Hello guys! Well, I have known about crypto for a while, but never really gone into trading. Recently I got an interest in crypto trading but didn't know anything about it. So, If anyone here can guide me from where to start and learn about trading? Do tell me if there is any course available online, free or paid? Maybe in Udemy? Would be a real help. Thanks!
Instead of paid courses try the youtube tutorials on cryptocurrency trading. I don't see much difference between the paid and free tutorials. You can also find quality ebooks on trading via Google. There are couple of exchanges that offer demo trading. Demo trading would help you practice real trading without risking your money. Google "Cryptocurrency demo trading exchanges" I believe you will find good articles on them

There are few people who will do things right. Doing things right in this case is moral and common sense leadership not necessarily obeying the law. This kind of people do not last long in power in my opinion. Unfortunately some believe that lack of accepting reality is why the good people don't last long in power.

I have heard that there are a few known and trusted bitcoin casinos which offers dividends (like 5-10% per year) if you invest your BTC in their bankroll.
I've personally seen Mintdice & Rocketpot allow you to invest in the bankroll and get dividends. Assuming the house always wins, then you'll get the interest, as long as they don't run away. If you love experimenting, you might as well tried decentralized lending with Compound, Instadapp, Syntethix and so on. They use smart contracts, and you can deposit/withdraw as you wish. I wondered if any casino can pay that amount Op is asking for. If they really exist and are trusted, I won't be surprised if they don't pay regularly. It is likely the casino owners share the profits/losses with the investors. That model doesn't sound sustainable... it would work though but not always. The "decentralized lending with Compound, Instadapp, Syntethix" sounds better and safer. I wonder how smart-contract would work in such situations? Controlled by both the investor and casino owner?

Betcoin.ag does NOT register referrals to affiliate. I wrote emails, tickets, online chat. Fist days they said - yes this problem will be solved soon (after upgrade). Ok. Week later they started to say - refs registration was and is fine, your referrals register their accounts with some error. WTF error? Open aff link and register. Simple way! Where could they make error? Tens of clients? So I think this is a new way to fool clients by this casino.
If anybody thinks I am a newbie you can use your own affiliate from betcoin.ag and ask friend to register account by your link. He will NOT be added to your referral list, he will be stolen from you and all commission will stay at betcoin.ag.
I think you should atleast include their responses when you complained about the referral issue. This will help your readers understand exactly what the problem is. A good judge hear from both sides before passing right judgment. It is possible you broke their terms of service or they wrongly thought so.

I guess you mean "altcoins" (alternative cryptocurrencies) and not bit-Crypto lol.
I don't think you should concern yourself with the effects of a Cryptocurrency price on others. People just use what works for them and Bitcoin has been doing fine since craze for alternative cryptocurrencies began. New unique cryptocurrencies help attract some unique users to the crypto world
As regards creating your own Cryptocurrency, it depends on why you want to create it.. What do want to achieve with it? Make money or make something very useful? If your goal is money then I bet your project won't last.

This would be cool. I have been wondering if games like this exist. I would prefer to play that instead of normal gambling. But how do we know the cars racing with you are real people and not computer? I think you should try to announce this properly so that game-blers would know exactly what they are dealing with.

S*coins problem really did not start recently. They probably weren't seen as big problems before the coming of ICO. ICO was invented and many substandard projects saw the opportunities to abuse it unfortunately. I think getting funding via ICO should not be easy. Lots of strict rules have to be passed before a project qualifies for funding. This should help filter out projects that are below average

It depends on the won amount,if it was really high then I will stop betting on that day and surely will spend most of the money by that day itself. If its just the decent amount or merely less than our lost money then simply risk that amount on betting again to make more.
Yeah when people win high amount to become satisfied but some people make mistakes to gamble again at the moments. As when I win I try to increase my amount and the only thing I think about is to win more and more but its not good we should limit our earning being good gambler is one of the best feeling. That’s what you called greediness mate.cannot be contented in good amount of winnings instead always looking for more and more that’s why even if they are winning in the start up to mid,in the end losing is what they’ve got If you want to win in gambling the learn to control Your eagerness and small winnings is enough than looking for higher but cannot be done Greed always accompanies and makes me to spend a amount higher than what I spend on the previous roll. Another thing I used to keep a target and play which the reason for most of my losses. In simple when I start I used to fix we need to win 0.0005btc and stop, but I earn 0.00042 btc and by that time losing starts and to recover the loss I used to increase the bet value. This finally ends up with empty wallet. Also the frustration starts to creep in , if we start losing in gambling. I used to adopt the same technique in my games but later i realized it is unrealistic as we cannot win the predetermined amount which we thought in our minds. These days i just quit as soon as i get the profit. I do not care even if the profit is few dollars. I quit and come back the next day. What happens if you don't win atall? You continue gambling or stop when you become tired to resume gambling the next day? I guess the best way to go about this is to have a gambling goal and stick to it. Once you accomplished your goal for that day, you stop and continue another day. Expecting a win could get you hooked on gambling.

