4881  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: January 21, 2023, 05:01:46 PM
Atletico Madrid I think is going to win and the game will be most likely a both teams to score no,so a great odd for this game would be to bet on Atletico Madrid to win to nil. However in Spain I refrain from betting from a long time, the games are not coming as good as once they did,we are not seeing goals from both sides in most of the games,we saw that Celta Vigo game which ended 1-0 shows this,I remember this league being one where over 2.5 goals was a common thing happening here, now this is becoming increasingly not likely and this for me shows that the quality of this league is not what it used to be anymore.

^  Ah weird.  Let's see how it works for the teams as it could either be something that can be done more in the future or something really dumb.

And have you guys read the news about Aston Martin having a break through with their car?  Lolol.  I think I heard the same thing last year from them and turned out they've been copying Merc's specs with bad implementation which made their performace worse than expected.

But if they did have a break through, Alonso is the lucky one as he would get some of the credit.

If they make a good car this time I am happy for Alonso, this guy I am sure can give a lot of action to F1 and we all need this in the competition.I want to see some great action with other drivers except Hamilton and Verstappen and who better than Alonso to come and bring some competition on.I am also sure that both Ferrari drivers will have a good car at their disposal and also McLaren who have started development of the car very early last year.So I am expecting some really good F1 2023 season and we don't need a complete dominance like Redbull had last year. The more cars competing the better the season will be.

A very fair result for Liverpool and Chelsea in their game. The reason is that the two teams have the same erratic appearance, also the two teams in this match are both very difficult to create an opportunity. They are still level on points now, with Liverpool ahead by a game in hand. They haven't shown a change, so to talk about them going into the top 4 in my opinion now is not the right time, because they have to improve their game first.
It's better to cast mind away from thinking that either Chelsea nor Liverpool will be able to find their way into top four this season, there's nothing to show that there is an improving on the way. Imagine the form of Arsenal, Newcastle, Manchester United and Manchester City as teams that are currently on the top four position on the table, do they look like teams that would be losing form anytime soon? I don't think so!

The only room for succour to Chelsea and Liverpool this season is the Europa league hopefully, cause the UCL is a no way route as it stands. My personal opinion though!
Its was an interesting match but the two sides are playing in the same level and had some chances but couldn't score any goal. I see Chelsea are reluctant to win the match, instead they were looking for a draw based in the way they took the game.

Liverpool tried their best to see that they win the match but they don't have a good striker which would have converted their chances into a goal. It was a goalless draw from both team. Tomorrow will be the best weekend as Manchester united will be playing Arsenal, the will be match of the week.

This game just showed and confirmed to us that both teams are suffering to come at their top levels, the results that these teams have had so far have been disappointing and the fact that they shared just one point just emphasizes this more.

Liverpool had the home advantage and the fans but they could not,I was hoping for a narrow win for Liverpool but they could not.Chelsea I don't expect anything anymore from them, they will go from bad to worse from what I am seeing in their last games recently.

2.3 Zilliqa and saw that the validator Atomic Wallet wanted a 130 Zil by default or as a minimum a 60 Zil fee

2.3 ziliqa is equal to around 5 cents. No surprise its not worth to take out nad fees overtakes rewards. According to atomicwallet ZIL staking tutorial you only lose 10 ZIL by unstaking.

"FIrst of all, you can’t unstake ZIL immediately after you staked it. From the moment you delegate your funds to a validator they are getting locked for 8,000 blocks (approx. 1 day). After that you can unstake ZIL leaving 10 ZIL (unspendable balance) to a validator by doing this:"
https://atomicwallet.io/zilliqa-staking

130 Zil = 3.2$ - its definetly a high fee for stake/unstake on a cheap and low traffic coins (like zil). It should be lower. At least I dont believe that network fees on network that no one is using (its not BNB. ETH, BTC) is that high.
500 ZIL per month = 12$ Maybe its better to invest in books and education to improve skills to be able to save more than 12$ per month and than start to play with investment tools?

