In the last months the BaTC price is increasing, how much u guys think the price gonna be in one year?
I have really hope that bitcoin price would be grow up in the last months, because i heard most of the members, they tell me that in every halving year bitcoin go very high in the end of this year, so i wanna see what is happening in the last few months. |

It's possible to reach $1000 in the end of 2016 but It would go down again to 800-900 I think. As you observe on the first halvening Bitcoin price gradually increases even though it goes down sometimes and rises up again. So, we should expect the price of btc would rise as the time goes by.
That is what I think. It could reach $1000 from a price rise from $700, then it will consolidate from $900 to $1000. which is still a very good progress, it does not matter if it don't reach a huge value, what matter is the continuous climbing on average and this is exactly what we are getting, following this way we will end up eventually at 4 digit and stable value I also think that it is better way that bitcoin is continuously rising up the price not too much high but grew up. I think it is better than bitcoin price suddenly come down and suddenly high up more. Because in this way, most of the time people can't handle it and sometime they are face the loss. |

Do you think that if you hold your Bitcoins then increase the price and if you used bitcoins in investment then you also get a profit, in that means BITCOIN is a big business  Not really, i never think bitcoin is big business. IMO who will knows or who can predict bitcoin price correctly maybe the right word is bitcoin is the best invesment can't give you a profit but can give you lost some money too. May be you are right, but i think who do invest in bitcoins and getting profit monthly and also who hold the bitcoins and when price grew up than sell the bitcoins and get profit, so it has clear mean that bitcoin is a not big but it is a good business. |

Halving just means reward per block will be halved from current 25 bitcoin per block to 12.5 bitcoin to rewards. And there is lot more speculation that bitcoin price will pumped because supply will be limited but we don't have to forget about there is already good supply of bitcoin currently circulating, only production rate of new bitcoin is halved. Price can go either down or up, hard to predict.
Anybody saying a price rise is guaranteed is lying, but it's very likely the price will rise over the next year. A big whale could crash the price by dumping tens of thousands of coins, although it's not probable if waiting for a rise would get a better price. a whale is not a brainless human. a whale is someone with a lot of money and a lot of experience in investment and in bitcoin market who has been investing in bitcoin to make a big profit. so do you really think what you said is even possible?! although they do temporary dumps in small sizes to create temporary panic in order to buy more cheap coins at the bottom but they will never dump tens of thousands of coins, you should be an idiot to do that! I am agree with your opinion, because bitcoin is a cryptocurrency, and all cryptocurrencies have same situation like up and down in price. But it is depend on us how we handle our investment or trading. A huge people are using the bitcoins and get profit, so when some crash will be happened with bitcoin in future than of course people will handle it. |

I have concerns about lots of people exiting bitcoin once they reach a target before or after the halving, what price will you cash out or will you hold strong?
The major risk of cashing out is that the train doesnt stop and you get left behind.
Now i have sell my bitcoins already on the halving day, because i thought that may be after the halving price suddenly done, but it never happen, so i have total 4 btcs, and 2 bitcoins i sell it on the halving day and the other i am selling it day to day. |

Whenever I see this type of posts, it reminds me of 2014, when people had high hope that bitcoin will be 1000+ USD again. As a result, we went below 200 USD in January, 2015. Is it true? If you are saying is it right? So that is a big new and also shocking new. Because my friend who is using the bitcoin since last four years, he tell me the last halving was block halving and after the halving suddenly bitcoin down, and in the end of the year bitcoin reached on the top and also he got a good profit, and as you say it is total different news. |

Halving had some effect on price increase in June. Lot of people went for Bitcoin as they speculate on price increase after halving.
They will now keep and call for another reason for price increase. All is just speculation.
Halving was profitable for someone who bought before June.
Right, specially for those people who save their bitcoin for a long time, of course they get a good profit on the halving day. But most of the predictions will be wrong, i read in a one thread that on halving day bitcoin will be cross $800 to $1100. So everyone see the bitcoin stopped at $634 to $660 round about it on halving day. |

