Let's have a 4th option for those who don't understand the question.

What would you like the 4th option to be?

Are you saying that we should vote to decide whether SuperCLAM gets to keep control of her bitcointalk account?

It isn't her account.  It is Xploited delegating to her as I understand.

I'm saying we should have a vote to determine who is delegated the task of running the account and making posts that are based on facts and consensus.

I've created a poll to see if people would like to elect the SUPERCLAM captain.

Please drop by and vote.

Just wondering what everyone else views on this are.

SuperCLAM is the Clamcoin OP community account.  It is currently being shared by Xploited and Creative.

I propose that we have an election in order to see who manages this account once per year with a few checks and balances.

@Original poster
You should probably lower the price a bit.  Yours looks like it has had its fair share of use and you can get new 92FS's for like $500.

Priced at $475 and includes shipping.  The condition is really nice.

You aren't going to find one of these used pistols for cheaper on the internet.  (link if you find one please!)

I just don't think this type of pistol is the type of gun that flips very well for Bitcoin.

brand new, $499 with free shipping: https://www.armsunlimited.com/Beretta-92FS-Police-9mm-Pistol-p/j92f630.htm

I am just saying 92s are not hard to find, I just bought my second one back in February.  It was a Beretta 92A1 with 3x 17 round mags & night sights, new for under $500 delivered(but that was a hell of a deal)

Well god damn Tongue

Thanks for inspiring me to cancel this sell after over a year of trying....

I still sell guns!  I'll be back.

Thread locked.

Can we have elections on who controls the Superclam account?  (Please come on over and vote if you would like to have a vote: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1212422.msg12721665#msg12721665)

I think CLAM would have a much brighter experience if we had different people in the proper positions of power.

CreativeClam would you consider making your own Bitcointalk account in order to make post on your opinion rather than on the OP shared account?

Just - dice has been doing good but the volatility because of the sell pressure is the main problem now

I got my bid in at around .001 BTC per.

It's best to claim your free coins if possible from your old BTC, LTC or DOGE wallets.  (see my signature for a easy way to see if your addresses qualify)

Purchasing to invest over there isn't required.

Diversifying your dice portfolio is not the way to go.

Stick with Just-dice.

Do you think that the price decrease would have anything to do with one or several people finding a shitton of qualifiable addresses and now just cashing out "free money" for them?

Absolutely.

As we speak there is a single entity digging what has been estimated at over 500,000 CLAMs.  They dig and dump slowly bleeding the market for the time being.

This single entity seems to have controlled 3% ALL Bitcoin addresses in use on May 12, 2014  Shocked.

NOW I see how BAC has all his CLAMs, Smiley. I'm a CLAM holder myself but this was a cool idea, and I'm glad it's been working out for you.

Hehe thanks!  Every time the site functions as planned a little confidence is gained on my end! Cheesy  We still have a ways to go and shit to improve.

Just a couple of weeks ago there was more than 100 BTC of buy orders at or above the current price. It didn't tempt the digger then. Why do you think it would now?

I think the "tone" of the market has changed since a few weeks ago.  Surely the digger will feel that and will feel the fact that more and more pressure is being added to the market encouraging others to dig their CLAMs.

The way I see it the digger basically "set the hook" on investors.  When a fish first bites your bait... you let it set in for a second so you really have them on the hook.

"Well I already have $2000 into CLAM that I don't want to use... so I'll spend another $1000 to try to support it."

Personally I have no idea what's best. I just know that the current situation is making a lot of people unhappy.

I think the fact that people are unhappy will encourage the digger to take the potential profits faster now than any time before.

If I'm correct this will bring:

A:  Confidence to the markets.

B:  Encourage the digger speed up this bleeding process so that they don't lose "free" BTC to other new diggers.

I just think it is a win win over all.

whats your proffered cal. for a hand gun?

I prefer a 9mm.  (not set in stone of course)

Most people I know prefer a 40 or a 45.
4875  Economy / Goods / Re: Beretta model 92FS- CAL. 9mm Price reduced! Free Shipping! on: October 18, 2015, 05:44:10 AM
Price is very reasonable considering the current condition of the firearm I'll buy this if I live in your side of the world. Unfortunately I'm from overseas. I love the this pistol and this has been the service pistol of the law enforcers in our Country. Very reliable I would say.