I read thoroughly the documentation and that fee is static even for huge amounts of ZIL which I intend sending to this wallet as I said, about 20.000 ZIL in a year should be a good start I think.I can make much more than 20.000 if I invest also money from my own pocket and the 15% "interest" is a huge one,no need for education books on finance to know that this is a good deal.No bank pays you 15% interest for a year.
4885  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your take on this crypto gambling use case idea? on: January 21, 2023, 10:18:08 AM
Do you think it makes sense if a crypto gambling platform only accepts it's own token for gambling and gambling on it's platform? If the games they offer are one-of-a-kind, new, and addictive wouldn't this make the gambling token very valuable? I am asking on behalf of a friend who wants to build his own crypto gambling project on the blockchain. Will this work? Will this fail? What's your take on this?

I find it hard that someone nowadays to invent some new truly addictive type of game in the casino no matter what project they want to build on the blockchain.I say this because most well known and reputable casinos have a huge number of games as their offering to the players and yet they don't force anyone to play only with their native token (some casinos that have their token don't force this).

Based on this I think that most likely this project will fail in the long term and its only glory can be in short term and most likely will be short lived.
4886  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: It's a good idea to just register on casino on: January 21, 2023, 09:23:38 AM
There is this thing about shopping and airlines that when you check and forget, they send you bonus or discount for your possible shopping/trip. Same holds true for casinos, if you just register and leave they will send you some bonus to get you started playing.

I think that this is not a good strategy if applied to big and reputable casinos. It is not good because these casinos know that people want to play as much as possible and they reward every wager gamblers make by offering promotions almost every day and offering the weekly and monthly bonus, with these bonuses they have got the attention of active gamblers to keep them active.

For the inactive gamblers they may send once in a while a bonus and just check the behavior,if the gambler plays that and leaves then they don't send anymore such bonuses and after passing a long time without activity they disable these kind of accounts.

It's worth noting that the BTC price above $20k seemed unlikely a couple of weeks ago. However, everything has changed quickly because the bulls are back on the market, and BTC is already trading around 22k at the moment. So this time, I decided to take a risk and placed a small bet on the range from $22,5k to $25k because the odds for this range are 8.88, and it looks too tempting.

Yes, what few weeks ago looked like not probable (20-22.5) and almost impossible (22.5-25) is a reality now. Maybe it is the last moment to bet on 22.5-25, TWM is getting low, but odds are still >7.
I wish I have some sats more to bet... I placed almost I had on Swiatek.

I think that some sort of recovery has started and the odd of over 7 is still good to get.I don't know if this is just a temporary bull trap but anything with odds over 7 I would get if the range is actually there, not many days left but of course in crypto the high volatility is always present.

That is the beauty of crypto something thought to be impossible just some days ago it is now a reality, don't you guys just love when Bitcoin price goes up and FUN down, time to stock up on those.
4888  Economy / Gambling / Re: How best to report vulnerabilities? on: January 21, 2023, 07:48:14 AM
if there really is a bug in their game of course this should be a serious concern for them, but if indeed they feel it's not a bug I think you also need to provide complete evidence to give them confidence not just a screenshot or you can use it with another way to let them know, to my knowledge there aren't many casinos that provide bug bounties

I don't know about owlgames casino,I know about the bigger ones sure they may not offer a bug bounty to people finding bugs but they take such claims very seriously and pass the matter to their technical team to verify such claims.

If provided video evidence which for me would be the best, things can be taken more seriously from the casino mentioned here, they probably should take such claims much more seriously and their technical team should be upgraded as a minimum if it happens that the bug is true.I find that answer "enjoy the bug" really worrying about their behavior.
4889  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: January 21, 2023, 07:09:28 AM
Although Manchester City and Tottenham both the teams performed very well. But Manchester city kept defending in the firs half and showed their skills in fullest in the 2nd half.
Great performance by both the teams .. Better luck Tottenham! And Congrats to Manchester City!

in the first half man city was 2 goals behind tottenham but guardiola changed the pattern of man city's game in the second half and the results were truly extraordinary because in the second half man city was able to score 4 goals, congrats to man city.