Easy to use, no credit card needed, almost half of online shopping sites are already accepting it as a payment processor. After few years we can see BTC as payment on every stores.
I hope so, we can see btc for the payment on very online shoping I think it will become a reality and The bitcoin is the big online payment in the future. hoped that would definitely be really great as it would allow us all to use bitcoins really easily, though unfortunately i doubt that the governments will allow bitcoins to go that far If Government is not corrupted then they will support bitcoin but that is very rare to happen as we all know what is Government and how it works. I think its always depend in your luck there is no strategy or technique to make a profit in gambling better to stay away in gambling if you dont want to lose your bitcoin..
Depending on your luck is not a smart way to gamble, you should not depend on it but you can consider it, we only need to think very realistic to win and make a strategy that would give us a good chances of winning, and saying about chances it means we could lose and win so we need to take the risk. learning from my previous mistake, now when i played my earnings from yobit dice i always put my mindset that winning 20% of my capital is enough and withdraw right away, so i will not lose anymore and its working for me with a capital of .028 btc a week earnings after reaching .0336 i withdraw right away hehehe, almost doing it now from time to time covering my previous lost try guys and just set your mind set. good luck You are right man, we should learn from our previous mistakes and we should not do it again, dice is really tempting especially when you lose and it could be easy for you chase and the game has a fast outcome with less than a second. I have believe that it will happen but it will take sometime, just believe on God and try to struggle hard and support it on every occasion, so it will be achieved sooner.
It will take between 3 to 5 years to get to the $10000 range. But it depends on the performance of the bitcoin development. Of course you are right, because it is huge price and in this year it never come true, it takes some time, but i believe bitcoin will be come back in this price and this dream will come true within 5 years. and it is also good for bitcoin that after 5 years bitcoin will get more progress and the number of the people who are using the bitcoin will definitely increased. |

Most of the people have a huge expectations with the halving.
I read the threads and most of the people said that bitcoin will grow $700, $800, $900 on a halving day. But i never see that bitcoin cross it, and now halving has gone, so in the coming month i think the price of bitcoin will come down again.

I would love to get my salary in bitcoins.There is not much problem but if I have to choose then I will take fiat because I cannot use bitcoins in daily real life and exchanging them to fiat will cost some fees so I will choose fiat.
We love bitcoin but in the salary way I think most of the people refer to convert their salary in a fiat currency. Because in this way if we get salary in bitcoin so we have only selected things can buy it, and most of the difficulties are here to buying the different things, if all over the world, people use the bitcoins like fiat currency so we have no problem to get our salary in bitcoins, but it takes some time. |

For me, the yesterday it was a halving day and i believe it. Actually i have not liten to anyone that halving is not coming, i think everyone has surety that halving has come, and it was great even, actually it depend on us, how we use it on the time, it is a decision making, because within 5 min bitcoin price has been change.
But the halving has been gone, and the new price of bitcoin will come back and i am sure the price will down.

I was told a few times that, when halving is super close/already happened, the price would increase significantly.
Now that the halving event is probably 5 hours or so from now, what can you say about the current price? It's still hovering at around $650 despite the imminent event.
Right now, I'm disappointed simply because so many people say that the price would increase, but my mood may change if something significant happens (pissed if going down, happy when going up).
the price doesn't change instantly, dude. just wait for a few weeks later or even months to see the real impact of this halving. keep patient. My prediction's true, a lot of people believe the price will change for instantly and making a big expectation for that. but in fact, the price of bitcoin is not changing significantly. too fast to reach $800 or above, irrational expectation. some people just making a statement without saw the situation on the market. You are right, this halving is great but for me it is not block halving, because we can see bitcoin price never cross $700, so it is normal. Actually mostly people said that bitcoin will be grow more and more, but i can't see it. But it is good actually it is my first experience to use the halving so i was very excited, may be the next halving will be block halving just like the previous halving. |

Users who have borrowed bitcoin few weeks back could have returned back the borrowed bitcoin with good profit in hands. Now too its good to borrow with the hope of price variation on halving.
Yes, most of the people borrow the bitcoins with the vision to get the short term profit and then return the original amount to the owner. Although it is risky as loss can also occur but they still take the risk of borrowing. |
