Recently I have given up the idea of holding cryptocurrency for a long time, because I have lost more than 30% in the past few months, I am now more willing to choose to trade every day!
Not all coins earn while holding. Current situation should be monitored every now and then. Sometimes coins are dump directly to earn because after the dumping coin values go lower than expectation. I would still invest in altcoins, check the value and decide what is better. Its really are can make a lot of money on participating on airdrop ang bounty campaigns. I may say that its a lot easier before than today, because the Etherium before has its highest value and has it popularity at peak and also the token value before are much expensive than today. Having a lot of earnings on airdrop and bounty depends on the result of such campaign I may say that your earning on these airdrops and bounty campaigns are just a matter of luck. I cant really deny that fact when we try out to compared the previous airdrops and bounty on last years when we do talk about success rate. Earning money on last year is possible which we cant really easily achieve as of todays situation specially the market is being bearish almost entire this year. These things can possibly earn you $1k but would need up some mix of luck on choosing which project you would set in. I do not think this is a matter of believing, you just need to look at ethereum and at the market of all the icos that are released under its platform and you will see that both of them are very affected by the circumstances in the market and both of them are affecting each other negatively, this is why the price ethereum doesn't seem to move and you should not expect that for some time. Correct since as we can see majority tokens under the eth networks has been down and many people already lose some bucks and you can also see on ICO space that there are so many of ICO implementor failed and lose some profit for their project since its the reason either their eth collected value decrease contributes it or either they didn't collected enough fund. I've started to see the hype forming myself. I have a few friends that are starting to buy bitcoin while the price is still cheap, they are confident it will be back over 20k within a short time.
Don't ever to expect Bitcoin price will turn back into $20K again as it hype last year. We already saw green color on the market and prices seems to quietly moving up but isn't enough to say that it is on hype. Usually people treat market as turning bull when the price rallies by 20% and the other way round a 20% loss in a short time means the bear market is coming. For the price to be considered bullish we'd have to go to 8500 dollars. Anything below will not be a clear indicator and can be a continuation of the previous bear pattern. That's why some other people caught by the bull trap since they take those trap pump so much and try to earn with the certain movements on crypto nowadays. My opinion is that you are probably mistaken about your prediction, and I'm sure that many people will agree, the price that we saw at the end of the last year happened because a lot of circumstances happened at the same time that made the price to go up in that way, and as you can see the circumstances are not repeating themselves so there is not a reason to see that price again that soon. Don't see any fascinating movements after all so I conclude that the price what we saw today will be the price of the bitcoins until the end of 2018 but let's still assume that there would be a little climax will be happen on late November and December so that we can see the provabilities that the bitcoin would reach for even $10,000 each. Maybe the speculative year is on 2019 since maybe a new changes will come which may surprise nor turn us down. |

Selling bounty tokens at a losing price is really a wasted decision especially if the market is just in the bearish trend. Unless if this bounty tokens are already proven to be a pump-and-dump kind of token or the team behind it already abandoned it.
Selling is sometimes cannot be called a act of desperation but sometimes it could be a way to cut their losses and buy at the cheapest so that the bagholder/trader could buy and retrieve nor to gain for the current flaws of their tokens. It's been long I started hearing that the bear will soon end, the more they say it, the worst it gets, right now i think one of the things that will end the bear market right now is the approval of bitcoin ETF by the SEC, I believe such a news will bring to an end, bear market and take us to a bull run.
People are rejoicing of 2017 hype cause their huge profit but sadly it turns into tears when it suddenly drop and resulting big losses. People aren't satisfied of what they saw on the market price and yet, they couldn't accept the reality about crypto volatility change. Hopefully ETF approval issues will resolve and give a good result for crypto. Nope I don't think ETF will be approved at this time since there are so many issue need to cover up by the bitcoins and crypto space and government will found it as a ground for them on not to approve any ETF submission. I know that this year is quite odd when it comes to crypto curriences. My main concern is Ethereuem. I know that in almost year ago the max price was 1.200$. So i am really cheering for comeback on the some discent values..
Ethereum is on red marks and ripple happened to be able to surpass it recently on being the 2nd top most crypto but it won't change the fact the ethereum is already well established in the market and it simply means that its come back has a high probability to happen especially when pumps take over eventually. For now. be patieng because most cryptos are on red marks not only ethereum. It surpass ethereum for many times but guess what ethereum takes it placed again and ripple subside back to the top 3. Moreover, I do not see how this news actually does spell out anything serious since it is not like the market has not been growing even without those adverts. Altcoins generally are in their low times and looking to pick up. So, I just feel it is not a bad thing for anyone to want to take advantage of them anyway. And people should matter on how things going on certain altcoin since their are so many altcoins right now are struggling to bounce their butt back to their ATH and better for us now is to became picky/selective for the choices we bought.