It shows signs of recovery from Manchester City but that does not solve anything,Arsenal is already 5 points ahead with a game less than Manchester City so most likely they have the upper advantage here, they have a game tomorrow against Manchester United which I think they will have not a lot of difficulties to win despite Manchester United recent good form.

Today main game starts really early at 13.30 and is between Liverpool vs Chelsea, both teams are not coming from good results and most likely a draw here although I would prefer a Liverpool win.
4890  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: January 20, 2023, 10:31:11 PM
I thought Man City were the dumb team, but it turns out that Tottenham are actually much more dumber than City themselves, at least City and Pep were able to escape this humiliation, It sure would have put additional dent on their supposed title chase, but I guess the fixture against Arsenal in few weeks will probably settle that issue. It was a complete turnaround, so It's deserving at the end of the day, right ?
Anyone read Pep's comments after the game? Can't remember him being that livid/nonsensical.

Hopefully Arsenal's 5-point lead is intact when they take on City though...

I can't remember the last time I saw Pep being that furious as well too, and especially not about the officials or VAR teams or his opponents being overly favored, but he was being livid at his own players, and I can't help but agree with on some certain statements especially the point of the team being overly relaxed and the lack of desire/passion from them, I think that's says a lot about the way he has rotated his squad since the league resumption of the world cup, perhaps some of the players are tired, or some of them actually feel they've achieved all there is to achieve within 5 years, and you can arguably tell that even if the players he uses often now aren't technically better than those on the bench, their passion and hunger for success is what is driving them, and that's the number one factor has Arsenal seemed to have this season, it's the hunger, not players with distinctive individual brilliance, and that's another part I'd agree with Guardiola with, just like when Leicester went all the way to surprise the whole world!

Arsenal is ready I think to take on Manchester United this weekend. The form of Manchester United has been good recently with this last draw which I would consider bad luck and players personal arrogance trying to score themselves not helping their friends in securing the second goal against Crystal Palace.I think the lead may as well extend to 8 points during this weekend as Arsenal has one game less than City and this makes them play calmly and whatever result they get, they will still be ahead of 5 points from Manchester City.

Guardiola is right being such livid to his players as it is exactly them, their arrogance which think that they can win any game when in fact they have not been able to do so that is costing them so far the title.
4891  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: January 20, 2023, 10:06:03 PM
RB Leipzig  Can end up winning this match against Bayern Munich if they should keep pressuring Bayern Munich and firing more shots because from what I am seeing in this game Bayern is the weak team now because from the starting of this match till the time of this post they have made just one shot on goal while Leizig has three shots on target and the ball possession between the two team is almost equal but the home team appear more dangerous than the visitors so i think they may end up winning the game.

This is a good draw for Leipzig a big point against Bayern Munich not everyone gets easy points against them. This make the title race a lot more intresting and a good point for Leipzig but bayern Munich needs to do a much better if they want the title.

I was deceived by the bookies odds,I immediately placed a bet on Bayern to win at 1.95 which is a relatively high odd for Bayern in the Bundesliga and I lost my bet, initially I wanted to place both teams to score but the odd of 1.45 simply was not worth it for me.

Bayern though got what they wanted in the end,to not lose and maintain the distance gap between them and Leipzig but they let 2 points against Freiburg which if they can win in this weekend game they can come really close to Bayern to keep the pressure up,this time the Bundesliga is good enough with a Bayern not being able to put a gap like they usually do.
4892  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: QUESTION: For Gambling Enthusiasts ❗❗ on: January 20, 2023, 05:16:17 PM
It all depends on the mood of a person I think.Personally I like playing in a casino which offers a lot of slot machines as I would love to try my luck instantly when I am trying to win a jackpot or the max payout of a slot machine because slots have the maximum prize most of them from x5000-x300000 depending on the slot, usually most of them x5000-x10000 and this is something I cannot find in a PvP casino.

