safe traders into automated trading should take out time to also have knowledge about crypto trading no matter how little it is
A beginner should understand trading bot will make the things easier but will not make the profits for us to be easier in history there are lot of scams and losses also happened due to bots so for beginner they should try manual trading method than looking for automation because bots are really a thing for pro trader who keep trading 24/7 not for the one who don't have enough time for that.
I also canvasses manual trading for a beginners in cryptos this will enable them to have a first hand experience, manage their trades with a suitable stop loss and take profit, starting a with automated trading bot is not the best option due to unreliability and might be complex to a newbie thus failure to setting up correctly might lead to loss of trades.
4856  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: be careful with projects that offer you great prizes, that is not a guarantee of on: November 01, 2019, 10:25:48 PM
Agreed, good projects should not promise huge profit to their investors as it might cause a huge damage to the proejct' reputation. I prefer invest in the projects which are likely to show a natural growth.
well, I am in agreement with you, because a good project is a project that shows the quality and development of their project, not just providing mere profit.
A good project will span a lot of years and worth promoting it unlike those projects that has the tendency to fail due to their bogus and juicy promises  whose life span will surely be short-lived its high time we should be wary of those fraudulent offers that had been painting cryptospace in a bad light and ensured that we promote projects that will add value to the system.
4857  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Betting : A big problem to crypto? on: November 01, 2019, 09:04:55 PM
I once came across an article where it was stated that over 60 percent of most crypto transaction were used for betting. I don't see anything wrong with that. But don't you think it portrays crypto in a bad way?
60% crypto transaction is used for betting??  are you sure about what you read in that article!!  I don't think this is an important thing to discuss.. as long as it doesn't harm people, I don't think there's anything wrong.
I can not believe it if there is no evidence of the article attached, there may be a mistake or news made to drop crypto. plus if that happens crypto is only a means of payment in a betting method, so I don't think it's a big deal. because the pure gamble is that the user does it
If the statistic is true and authentic then the reason could be as a result of betting in cryptos is a daily transaction whereas in trading a trader withdrawal might be on weekly or monthly basis depending on the trader's choice likewise miners however the above mentioned statistics of betting cannot paint cryptos in a bad light because those betting transactions are carried out legitimately.
4858  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Rant: I am thinking of Quitting my Interest in Crypto Currency on: November 01, 2019, 08:10:06 PM
If quitting is an answer, then there might be lots of people who will leave Cryptocurrency for their own reasons. We all know that Crypto has its ups and downs. Crypto has been through a lot so I don't think quitting would still be an answer to your agony.
If you're having problems with the rules and requirements such as KYC and other security procedures, you got no choice but to follow and go on with it. It's okay to complain since crypto itself isn't perfect but things would still depend on how we deal with different situations here.
Complaining alone won't help but you should know the next step to take if you're being stuck in a mess.
I don't see any valid reasons for him to quit the cryptospace there are several credible and trusted exchange apart from coinbase whose requirement for KYC is not mandatory and and has withdrawal limit before KYC why quitting? yobit and some other ones has a low trading fee and allow US traders and they are not too greedy there are also male cryptocurrency meet up and convention around the cryptospace.
4859  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The crypto hell: the exchangers manipulation. on: November 01, 2019, 12:24:44 PM
Nothing new, its been so many years and the market is being manipulated sometime.
Manipulation is a normal thing in every stokck or exchange.
If you are smart enough you can ride, if you have a weak mind then you will left alone
Like what you said, manipulation is normal in all types of market. Every market have a big player who have huge amount of money. They posses power that can influence the price of a certain coin or stock.
Some Forex brokers are also culprits in price manipulation reference forexpeacearmy.com where series of scam and manipulation are made against them I was surprise that these abnormalities is also embedded in crypto exchanges I believed this is an eye opener to newbie to research well before depositing or investing in any crypto exchange I know two or three that are very trustworthy and credible thus weak minded should be very careful.
4860  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: November 01, 2019, 11:17:23 AM
liverpool won't lose points. I think a misfire if it happens it will be only in December or maybe later but for now there is no reason for this. Bookmakers give a good odds for this match (1.4) and I'll take it to tomorrow's express.

that is indeed true. Liverpool will not lose points in an upcoming match. And there say the failure of Liverpool only in December? Oh god, that's just the experience that happened in the previous season. This will not happen again this season. Just look at Liverpool will be consistent in each of their matches.
Liverpool had not too solid defence-wise this season thus you can't rule out the possibility of Liverpool losing some matches ahead, van dijk and co who had been marshaling their defence line had been vulnerable this season there consistency is not guaranteed unlike last season when they were very solid defencely, midfield very intact and compact while their attack was superb.