How do you make money from this if it's totally free? from advertisements? And how about provable fair feature? Is that available? Am a bit cautious trying this on my computer browser after reading the experiences of members above me on how anti-virus software reacted to the website. I guess you should fix that and possibly make your game mobile phone compatible

I've been trading (?) cryptocurrencies for a little over 5 years and have always had little to no success even doubling my money. I know I know, it's not supposed to be easy to double your money. I work in finance so I understand that a 20% annualized gain is already a ridiculous amount.
I have however seen players doubling, tripling, 10xing their money through a variety of ways of which I can list here:
-Bitmex, Deribit etc. Perpetual Futures leveraged trading (1-100 x leverage - SUPER HIGH RISK) -ICO/IEO trading (4-5 returns, MEDIUM RISK) -Spot Trading (BTC/USD, MEDIUM RISK) -Deribit Options (MEDIUM RISK) -Cross Exchange Arbs/DEX Arbing (Buying alts on Dex before exchange launching on Binance - requires insider information) -Gambling Games (Dice, etc.)
Does anyone else have any ideas to share or methods that consistently gives them good gains?
It is quite difficult to double ones funds in a short time thesedays.. Monthly double is possible if you are dedicated trader. I wouldn't encourage anyone to try those methods on your list, without first understanding the consequences. And I doubt any of those in your list can fetch you consistent gain.

Dash can comply to the FATF travel rule to the same extend as Bitcoin. Both Bitcoin and Dash have open blockchains, both have public senders and receivers of which data can be gathered and both Bitcoin and Dash have a very low level of optional CoinJoin mixing activity on their network (less then 1%).
I believe these exchanges are already familiar with Dash features before they delisted it. Maybe it's not about the number of users using the CoinJoin mixing but the fact that they always have that option to make their Dash transaction private. Can Dash eliminate the CoinJoin feature? Dash may end up removing the privacy option.. . Afterall, only 1% uses it. meaning majority of dash users don't need it? Unfortunately, most cryptocurrencies derive their volumes from exchanges. I guess they will do all it takes to remain on the exchanges and prevent their prices from crashing. Dash community will still have to decide whether to remove the option via voting.

You will have to monitor the charts every time for this but certainly doable since a lot claimed to be good at it. You can make money out of it with leverage so with just a few cents of price dips and spikes, you can live and spend a hundred dollars a day without financial problems in the future. This has been done by few Forex traders who now lives in some other countries relying to their trading skills.
Cryptocurrency trading is even more profitable than Forex trading, in my opinion. It is not as profitable as it used to be though but it's still OK. I am beginning to think that profitable traders are those who can sit many hours without distractions, observing multiple exchanges, go through charts, researching, etc. It takes alot of patience, sacrifice and hardwork to stay that long. Normal trading is not totally based on luck. You can make some correct predictions if you study the charts well.

Before investors are everywhere in crypto currency specially mid 2017 but everything change Ico's started to boom in the internet, you can choose a lot of ico that you like, but then started to change , there are ico that are scam, running with investors money in a snap, lending platforms also can be seen, the same happens they suddenly disappear we have already have a very good market if there are no scammers they change everything, now investors are so hesitant whenever there is a new coin that are good but they opted out because they think its a scam, I think we should find a way to lessen or better eliminate them for good.
The space is saturated with poor quality projects and scams. That is one of the reasons it's hard to find great projects thesedays. Looking for good project in ICO world is like looking for needle in a haystack. It is a difficult thing to do unless you have the right tools to look for them. Maybe we could fund professionals to filter out bad projects in this space. I think the service will cost alot to sustain long term. We could have a coinmarketcap for ICOs that have very strict rules for listing ICOs?