When I am feeling relaxed and I want to go play a Sit n Go Texas holdem poker tournament sure I would choose the PvP casino but this would happen rarely compared to the number of times I would choose a normal casino.
4893  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: January 20, 2023, 07:06:23 AM
^

That's literally Tottenham being 2 goals up just within less than 4 minutes, I could have said I saw this coming and now I guess I couldn't have been more right about my prediction of both teams to score and Tottenham not to lose the game, now that's even Guardiola can come up with a plan to get at least one goal as well.

I thought the same and got to sleep. When I woke up today morning and check the result of 4-2 I could not believe my eyes, how can a team like Tottenham which was leading 0-2 concede 4 goals in a single half of the game,I guess it is the Manchester City that has waken up now and that is good for the Premier League.

I had two bets on this game,Manchester City to win and both teams to score and I am glad I won both bets from a single game like this one.
4894  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: January 19, 2023, 08:40:52 PM
Was a great title challenge by Man Utd (for the whole 4 days they were in it Cheesy Grin).

I think Arsenal are going to roll over them on the weekend, I hope so any way. There was too much chest thumping from Man Utd fans & media guys. Let’s have them put back in their box where they belong Wink
I don't think anybody will roll over this United squad, they clicked together and they are defending impressively. United was always the club that plays easier when other club is dominating possession and they can counter attack, so Arsenal is arguably quite good match up for them. When I say always I am talking about last couple of years not that Ferguson machine that won everything.

City - Spurs tonight could be a good game and I am thinking City draught stops tonight. Spurs have been quite poor in defense this season and I don't see a way how City doesn't score at least a couple of goals tonight.

With De Bruyne being dropped to the bench by Pep, I really don't know what to expect of the team to be honest, not even Foden, Cancelo or Bernardo Silva makes the starting lineup, So whatever reservations I initially had of this fixture is already subdued by Pep's choice of selection. So now I'm pretty much opened to both teams to score and Tottenham to not lose the game 🙂

I dont understand what is happening with Guardiolas choice in this match. 5 main players have been benched that are always playing. I think i never seen De Bruyne on the bench at City and this is shocking to me. I hope they win 2-1 but so far goalless.

What is more dangerous than a goalless game is the fact that both teams never hit a shot at goal while Manchester City slowly is taking control of the game with 7 corners already done for them.It looks like Tottenham has come here to defend and to hope for any good counter attack possibilities as even them has 0 shots on goal so far.

I am watching the game and I must say it is not that entertaining considering that are playing teams with a big name in the Premier League,it looks like some bottom table standing teams are playing and not Manchester City the closest title contender.I hope this changes in the second half.

I have been mining Veruscoin for a little while...very recently a major player shifted completely the profitability:
https://luckpool.net/verus/miner.html?RSvZcpWFaSxdpJ3W6XAZ4SF6jMfdAKyym7.NOWW

330 GH/s!!!! That's 100K computers!!!!
Is there a new FGPA/ASIC available? Or is it someone who somehow infected thousands of computers and mining without them knowing?

This is a total mystery for me.

There is not an official ASIC miner as of yet for Verus Coin if you read anywhere in the internet,in websites that deal with mining,in websites that sell asics,I searched a lot and found not a single one up until now.For FPGA I have absolutely no clue but anyway 100k computers is big enough, there may be some crazy persons who have rented AWS,GCP,Digital Ocean and other cloud providers.

That crazy person may have as well infected some cloud providers, not long ago Cybersecurity Hub,a page on Linkedin showed a severe flaw that let users execute commands remotely into Azure cloud such systems, today another huge, severe flaw rated 9.8 in CentOS (Linux) Control Web Panel let a user execute commands remotely into the system, unless all companies have upgraded their systems as per the mitre and osint websites it is probable that some people are taking advantage from such vulnerabilities found,I also find it very difficult to think that a single user to have 100k computers.
4896  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Another data leak from Mailchimp, wallet affected? NEAR on: January 19, 2023, 08:00:01 PM
It's just like "Email" list leaked.