Well keep trying to do your part to get your country more gun friendly and perhaps one day my FFL can send to your FFL with no issues.  Smiley

Bring on the real caliber guns and I am a buyer Wink 9MM is like an oversized BB gun.

Cheesy

I'll see what I can do.

I had a Thompson 1927A1 45ACP 10.5 inch Barrel and 50rd Drum (one of the new semi automatic pistols) that moved pretty quick for BTC and they are pretty fucking sweet.

If you have anything in particular that you'd like to see available for Bitcoin please feel free to chime in ideas Smiley.

you have never been shot before have you?

No I have never been shot... I would rather get hit by a 9MM than something larger though.

^

whats your proffered cal. for a hand gun?

.45ACP hands down...

.45ACP's will never let you down, just make sure you know how to handle those recoil or else you'll shooting the stars
9mm's are good if you know where to place those shots

that's why those Beretta's are selected as service firearms of law enforcers, they are not intended to totally stop or kill an attacker but rather neutralize them to dis continue their attack. But good shot placement will stop them for good.

I own a 9MM and they are fine, but once you mainly shoot .40/.45 or .44mag they feel small. The Beretta he is selling is a wonderful pistol and very well priced (plus they look badass) - I am surprised no one has picked it up.

Here is 9MM next to a .45 ACP

<9mm vs 45 ACP img>

I was trying to find my .45 ACP in order to take a picture next to my 9MM as well... but no luck in my hunt.

This is what I'm currently feeding the Beretta:

Liberty Ammunition Ultra Defense USM49mm 9x19mm 50 Grain +P Fragmenting Hollow Point, Lead Free – 20 Rounds
Liberty Ultra Defense USM4 ammunition is a high velocity, extremely accurate load designed for self-defense. The 50 Grain Lead-Free Fragmenting Hollow Point bullet travels at 2000 feet per second, resulting in 12 inches of ballistic gel penetration and a permanent wound cavity greater than 5 inches in diameter. This light bullet, high velocity round yields 16% less felt recoil and has an effective range of 25 meters. This ammunition is new production, non-corrosive, and requires no weapons modifications.
Caliber: 9mm Luger +P
Bullet Weight: 50 Grains
Bullet Style: Fragmenting Hollow Point Lead-Free
Case Type: Nickel Plated Brass
Muzzle Velocity: 2000 fps.
Muzzle Energy: 450 ft. lbs.
Made in the USA by Liberty Ammunition

I would of grabbed it but its to large for my hands. Im still kicking myself for not picking of the ps90 he was selling.

Ya this one probably isn't the best choice for someone with small hands.

Those two PS90's where wonderful.  I was considering getting a few more of them as well... I felt like the Thompson's moved better than the PS90's.

The PS90's also piss me off to shoot because they get black shit on my shirt (not to sound like a woman or anything, but fuck!)

i found clam on my old address, like 2 years ago, but its coinbase wallet.. anyway to retrieve the private key? how can i sell to you?

I think if all of their users demanded their coins from their addresses that they would eventually give in.  We may have to see others do the same first.

People are going to like waking up to a free Bitcoin or two from a service going above and beyond.

Coinbase the company can't read their users minds.  People have to let them know.

Here's a quick email for anyone who just wants to copy and paste something from their account.

Code:
Please run the Bitcoin private keys attached to my account through ClamChecker.com with a Bitcoin payout to my Coinbase account.  Thank you for understanding that these are my coins and I need them now!  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZFoPPx5H0Dw

Happy hunting

I estimated he was 36% done.  So maybe another 4 months of dumping.

The digging could be done next week if there was a Bid that could support it.  I'm sure the digger is more scared of us, than we are of them.  They just want to get their BTC and bounce.

People need to put up or shut up.  Money talks and bullshit walks.

I've thought further about the conversation in the Just-Dice room last evening and I've been trying to imagine it as if it was Satoshi selling his BTC.

I'm sure some people would want to cut Satoshi off or impose addition "age" fees on the transactions.  I don't like it!  Let the digger dig!