Hello everybody I am Martin Gaptil . Hope you are well. But I am face some problem right now with my current Exchanger. It's ]transaction speed is so low. So,do you know any which has a much faster speed? Please, give me the link....
I would advice you to only use exchanges recommended by higher forum members who have reasonable amounts of "merit". You should also verify that the exchanges people recommend are safe, fast, and reliable before using any of them. Check out this article: https://coinsutra.com/best-cryptocurrency-exchanges/The exchanges listed on the article are pretty ok. Make sure to bookmark the exchange websites for future use.

Apologies for the long thread title. Btw, I recently came across a report by CoinCodeCap and I found it fascinating and want to share with others o'er here. Here are the key findings : Main findings – More than 640 cryptocurrencies did not publish any code in 2019. Yobit is top exchange for these coins, list 62 such coins.
The combined market cap of these cryptocurrencies is more than $415 million. (415,341,340)
Proton Token with the highest market cap (84,989,086) has not published any code since 2018. (This data is from Nomics APIs) What's more interesting is that, Majority of these projects were launched in 2017 with a truck load of promises. Today, The story is different. What's your thoughts on this? Feel free to share. For further Reading : https://blog.coincodecap.com/analyzing-cryptocurrencies-github-activity/They probably should be called abandon projects. I guess it's wrong that the coins are traded on exchanges despite not publishing their codes for a long time. Many Cryptocurrency exchanges clearly do not have strong standards for coins they list. This is one of the reasons many substandard projects have refused to vanish.

I wonder why Ledger hardware wallet coin or Blockchain would be necessary, unless the company needs the blockchain for its own decentralized exchange. I will definitely invest if it's for building a good decentralized exchange. As regards VIPER, you probably should know what the company wants to build on its Blockchain. Decentralized exchange business is one of the most profitable businesses in decentralized world. I guess that's what VIPER is aiming for. Nice thread on Stakenet, by the way!

Do you know how to make money by betting Esports? Do you have any good ways (in your opinions) to make money? Or maybe only intuition , current form, players' morale? Do you know any other sources of this kind or somethink for reading like blogosphere gaming information and news here ? There is no stable profit in sportsbetting unless you can predict the outcome. Those sports analysis are just some tips to help you decide where you should bet your money on. When I do sportsbetting I just bet on the team I really like. Also there is no way to predict the perfect team who will win. No matter how good your analytical powers are, there is always a chance that you may lose if the other team played well on the day. I think you can actually predict the outcome of a football match and other skill-based games. I believe if you dedicate a lot of time and resources in analyzing/understanding two teams you could accurately predict their match by about 60%. You will have to know/understand how they trained, their health, fitness, mental state, the condition in their families, what they eat, drink etc. It will take alot of time and resources to understand this things.

An idea came onto my mind, and it consists about a currency that is entirely dedicated onto gambling and also betting, I did not search through the web if there is actually a crypto that has done this. Gambling is a thing that the people love to do, whether if it is in the casino or online, but have you ever thought of a crypto that will serve as your main currency whether if it is in the casino or it is on online, I think this could also be beneficial for the gamblers as well, I wanna know about what you think of my idea, whether if it is a positive or negative opinion, I will still take it.
Back then when you posted this, there is no Cryptocurrencies that are dedicated to gambling, but right now, there are coins like Eos and Tron that are dedicated to gambling, but it's better for gambling sites that they can and willing to accept as many coins as possible, to make their site competitive and popular among coin holders. EOS and Tron are not really dedicated to gambling. There are other things besides gambling you can do with the cryptocurrencies. I believe Op was asking about cryptocurrencies/tokens that are created purely for gambling. There is one I am alittle sure of called Augur(REP) https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Augur_(software)

I must clarify that i stopped betting at the moment, that doesn't mean that my greedy sould is dead, lol. I do remember doing what you mentioned in the thread, i sometimes fell that "following the sheeps is foolish" , i had couple of times when i changed my mind and didn't follow the majority but it is usually going to be a lose because the majority of my friends are experts in analysis, lol, they would die having their phones in their hands watching live bets on Bet365 or Bwin. I did it a couple of time but the result is a loss normally but that didn't mean that i lost all the times, i sometimes smile at the bank, lmfao.
It's possible why the "sheep" or the majority are usually right is because they follow experienced and knowledgeable gamblers. The experienced gamblers have little incentive to be dishonest with their picks... everybody is desperate for victory with little or no incentive to be deceitful. The only time going against the majority would work is if you are more experienced and skilled than the top gamblers. But still, the community will eventually notice and follow you.