If you are smart and already aware of handling your wallet. Ignoring any wallet in your "Inbox" would be a good option, most the time if there has some case like this you just gonna to be target "Phising & Malware".

So, never put any information or download a software from your "Email.

That is great advice.Scammers always become more and more creative but as the CISSP exam guide (Certified Information Systems Security Practitioner) says that the weakest link in any cybersecurity defense is the human being. With this analogy I want to emphasize what you already suggested, meaning that people clever enough should not click any suspicious link from their email, especially "wallet" things, most of wallets never give you such emails unless explicitly asked by the user and this only with web wallets, desktop wallets like Exodus and many other never send you emails like this.

Social engineering which is what is being done here,is a phishing attempt for you to click on the link and put your credentials in some rogue website (incredibly similar to that of Near wallet I assume) and your coins will be gone in no time.Never ever click such links.
4897  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Staking ZIL worthy or not ? on: January 19, 2023, 07:34:06 PM
I have fallen in love with Atomic Wallet, especially their exchange function built in which can convert almost all known crypto to each other with low fees.I have also seen that they have staking as an option for many coins but I am interested in Zilliqa since I continuously add this to the wallet because I am mining it.So I decided to stake almost all my Zilliqa and after a couple of days I wanted to get the reward,to claim the reward of 2.3 Zilliqa and saw that the validator Atomic Wallet wanted a 130 Zil by default or as a minimum a 60 Zil fee, that is crazy I think.Should I wait for a lot of time meanwhile I will be adding about 500-1000 Zil per month there and hopefully once the rewards become bigger there would be no problem of claiming the rewards.

Or it will be always?
4898  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: January 19, 2023, 07:16:32 PM
Atalanta is on a great run, after winning with a historic result in Serie A in their last league game, tonight they just won again 5-2 another big result which shows their attack is in the perfect form. Also many of the teams here looks like they respect the Coppa Italia (Italian Cup) more than teams do for their analogue cups in other major leagues.

Lazio just got a nice win 1-0 against Bologna and it looks like the big teams are in shape in Serie A,to bad it is to late to start thinking about the title,Napoli is quite ahead but if the teams following them were at this level since the beginning of Serie A they would be making quite a great competitive Serie A now.

The 1/16 fixtures bring us some really cool action especially two of the most important games which for me are Man.City vs Arsenal and Brighton vs Liverpool.Let's see if Liverpool will be capable of not repeating the bad game where they lost 3-0 not that long ago against Brighton,in the FA cup Liverpool has showed a better performance but let's see here.In the other game I want to see a clear picture of what to expect in the further remaining games of the Premier League as the two title contenders will have a direct fight and it will be an important evaluation here.

Greetings, esteemed community. Could you help me advise? I've seen a lot of topics on the forum about crypto or bitcoin casinos, but I need clarification on their point. As I understand the crypto casino involves paying in different cryptocurrencies, and the bitcoin casino involves only bitcoins. How to choose a casino, is there a criterion for this, or do you just go to any casino and play? It's a rash move without preparation. Also interested in a payment system, which is recommended to play in such casinos? Or just a suitable crypto wallet? I apologize for my silly questions, but I want to understand everything once and for all.

You can check the ANN threads of good casinos in the Gambling section here at the forum. You will see that the good and reputable ones offer a lot of different coins to play with and as such there is no need to play in different casinos, not only that but these good casinos are constantly looking to add more coins to their offering geared especially to people like you asking for such options.

You have a couple of good options as multicurrency wallets like Exodus and Atomic wallet that can satisfy your needs, you can only use one of these or both if you like and you will have the most well known cryptos there in one wallet that you can just send to the casinos offering multiply currencies to play with and thats it.
