Wow a legendary member that cannot tell the difference between a ponzi and Pos coin. you do know that a ponzi filters money to the top yeah? and people have to keep buying in to pay members of the ponzi. 10k is nothing like this at all lmao. what have you been doing with all the time it takes become a so called "legend" certainly not studying different types of proof of work/ stake etc. im amazed
Wtf are you talking about ? lol Get rich scheme.. .ponzi... there is little to no difference between the two. eg. If no one buys your PoW or PoS crypto fiat, the ponzi/scheme will die. Btw, did anyone else notice the timestamp from block 1 ? It appears that someone gave themselves a 90 minute head start. http://10k.mmxivcoin.com/block/00000000001c7995ded40d4c59a48cffbf2230fc95885e46d636f96647df9b13Yea it was me, to get a checkpoint in and make sure the server was working. It's what people who know what they are doing do You are just proving you don't know what a ponzi is, or you are just trolling. Either way, not worth the time. It was more than fair. Honestly, it makes me feel good that you expect nothing but absolute perfection from me at this point, which is exactly what you are getting. Your plan has backfired and my ego is now enlarged Fuck, now youve inflated his ego even more, and Ive been working for months to deflate it!!! Vegas

I saw an article a few months back of talk of being able to change bitstar to fiat and vice versa. Did that ever happen? If not is it still in the works?

Im in for a pump, but it would have to be coordinated by atleast 5 members with a specific time and members with a few btc each.

This is not fud, but any responsible investor should ask these questions. Now, I would like the dev to answer this question.
Thank you

That would be me sir, and I just for the record I stayed on the ask side, and did not dump. If youve read my posts before, you would know that I consider others, and have a community mind, and always make a clean exit with minimal impact on the price. I think it moved <1000 sat with a 2BTC exit , and is back higher again at 84k sat now as I write this.

I know this question has been asked a million times, but do you have an eta on POS? I only ask now, because it sounds like we are getting close.

So this is the third time ive asked this question as it has not been answered: "In case the reactor wallet is hacked, and all dmd are stolen, will the dev be responsible, and pay back all of the stolen dmd coins to investors"?
Please answer in detail, so it is documented here on this thread.
Thank you

Hey Thundertoe, now would be the best time EVER to get an official tekcoin pool working. Ispace are theives, and the rest of the choices dont look any better. Maybe set fees at 2% to help pay to start the pool and then slowly reduce it.

yup. Had 2100 coins and cashed out just above 80k sat. A nice profit. Thank you Dev and all supporters.

You guys might want to take a hard look at goldpieces coin, and use it as a model. Its BRILLIANT. Its kind of hard to explain, but Ill do my best. See, the hot trend now is ultra high pos coins. Its all the rage. The problem with it, is inflation. A coin that has 500% pos and a min stake age of 24 hour min, will, in a very short time self implode due to inflation, and become worthless. Goldpieces coin found a VERY clever way around promoting and giving 500% apr stake reward per year, and it truly is 500%, but in a strange kind of way , and it has single digit inflation. Coins retain their value when there are less of them, and vice versa. What goldpieces coin did was put the max reward of 2.5 coins per 100 coin block using coin cointrol. So 2.5 was the cap. The dev promoted this as 500% apr reward, and this was true. The catch was to get this rate, you had to put your coins in blocks of 100. The wallet would actually pay LESS if large blocks were made. For example blocks of 1000 would create .6 coin, and split, then the two blocks of 500 would split and reward .8 coin each, and the reward would go up to a max of 2.5 when blocks of 100 were split. The dev knew 90% of people were not going to sit every 24 hours and break up a massive wallet of 100,000 coins into blocks of 100, so inflation is minimal and value remains high, and new investors are flocking daily. So the goldpiecescoin is very valuable at around 4500-5000 sat each, and price is stable, and has not gone down, and inflation is probably less than 10%, at the same time attracting new investors, and if you read goldpieces coin, everyone loves it, I know, Im at the top of the richlist. So, just some ideas, you could look at the source code and use this as a model. There needs to be a reason to attract new investors, and high pos is all the rage right now. Im heavily invested in all of them. The biggest issue I see, is this coin is horribly inflated, and Im affraid to say that with 110 Million coins, its near impossible to raise the price. Perhaps create Energycoin 2 , and do a 1000:1 swap to reduce inflation and coin count, thus raising the value of the coin as Energy2 is released. I do like energy, I picked it 600k of them cheap at 24 sat. Everything works very well, it just needs some good pr work, and marketing, and an inflation fix.

ok.. and thats fair, so im still not sure what is a good block size to use, 50? 100? What are most people using latley?

Please see my wallet inputs on post #341, and youll see many of my block sizes are 33 and 40 orbs, and have not staked in weeks.I know that min is 20 orbs to stake, but some of those blocks of 20 are from December 2014. That still doesnt sound right. I also know staking is all about luck, like hashing, but based on experience to get a stake in say a few days, what is a good size block to use? 50? 100? Im sure most of you have played around with it and found "the sweet spot", were 50 is enough to stake in a few days, as 100 will too, but 100 is just a waste. Ive tried 40 coins per block, and weeks have gone by and that block still didnt stake. What size blocks are you guys using? I also find it odd that this is one of the oldest POS coins out there, AND it has 500% interest per year with a 1 day min stake period, yet only 1.8M coins? Vegas

No. Wallet is always unlocked. See screen shot below. I stake many different coins, and have the pc that can do it, the latest I-7 V3 Extreme. A 12 core intel cpu. This is the ONLY coin that doesnt stake as it should. Wallet is 1.5 (latest). Ive even removed EVERYTHING but wallet.dat from data folder and resyc from scratch. Didnt help.

|
So, Im not new to staking, but Im not sure why my orbs are not staking. Ive tried them in blocks of 20 and 40 and some of them are months old. I have my wallet open 24/7. Please notice the dates and how long they are taking to split. Any ideas?
