Account is currently locked. So, no need to add -ve trust.
If ever it will be unlocked then I will access it and no one else.

As with the last time, send me a PM and I 'll remove the negative warning.

Do you (or anyone) have a screenshot of the stats page or some other source as to what used to be on that page?
I remember the number of posts (and percentage) per board, number of poll-votes and a graph showing the distribution of activity per hour of the day

The first two Known alts threads have various screen shots (as well as links to archived pages) - the Mk III thread doesn't have any given the elapsed time after the feature was disabled.  A very handy tool - some users would be well and truly Butt Hurt TM they weren't an alt and the proof would be in the pudding as it were when the stats page would show (for example) both users were online in the same two hour period of the day over many weeks of activity...

Perhaps if you tried the SMF link at bottom of page and viewed their version or, find other forums that use the SMF system then you can glean an idea of the format used.

It would be an interesting exercise to compare users who aren't related and hadn't expected such a feature to be revived...

You aren't arguing against my points. You are just saying "no one will ever agree so I guess we have to have no standards". I like how you frame arbitrary tagging of users without documented basis as "freedom of choice". Almost makes it sounds like you are enforcing people's rights to take other people's rights to exist here like anyone else without being harassed over constantly shifting totally arbitrary rules. You have the right to shut the fuck up and be subject to the random whims of internet mobs. Que libertad!

To me Ratimov is a clear stand out - you can't get ahead in life without upsetting a few people along the way.

I'm leaning towards Rikaflip because he has five trust Vs one distrust (discounting those who distrust both Ratimov etc in my analysis above).

Also unlike the other two stand outs, Rikafikp isn't playing the trust game:

My first negative feedback is on sardasa's main account stating I do not trust the hacker in a trade thus I believe I am using the trust feedback in the New! and Improved! fashion as outlined by theymos a few days ago.

(still no response from him concerning my question in his newest thread)
4866  Other / Meta / Re: sardasa account hacked (yet again) on: February 02, 2020, 12:22:19 PM
As with the previous occasion in December 2019, I have placed a negative on your main account trust feedback stating that I do not trust the hacker.   I will gladly remove this negative when the account has been restored to its rightful owner.

Another suggestion you might want to consider is visiting a paper wallet site such as https://www.bitaddress.org/ or https://segwitaddress.org/ and generate a thousand wallet addresses with the bulk wallet generator.  You put the wallet addresses into your database to show a user (eg checkout), but the private keys are stored in an offline environment so there's only the chance a hacker would add their own seeded wallet addresses.

You can even do this for donations if you want to personalise each users' experience (it's also a sort of de-facto tracking / cookie)
4868  Economy / Lending / Re: Free lightning tests on: February 02, 2020, 10:22:53 AM
The transactions were for 10,000 days and a 100 TX fee was added however the balance didn't update for a while then the fee changed to 30 and 34 says for the two TX's.
It usually takes a while to update the balance in BlueWallet (which is one of the things I don't like about the wallet), but I haven't seen it change the fee after a while. You can report it by email or Telegram.
There's also the mystery where my 100000 sat balance turned into 99999 sats, so this might be related.

that should have read 10,000 sats, but my phone just refuses to accept what I wrote is what I meant.  Also as you point out the balance doesn't update and it seems to think the pre transaction balance is still available (IE a double spend situation *might* be able to occur in the minutes/hour until the balance updates).

I've just logged into multipool.us and it looks to be a shadow of its former self - very much like a Ghost Town.  I do recall they were teamed up with other pools, so the miners might have migrated.
4874  Economy / Lending / Re: Lightning Network Lenders' (and borrowers) discussion thread. on: January 31, 2020, 12:37:12 AM
What I do like about the BLUE LN wallet is that you can deposit on-chain funds directly to your LN wallet and then send them on as LN transactions.  Not sure about the hotwallet, they must have thought of that (!) and slowly / trickle feed a portion into a cold wallet to prevent disasters.

Then again, if a wallet goes offline, those funds could get put into (semi)cold storage until the wallet itself becomes hot/active again then they are on "stand-by" (or some sort of rob Peter to pay Paul set-up)

As part of my "Litmus Test" project, I'm intending to go back and demote my trade's to neutral (my recent trades with The Pharmacist I've only given as neutral and told him I wasn't looking for *any* feedback on his side).  I always wondered why BAC never (or selectively) gave out positives.  I guess he was ahead of the game in that respect.
4876  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: How to connect small private pool to a public bigger pool on: January 30, 2020, 11:35:05 PM
Sounds like you want to setup a scam for the ignorant and charge them an exorbitant 10%

A sub-pool business would be some number of PH at least, not 20TH.

A scam would (theoretically) be where a pool withholds some or all of a miners claim for frivolous things such as being unwilling to or not knowing how to payout miners' entitlements for an extended period of time.

OP - do your research and team up with a big mining operation.  I've used multipoool.us, findblocks.com and even kano's pool with varying degrees of success to name a few.
4877  Economy / Lending / Re: Lightning Network Lenders' (and borrowers) discussion thread. on: January 30, 2020, 04:14:59 PM
Hmmmm yeah they don't look like a good choice. Honestly custodial wallets for the lightning network seem a bad idea unless you won't be online for 2 weeks. Other than that, you should have enough time to publish a dispute or sign a new commitment transaction.

Lightning network keys must stay online permanently so it's much less secure than a regular custodian like coinbase.

I have to have my mobile phone off at various times during the day - same for any person whose battery goes flat / power outage etc.   At some point you're going to disconnect from the network.

I did have a chuckle at the counter - the trailing white number is intended to be a fraction - which shows my age I can recall motor-vehicles having such a "feature" in their speedometer.

There's always been the capacity to mark coins with a tag that others can use to identify those coins down the road.  They are refereed to as coloured coins - I would have preferred them to be called by another name, but I'm sure alt coins hadn't been dreamed up at that time.  I haven't heard many people talk about coloured coins for a while now.

I was about to ask if anyone knew of a link for the Wallet of Satoshi APK that doesn't involve google/apple stores, but then I saw this:

https://www.walletofsatoshi.com/disclosure.html

Quote
4. Customer Credit
a) Limit of $1000 or equivalent

Topping up a Wallet of Satoshi is restricted to a maximum total of $1000 AUD. Bitcoin and Lightning balances are also included in this total. If you attempt to credit your wallet with more than $1000 AUD equivalent, you will need to contact support@walletofsatoshi.com to get a refund.

which seems to me as though they have a propriety wallet similar to Blue Wallet but more draconian.
